$325 for 2 hours wasted while feeling attacked by staff. Go to Kid Mania for your party instead. We wanted our party here as we attended a friends party back in May 2024. We were so impressed at how the entire facility ran. We wanted to have our daughters party here. We instantly booked our event. In May 2024, the food was cooked perfectly, service was top notch, we all had so much fun my friend didnt notice that the ticket went up to $432 as we ordered more food and drinks while the kids played. Big mistake.... August 2024. When we arrived, I wanted to know who our helper was so we could begin getting food and drinks going. I remember the awesome service and couldnt wait. Kids were arriving and started playing, parents were hanging out getting hungry. We only had 2 hours and rented a party room. I asked the hostess to bring out drinks and asked to provide cups. I have no idea how the process works. Based on what I saw from May 2024, if we request it, make it happen. Happy guest, spend more, right? It took 15 minutes for drinks, then she disappeared, i requested food to be ordered before she left. Food first, then cake, then leave, easy right? 49 minutes for pizza , fries, and chicken tenders to come out. Pizza was meh, but fries and chicken were trash. They have a schedule on how they run a party rental. It took a supervisor to come and explain. I have no idea why the hostess couldnt explain this. The whole staff is under 24 years of age with no work experience. The food was brought and left in the middle of the table. The whole time as guests were arriving, there was no hostess to provide rules and details for kid play. Im having to hand out socks and wrist bans while the hostess is M.I.A. Turns out shes in another party room making tiktoks. We drank our drinks, and I took the empty drink pitchers to the bar for refills and saw her dancing while the male staff looked on. It was an embarrassment watching them act this way in front of kids. She shouldnt be dancing like that. Every time I had to find someone and ask about items, we never received a youre welcome our no problem, not even my pleasure. None of the courtesy you would expect when dropping a couple hundred hard earned cash. If Im paying for it, I want the level of service I provide when people decide to walk into my store. The other times they were hiding in a storage room killing time on their phone. They only time she was at attention and attentive was when it was time to settle up our bill. She walked us up to the counter to pay acting like she was with us the whole time. They asked about our experience and we told them it was bad. They asked if we wanted to leave a tip for out hostess, we said no. We did most of the work, not them. Not to mention half of the venue was out of service. It was the worst experience having the staff look at is out of the side of their eyes and just a poor experience overall. So much more, just go some where else. If you do decide to do something here, dont. Youve been warned. I wish it was a great experience.

100% would not recommend. One will pay for a ultimate but half of the attractions are closed. They have signs saying ask a team member for help BUT my kid guest went to the ropes course while the gate was open & the employee told them to come up then had them come down just to say its closed. Not worth any money going to the place.

Very rude starting on the front desk. The lady was rude her attitude wasnt the best. Also we got the delux pass and then we upgarde to ultimate because my child wanted to go on the climbing and they told me i couldnt with the delux. For the upgrade she dint had a good attitude either. But when i got there they told me it was close, they didnt let my child get on climbing walls. It was 8:50pm saturday

Terrible customer service, I dialed and told the one who answered that she didnt speak English that there was someone who could help me in Spanish but she didnt help me, she kept speaking to me in English and that to transfer me to someone who spoke Spanish she had to know how to do it. I already spoke when I communicated with someone who spoke very late while waiting, they need to have more trained personnel

On Saturday May 25th me and a friend had decided to come and hang out. We were just jumping and having fun until we decided to go to dodge ball one last time. However when it was time for us to go I was telling my friend that we should head out. Then all of the sudden I get a ball chuck at my face at an extreme speed that broke my glasses. I already had an encounter at dodge ball and the workers told me that I needed to get a worker if anything happens again so I did just that. When I informed the worker who was at the front desk they went and asked who did it and didn t even check camera. She had just told me We don t know who did it so we can t do anything about it. Disclaimer I was not playing with anyone but my friend and at the time this occurred we didn t have any balls in our hand.

The place is not clean and there are insects on the floor as well as near the restaurant and the staff at the reception. The management of the place (assistant manager) is bad and unprofessional. They are not good at dealing with customers and they do not implement company policy. I advise you not to try it and go to other places that respect the customer.

I have been here several times with my daughter and sons! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place for team building experiences! Kids play to win, learn, improve and grow attitude!! Kids and teenagers definitely enjoy playing different kinds of games and adventures like rock climbing, Zipline, gymnastics. And for the guardian there is a cafeteria everyone can have a great wait with observe kids playing and enjoying coffee. The parking area is huge so no one should worry about it and also available restroom inside. The ultimate member can get a snack card every time while visiting.

What a great time. Took my granddaughters during spring break. It was a very pleasant experience. The young ladies at the desk greeted us with smiles. JAY was very helpful and made suggestions. I took my son and daughter to this park today 03-08-24. My daughter lost her phone. Destiny the general manager and Ryan an employee went absolutely above and beyond not only as employees but also as just human beings. Destiny reviewed camera footage to see where she dropped it and also searched the ball pit. Ryan searched under the trampolines and in the foam pit. They didn t just do this for 30 min they spent around 2 hours searching off and on in between their duties and taking care of customers. We finally found the phone and I am so very thankful that people like this still exist in our world. Destiny and Ryan from the bottom of my heart thank you!!!

February 3rd Im giving it one star because I have to wait about 25 to 30 minutes for pizza, wings they didnt offer the family pack so I had to order everything individual which costs more money of course I can say the kids enjoy themselves the chairs are metal and not conducive to people that have back problems super hard. I think this place is perfect for older kids! My boys are younger- oldest is 5 - and it was not very friendly for his size and age. He couldn t do most of the things. He loved to play in the obstacle course area/ball pit, but honestly, the place seemed a little sticky to me. I know it was a Saturday, and I still let me boys run free- I m not afraid of germs but it was a little gross to me how sticky and dirty it felt. Also, as a mom of a younger kid, I was surprised there were NO workers walking around or observing the areas for safety/safe play. We will be back- but not for a few years.

Don t recommend the ultimate pass!!! It s a waste of money, I got the ultimate pass but the games for it weren t open and the employees were standing in the cashier chatting, while people paid extra dollars for them, they only opened one when I asked them if they were going to open, after that time wasn t enough to open the 2 others, it was almost 9. And all the games they have at the cashier screen are to lure the customers, you can play anything with the deluxe pass except for 3, which they don t open. Such a bad experience with this urban air branch.

Such a hit or miss experience here. Weve had a membership to this location for over two years and come quite a bit, but only because its so extremely inexpensive. Sometimes you show up and there are five people in the entire building and your kids can run around having a great time. Other times you show up and there are dozens in each area, none of which are following any rules, no employees paying any attention at all, and it is just a disaster waiting to explode.
