August 29th 2022 I was sitting in my SUV just patiently waiting for the traffic light to turn green at a busy intersection by the Texas Motor Speedway . When the light turned green , I noticed there were 2 semi trucks that weren t slowing down so I knew they weren t going to stop so I slowly started moving across 6 lanes of highway & by the time the 2 semis passed I proceeded but before I could get all the way across, out of nowhere a speeding pickup truck came out of nowhere & blindsided me . It was one of the most intense, stressful & frustrating day of my life . The next day after collecting myself together I reached out to Brian Hargrove Law & after talking with Brian on the phone , I knew he would handle everything. He was personable & very professional. He kept me updated on everything , it was absolutely amazing to have that . It took 4 months to get my vehicle back but Brian made it less stressful and it was just incredible . Brian Hargrove Law was extremely knowledgeable and skilled in handling my case. I was rear-ended by an unlicensed driver that was driving a vehicle not owned by them or insured. Our family was rear ended at a stop light, totaling our car with two of our boys in the back seat. We were all injured and needed treatment and physical therapy. I started looking for an attorney when the adjuster kept telling me different ways they wouldn t pay for various medical bills in full. I found Brian Hargrove, read all the reviews and went in with so. many. questions. He was so patient, caring and knowledgeable and took the time, on many occasions, to explain this whole game to me. I use that phrase because, sadly, it is a game, and if you don t know how to play, it s easily lost. Having Brian and his team (Michaela and Jennifer are fantastic!) to help us navigate treatment, bills, insurance and all the variables included with this whole process took so much stress off of my family. Where do I start.... Brian Hargrove and staff are the absolute BEST at what they do. Ive known Brian my entire life but had never interacted with him professionally because Id never been in an accident before. When my husband was in a really bad car accident we called Brian from the scene. He told us step by step what to do and what not to do. Brian and his team literally walked us through the process with ease and confidence. My husband was hurt pretty bad, he missed work and required physical therapy, the bills were definitely piling up. Had my first car wreak in 2019 and was recommended by a family member to given Brian a call. He agreed to take on the case and walked me through the process.I simply followed his instructions by him and his team. Once they had everything from me I let him do his thing. I knew the more patient I was the better the result. He would call everyone couple months just to update me. The results was awesome. Searching for a lawyer can be a very difficult task, knowing who to trust with something as serious as your health is not an easy decision, and there s plenty of hack lawyers out there that will sell you the moon with no intentions or ability to follow through. Brian s not only a straight shooter, he s also extremely well respected and even feared in his profession. From start to finish Brian is extremely forth coming about the process and how to handle it. He doesn t take on many cases, but if he chooses to take on yours, he will tackle even the most minuscule details. He does the work from the ground up and makes absolutely certain, both he and his clients are prepped and prepared. He s always maintained a great and friendly staff, Michaela is sweet and extremely helpful to deal with. It was a bit longer then I had anticipated to get my case resolved, but in the end I saw just how good Brian is at his job. Watching him in action was impressive to say the least. Do I feel I should have been granted more for the irresponsible, negligent actions of the man that rear ended me and my grand-daughter on the highway as we were at a dead stop, to which I have No recollection of to this day? I was in a car crash in 2015. The other driver s insurance offered me a very small amount to settle, but I had a totaled vehicle and a broken bone. I was hurt and unsure of what to do. I decided to obtain an attorney after that initial offer. I did my research and found Brian Hargrove. He has gone above and beyond for me. It took over 4 years to settle my case. Although I was more than prepared to go to trial, he attended a mediation on my behalf to help me avoid it. I couldn t be happier with his level of professionalism and dedication. He also couldn t have been more accommodating. He even met with me on Saturdays so I wouldn t have to take time off work. He always told me that I had the truth on my side and he would fight for me for as long as I would let him. He did just that. The final settlement offer was 56 times the amount of the initial offer. Yes, 56 times. I m amazed and have only great things to say. Thank you, Brian!

I began working with Brian based on a referral from a colleague. My case took almost 5 years to settle, the wheels of justice do move slowly and patience with the system is so important. Brian gave me the expected course of the way that the law works on the first visit and so that helped greatly knowing the process. We met off and on over the years did deposition prep on a Saturday for my convenience. I felt I was very well prepared for the deposition which was intimidating process. It went well and in the end we settled and Brian was able to get right at 15 times the amount of the original settlement offer. It is a learning process and I think eye opening about how humans behave sometimes but I felt like Brian was very skilled in managing my case and was able to anticipate things and be proactive in building my case and most especially we never veered from the truth. The truth was the most important thing to me and Brian was adamant about moving through this whole thing because we had only to tell the truth.

When we sat down to discuss my case, he talked to me like we were just hanging out talking. I never once felt like I didnt understand what was going.
