I had went to many times and never had I ever seen a man treated his lady coworkers like he did today. I was pulling up when I seen that he was yelling at this young lady for no reason and for what I know from going there he is not the owner he just a regular worker. He was yelling at her for no reason and the young lady such a sweetheart didn t deserve to be treated like she did and no one should ever be treated like that . I believe his name is BK his an older man that needs to have some respect to the young ladies working there.

I ordered my meal online using doordash. My food was excellent and the portion size was larger than I expected. I ordered the 2pc fish with 9 shrimps and fried rice as the side. The shrimp were jumbo and the rice was a larger portion. I ordered from the location based on the reviews since I am not local to the area. Very pleased!! I will certainly order again the next time I am in the area.

I have visited this business at least once a month for the past five years at least. I have gradually noticed that the ownership must have changed. What makes this fact apparent is the food quality and presentation. The service is not the best, on a scale of 1 to 10 they fall under 4. I ordered whole chicken wings that cost more that a small package in the grocery stores. I have never had unfloured fried chicken and I never want it again; at least not from there. The fries were brown and burned, I was so disappointed. I guess I expect too much out of business that feel the patrons are going to come weather they are being treated fairly or not. Its sad to seem to be taken for granted, but maybe the attitudes will change. Especially when they realize they are not the only ones who can fry chicken. One of the most famous chicken restaurants in tow is now closed. Wake up and pay attention. In case you need proof, I included a photo of my p l a t e.

The crawfish were ok but I lost my appetite for them once I found hair in my food. They offered a refund, or to remake my food, however, by that time, the damage was already done and I didn t have the taste for much of anything. The staff should know that when you re dealing with food that HAIR NETS should be worn, as well as gloves. After handling money, I didn t see any of the staff was their hands. The inside of the restaurant had an unkempt feel to it and could use an update. The bathroom facilities are located outside of the building which was very very very nasty and not safe. It s not in visibility and I ve seen gas stations with better accommodations. I was not impressed and will not be going back to patronize this establishment.

Well I am visiting Beaumont and I was looking for some good seafood. So I Google seafood spots around my hotel and this place came up. I am ordered a 20 piece boiled shrimp with potatoes and sausage with fried rice. I got back to my room and I sat down to eat. I had eaten 8 shrimps and I wanted one on the bottom where all the juice located and I came across a unwelcome German Cockroach. So I tried calling the restaurant back last night and got no answer. So I called at 10:30 this morning to speak to a manager. She said there were no manager and to call back around 2. So I did. They answered and I told them the circumstance and they ask did I keep the food I said no but I took a picture. I am not keeping that in my room. They said text me the picture, so I said sure. I called back 5 minutes later to make sure he received it. He stated I ate all the shrimp and I told him no they are on the other side and I only ate 8 if them. They said we are not giving your money back and was very rude. I never raised my voice or yelled. I just wanted my money back They said its policy to bring back food to get money back. The receipt doesnt have any policies on it, otherwise I would have. If youre a business owner please treat your customers with respect. This could have been avoided.

I love this place and the staff is very nice. When, I travel to BMT, It is a must I visit and get my goodies. The Fried Catfish is absolutely delicious. They cook your order, after you place it. It is always Fresh, Hot, and Tasty. Im sure every thing else, on the menu, is too. I remember this place was a Taco Bell, many years ago but Im happy its Kajun Seafood & Wings now. Thank you.

Food and service steadily declining. Ive noticed the decline but it was still ok. I experienced a significant issue and the owner/manager treated me like a criminal not willing to be fair or compassionate about their mistake. No concern for my inconvenience either.
