Unfortunately stumbled upon this restaurant. The food was mediocre and the staff was unfriendly. The tables were all dirty and gross. There was an older man shuffling around that appeared to be the manager? The taco he served me was bland, burnt, and unseasoned. The music is too loud and the food is barely a step up from Taco Bell. Beefy crunch wrap here I come.

Me and my mom went to eat here and it was great! We had an amazing server, Samantha. She helped me get food I was able to eat with my food allergy. She was extremely patient and helpful. I would definitely go back as there are not too many servers a great as her!

I was wanting to try somewhere new and this place did NOT disappoint. I was greeted by a beautiful young lady and she said her name was Samantha. I think she is the manager. She went above and beyond to provide me great service and gave me her recommendations that I LOVED! The store was clean and my food was made fresh and fast. I will definitely be back!

Food tastes good, but service took a minute shy of 25 mins to get my food. By the time our food made it to the table, the tortillas were cold and so was the chicken and beef. It was a rainy day and we were the only customers to order, with 2 different parties already there. Food tastes better than Fuzzy s without a doubt but the fact the it took 25 minutes to make a couple tacos and receive them cold is a big no. I understand taking time for quality but it s a taco.

I didnt like the The Rusty Taco because the cooks were not clean. The cooks did not have a hat on his head, and no apron. He just came in with his street clothes on. The other person in the open kitchen had long black hair and she was bent over tossing her hair to tye it up right in front of the grill! I was appalled. I also didnt see them change their gloves after handling different foods or money. They handled raw meat and then handled other foods with the same gloves. OMG! HAVE THEY NOT BEEN TRAINED ON KIRCHEN HYGIENE? ONE OLDER LADY was dressed appropriately she had her cap on and her apron on . Dont think Im going back.

We went to eat there a little while ago, and I can tell you that we ALWAYS have great experiences every time we come here. The manager, Eddie, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and taken care of. We love this place. Cozy atmosphere, good food, and great memories being made. Dude Samantha needs a promotion. She went above and beyond for me and my friends. We came in after a terrible experience with another restaurant, and Samantha just made it so much better. She took our order in a timely manner, welcomed us in instantly, even complimented my outfit. She was so kind. She even refilled my drink when I ran out and she brought our food to us. She didnt have to do that! While she wasn t busy she made sure to walk by and ask how everything was. I will definitely be coming back!

I ordered some tacos and a few other items from grubhub for here well grubhub sent my order to San Antonio Rustys Tacos Not the Beaumont Rustys Tacos, I got there to get my order in Beaumont and it wasnt there, So I called the number on grubhub and the Rustys Tacos in San Antonio couldnt help me refund or transfer my order, so the Beaumont Rustys Taco manager was amazing Manager Edward, I give him the upmost respect and filled my order and wanted Nothing in return! This manager and his crew are amazing people! Also the food here reminds me of home and the kindness they showed my wife and I was amazing THANK YOU from this old retired OEF/OIF Combat Veteran. I really like this place, the tacos are a good treat yourself value and the nachos are 1/2 price on Wednesdays. The meat is good and they have this jalapeño ranch that makes the Team Fav even better. Ronnie was also super polite and checked in on us just the right amount, not too often and didn t leave us hanging. A really pleasant experience. Food was quick too!

Ordered door dash: Brisket was dry. The large queso was ridiculously tiny as was the salsa. I ordered 2 large bags of chips and one of them was half empty. The tacos did not look like they do in the pictures. The churro tasted bitter, so probably old oil or ingredients. I didnt even try the worlds smallest sopapillas. This is my last order from here.

Two stars may be a gift here. Only two people working and took over 20 minutes to get the food. The portions were very small and overpriced. You have to pay for chips and salsa and you probably need to if you want to leave full. The taste was pretty decent but not great. I had the steak salad. The steak had a good flavor with some peppers and onions. Other than that, just some low quality shredded iceberg lettuce. My friends had fish and steak tacos which they said were tasty - just too small. Was close to a 1 star actually because the bathroom was filthy - I have seen cleaner gas station rest rooms.

Went there today and waited awhile for our food while the employees goofed off and seen one of them throw food at another employee. Then a customer walked in to get their to go food and the cook said it will be 5 more mins and I m not sure what the customer said and the cook said I can make it an hour if you want like are you serious?! The Shrimp Dynamite Taco is absolutely amazing! Fried shrimp (exceptional no, PERFECTLY breaded with a perfect crunch) with a tangy sauce and somehow all brought together with a slice of avocado. The servers and cooks have gotten to know us bc we come here every Friday (which is a great touch). Exceptional facilities that are particularly fun (on the 14 days/year that it s not hot as h ££) bc they roll up massive garage doors resulting in an open air feel.

I am disappointed that when I went there, there was no beef and we were there 40 minutes prior to closing. How do you have a taco restaurant with no beef. They saw us standing there for 10 minutes then someone picked up the trash and tried to take our order, without washing their hands. Ordered tacos via doordash today. From seeing the pictures online these tacos looked as if they were going to be pretty large. However what we got were tiny little tacos like you would get from a Taco truck for a couple of dollars and at $4.00 a piece thats just crazy. Spent $50.00 for 2 people to eat and we were both still hungry. The food flavor was great and if they would either lower the price per Taco or make them larger they would be awesome. The Berrian tacos were very good and fairly sized tacos..so I would recommend them bur thats about it.

Im super disappointed in the behavior of the staff and the conditions of the restaurant. I have been dining with this establishment since it opened. I stopped in to place a To-go order. The cashier informed me that the fryers were already shut down for the night. Which was odd they didnt close for another hour. I waited for my food. I realized the cook was going back and forth between watching dishes and cooking my food. It took longer then usual to prep my order. Finally my food was done. The cook continued working on other orders and the cashier was suppose bag my food but she kept doing other things like changing trash bags ect... In which she kept walking right past my food. I waited for about 5 minutes then I finally had enough. I had an appointment to be at. While I was waiting I observed a condition of the kitchen, the grill it was disgusting and the entire kitchen floor was covered in soapy cleaning solution which was very strong while cooking customers food. And at one point dropped a customes wrapped food on the floor covered in cleaning solution, then pick it up off the floor and tossed it on the the food is preparation area. I eventually asked for a refund in which the cashier said the cook would have to do. The cook informed me that I was going to have to wait until she was done preparing other order. I explained to her that I needed to go. I was now running late for my appointment. I had already wasted fifteen to twenty minutes waiting on my food to be prepared. The cook finally came to the register to refund my money I informed her I would be calling the store manager and the District manager and Corporate if needed In turn to cover herself she called someone on the phone (I guest her supervisor) and started telling her she had and aggressive customer and started telling her all sort of false things to make me look crazy. All I wanted was my money so I can go. I eventually got my refund. I did end up missing my appointment. And because I didnt get to eat in time. My blood sugar crashed and I almost passed out while driving. The cashier had a very bad attitude and was very disrespectful to me along with the behavior of the cook. Its sad to see the younger generations have zero respect for their customers and have no pride in their work. In which the restaurant will suffer.

4/10 - went to this place because it s close to my place of employment for lunch. Ordered 2 grilled fish tacos with no Baja sauce. Sat waiting for my order over 30 minutes only for them to bring out two shrimp tacos. Then the young lady walked around to several tables before the cashier (Ramon) told her it was actually my order but it in fact was not my order because I did not order shrimp tacos. Shrimp and fish sounds totally different. I had less than 25 minutes left on my lunch at this point so I asked for a refund and there was no apology or any type of empathy. If I could rate this place a negative 5 on service I would. My entire lunch ruined because they didn t listen and take a correct order. Better off going to McDonald s for their service and we all know how their service is. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Called to speak to someone several times the same day and got the voicemail the 3 times I called. Very frustrated with them. They don t deserve to take up space in this area. Put another spot in its place that actually listens and cares about their customers.

I just paid 16 bucks for 4 tacos . When I got home they were completely plain no cheese or anything other than about 5 cube shape steak pieces on two and the other two had about 5 chicken cube shaped pieces and i didnt even ask for chicken. put all 4 together it might make about 1.5 tacos. Steak was 2 out of 5 but that chicken was yucky.

I ordered Ground Beef Nachos. Chips were okay. Queso was good. Lettuce & tomato were fresh. Ground beef was overcooked and very dry. My wife ordered a Picadillo Taco, and the same beef was used (sparsely) in the undersized taco. It didnt even have potatoes in it. They arent cheap. Really bad. Her Fried Fish Taco was better. The salsas were not very flavorful.

i would assume they would provide you the tortilla since your upgrading from a taco to a bowl and paying about $10 for it. But you are basically paying $5 more for a plastic tub which i would guess is the same amount of egg that would go into the taco. Not impressed.

Went for half price nachos and was charged full price. Then the water cup was like a spit cup at the dentist office. Water tasted like salt water. Then my one taco i ordered was prepared incorrectly. Was supposed to be flour tortilla and came with undercooked corn tortillas. They just said sorry Fuzzys tacos is WAYYY better. I wont be coming back.

Today we had the worse service. We have been coming here since it opened 2 to 4 times a month have always enjoyed everything about this place but today service was absolutely terrible food over cooked tasted like left over from grill and they girl who waited on us was rude and didnt listen to us at all. I was excited until I saw the size of the tacos and for the price I felt that they were not worth the price. I was very disappointed. The service was nice, but they disnt get the order correct. Very disappointed for having high hopes and hearing from locals. Restrooms were nasty like some just took their nasty and smeared it along the walls. Very unsanitary in my book. Sooooo disappointed.

Stopped here on our road trip and boy do I regret it. Ruined my vacation because I spent most of it sick from the food. Within 30 mins of eating here, I had the most painful cramps and diarrhea(sorry if it s TMI). This was the first thing I ate that day. Ended up having to keep stopping on our 10 hr drive. The next 2 days I had vomiting, diarrhea, and chills. It s 5 days later and I m still nauseous and taking pepto. Unfortunately would not recommend this place and never coming back.

$ 31 dollars...for 3 tacos & 1 order of beef nachos?...shame on yall the two picadallio tacos I got were dry, beef was a bit over cooked & could definitely use a sauce, & I cant understand why the corn tortillas werent cooked more, it was literally falling & tearing apart..the pork taco was even drier with a weird after taste, it was so disappointing I put the street corn which was actually delicious on the pork taco to try to make it better.... it didnt help much, yall gotta provide sauces or make the meat juicer please nobody should have to pay 3 dollars each for dry & lacking in flavor tacos...the Nachos tasted good but why such little meat & cheese? I tried one of their locations in Fort Worth. It was good. Same here. Guys working we re friendly and fast preparing the food. Place was clean. In a mall parking lot out of the way. Dead area for early breakfast. All the food was hot and the tacos where fat. Try the habanero hot sauce.

Quality and portion size is not worth the amount they charge. Fuzzys tacos is the same price and portion size, but the quality is much better. There isnt a Torcheys Tacos around here but out of the three restaurants, Torcheys is the best. Honestly I feel like Rusty Taco, and Fuzzys are wannabe Torcheys, but they just dont compare to the OG.
