We hired Caleb Moore after working with another attorney for almost two years. We had been mired in paperwork, bleeding legal fees, and the attorneys we had were now trying to talk us into settling or essentially give up. This of course after thousands and thousands of legal fees with no end in sight. We realized we were not in good hands and were referred to Caleb Moore by another attorney. He gave us an immediate quote for how much it would cost to take care of our issue, no lingering monthly bills, then another cost for how much if we had to go to court. We were granted a motion for summary judgment within a few months of hiring Caleb, and never had to go to trial. He was very clear about our options and possible outcomes from the beginning, and confident he could help us. Caleb is very careful to stay within his comfort zone and won t take on cases if he doesn t feel he can help you. I recommend him wholeheartedly. While needing an attorney may be tough, having one you can trust is invaluable. You can trust Caleb to be honest and upfront with you about costs, possible outcomes, how strong your case is. But most importantly, you can trust Caleb Moore to be competent and to do all he can to advocate for his clients.

I hired Caleb to represent me in a real estate lawsuit. He was extremely responsive and very honest about the risks of filing suit. In the end he negotiated me a fair settlement and unlike any other law firm that I have ever used, he actually refunded me the unused portion of my retainer when it was all said and done. Caleb gets 5 stars for his work done for me, don t hesitate to hire him for your own case, you won t be disappointed.

I hired Caleb to represent me in a messy easement dispute between multiple parties. Called in for advice regarding a situation with my apartment community. Caleb answered the phone in a stern tone Law firm . No how may I help you? or introduction or anything....seemed odd, but okay. After I asked if he could advise me on my situation he was quite rude and quickly rambled off his hourly rate and that he could provide free advice on the phone. His tone of voice came off extremely condescending and he couldn t seem more disinterested and annoyed at merely taking my call. I felt as if I were entirely inconveniencing him. Due to this first encounter being so terrible, it turned me away from him, so I politely declined the services and hung up the phone. This type of interaction isn t acceptable in the business world. Everyone (especially your potential customers) deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. Caleb: if you aren t a people person , or aren t having a good day HIRE A SECRETARY TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I was ready to throw money at you to answer my simple questions, and you ruined it with your terrible attitude.

Caleb helped me get my money back (over $25,000) from an unscrupulous builder. Without Caleb I am quite sure I wouldnt have gotten any money back from this guy. He gave excellent counsel. He is a sharp minded attorney and he helped me see what was in my best interest, given my situation, in light of his experience. Caleb Moore and his staff were excellent regarding an eviction matter. As a licensed Realtor for over 27 years, who specializes in residential leasing and property management, I knew my investors best course of action was to hire an attorney to handle the multi-pronged eviction of a tenant who was already in the property prior to my investor owning it and prior to my firm managing it. This tenant was very shady, already had at least one eviction on her record and had an unauthorized occupant with a criminal record who had threatened physical harm to one of our employees. Caleb addressed all points, as needed, in court. He managed the situation extremely well and, of course, we were pleased with the final result, eviction of the tenant and unauthorized occupant. I highly recommend Caleb Moore and his staff.

Caleb and his team did a great job of researching the proper casefiles to defend my Real Estate lawsuit. He was always available and answered any questions I had during the process. And when we got to court, he was well prepared with everything we needed to get the motion for summary judgement granted by the judge.
