I was so scared my fake lashes came off!!! Absolutely amazing experience, so much love and thought has been put into these haunted houses. The actors, staff, everybody was very kind and professional. You can tell their boss treats them well because there is so much passion present in what they do. This business deserves all the money they get, bless yall! P.S. only $35 for 3 haunted houses! and even a 3D black light experience! Skip fright fest and come here instead! We came after six flags tonight and it was so so worth it.

Had an absolute blast taking my little sister to her first haunt! Great production! Friendly staff and scares around every corner. I highly recommend Moxley Manor to any thrill seeker! Also for the best experience definitely get their fast pass or expect a long wait on the weekends.

This is hands down the best haunted house I ve ever been too. 3 houses for a great price! If you haven t come by make sure you do! The new gift shop has so many things besides just the merch including concessions! There s a long line but it s totally worth the wait! We upgraded our tickets to fast pass!

Short, but well done. Cool animatronics, no dead-space. Scare actors still giving effort in the main house (didnt make it to the other 2) even near 1 a.m. I would much rather have a 15 minute haunt like this than a longer one with a half mile of blank walls. Price was also better than just about any other in DFW. Took about 1.5 hours to get in and didnt get in line until 11:40. Crew still letting people in line well after midnight. That was good to see. Only taking a star off because one would need to spend an entire evening and night to get all 3 in if they dont want to shell out for speedpass. There were some issues with queue line barricades and portable toilets smelled like death. But i blame most of that on idiotic patrons. Sadly you cant go anywhere without them showing up.

We had a large group of about 25 and bought tickets for Saturday night. We got there about 8:15 p.m. and were told that the parking lot was at capacity. We had 4 vehicles and had to park in parking lots of other businesses. Whats excellent: The actors in the actual BIG Haunted House were fantastic, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Needs attention: lack of signage, trip hazards, barricades that had metal sticking out, not enough porta-potties, and one ice cream truck selling Red Bull. The event organizers need to rethink how they lay out the venue and organize space. Our group waited over 3 hours to enter and would have bought Fast passes if we knew where the line was located. Because of the time we actually only got to the big house. Ways to make the event top-notch: 1. If they sold time blocks, it would alleviate a lot of the headaches people were complaining about. 2. Sold sponsorship for nice porta cans and allowed food trucks/vendors into the space and take a event planners took a % of the cut it would allow more food and drink options on site. 3. Created a barrier around the festival grounds so only people attending could gain access. It would allow for more pop-up spaces and stop random people from just hanging out. Overall, this event has been widely successful and has multiplied. I hope they make a few changes and continue to thrive.

First time checking this place out and I had an awesome time! Lines were long but I expected that since it was Saturday so I didn t mind. Ticket prices are reasonable for 3 houses I didn t get the fast pass, but when I go back, I probably will. It s a good thing that they offer in case you don t want to wait. But I didn t mind the wait either way I went with a few friends and I admit, I got scared quite a few times even jumped and ran into a wall The two that are together the asylum and clown house were probably my favorite the jump scares in them packed an extra punch! Feeling young and brave, I went to Moxley with my husband last night for some Halloween scares, but was a little disappointed. Despite us getting there at just after 7 pm, we stood in line for over an hour and got into the first exhibit. It was a winding narrowly walled maze of rooms with people coming out of doors or around corners to scare you with scary face paintings. The line up for the 2nd exhibit we stood in for around a half hour and it hardly moved with approximately 150 people ahead of us, including fast lane which was $50 p/p, we paid $35 p/p so we left. Luckly no one parked behind us so we were able to get out but you could clearly see where cars were blocked in and parking lot was not manned. No entertainment while standing and waiting in long lines.

Okay so I went to hang mans the week before I went to moxley and although hangmans is alot bigger the day we went there werent alot of actors so it was pretty bleh. But let me tell you moxley was terrifying. The scare per minute ratio was off the chain. What I thought was real wasnt and what you thought was fake was real. The actors kept amazing character although I did try to break them lol. Only disappointment was the last room which was practically identical to the year before. Check out Moxley next year before spending hundreds going to cutting edge or hangmans. Free parking btw

It was fun. Im not the type to get scared at haunted houses, but I think they did a really good job. The only downside is the really long lines outside in the cold. Every year we visit a new haunted attraction, and this year did not disappoint!!! By far one of my favorites!!! There were 3 experiences, and while the 2 that were together were great, the one that is by itself was phenomenal! The attention to detail was absolutely amazing!! Haunted houses were amazing!! there is one reason a star was taken off. this is no one s fault, but if you ve EVER had a seizure, or anything of the sort, please do not go to the asylum house. I have never had a past including seizures or epilepsy, but during the flashing lights I fell in and out of consciousness. I had screamed I QUIT (the phrase we were told to use if an escort or medical attention was needed) and no one came to help. Luckily a friend got me out quick, and i m okay. Just a warning to anyone that may be concerned about flashing lights. it is VERY intense. Still a great place to go, and one of my favorite haunted houses!! be safe everyone

We LOVED this haunted house! They definitely changed it up from last year. There are 3 total. While the houses are more simple, they are pretty scary and creepy with good themes throughout. The haunted houses are pretty cool and really well done. If the lines are long pay for the fast pass as they seem to keep selling tickets but theres no time associated with them - so you buy a ticket, show up when you want. We were there almost 4 hours - lines move slow for the non-fast pass holders. There are food and porta potties available.

It couldve been scarier, the only really scary part of it were the loud noises. It was in a strip mall and wasnt the best but they did get an extra star because they were handicap friendly

Legitimately scary. So many jumps and pop ups. We were all on edge and scared the whole time. We went on a Thursday and line was less than 30 minutes. I loved the amount of actors vs. animatronics. $35 is a steal because you get to go to all 3 haunted houses. Beyond the spooks, the production and sets were amazing. We were amazed by some of the rooms. Great job.

Great haunt! Actors are really committed! Got me and my BF several times, props are wicked, the mechanicals are truly disturbing! Fun time, worth the money but go for the fast pass if it s crowded first haunt is long!

The sets and sound design are incredible, the actors put a lot into their performances, the ambience really brings you in... This is an essential haunted house. You can get through all 3 houses here in about 40-45 minutes unless youre slow like me and walk through at a snails pace giggling at all the hidden details and watching the actors perform. Im not even a scaredy type of person, I normally just flinch and laugh at jump scares, but they decidedly got me a couple times here. Shout outs to the asylum, it was my favorite house of the three.

Fast pass is soooooo worth it. Parking is crazy! The haunted houses were good with some jumpy moments but not super scary. It would be a great starter haunted house for someone.

This place was absolutely amazing! Just when we thought we were in the clear, we found ourselves hollering all over again! I would tell you my absolute favorite scare but that will just give you a heads up! HA! We will definitely be going back again!! Go ahead, buy the ticket!

Use extreme caution when exiting out the door at the Big Top Terror. After walking through dark halls with glowing paint a door is opened with a blinding light that leads outdoors where there is a short step with a steep drop. My boyfriend and I both fell and suffered bleeding scrapes and with concern of how hard the fall was we are having his arm checked by a doctor tomorrow. Two girls came around the corner to check on us and one stated she had alerted her manager previously of the need a ramp. Unfortunately management has chosen to ignore her warnings of this hazard. It was good to see the presence of security however the effectiveness is questionable. After reporting that 14 teenage girls cut the line in front of us nothing was done. With the speed entry tickets being purchased and the cutting our wait for the 3rd attraction was 2 1/2 hours. The actors and props were scary and first class but an otherwise entertaining Halloween experience left us injured and disappointed. I urge management to reach out to us. Our visit was 10/16/22.

For my first full sized haunted house, Moxleys Manor was super fun! Unfortunately my nerves where too shot to go through the other ones, but I highly enjoyed it. But if I may make a suggestion? Less animatronic jump scares and more actors in the haunt. Because about halfway through the animatronics started getting old and predictable. Actors can liven things up and change the scare depending on the guest much more

Wow! Staff was very helpful as soon as me and my mom walked up. The owner is super friendly and wanted honest feedback. All of the three haunted houses are so worth it! Definitely worth a trip!
