The owner, Mr. Deondre, worked with the West Brook football team to provide a memorable night for our 30 seniors. The boys enjoyed a steak dinner served by Ms. Erin and Shay- everything was perfect from start to finish. STRONGLY recommend The Park on Calder for your next group event- they were wonderful to work with and the dinner was executed flawlessly. Support local!!! You won t regret it.

The atmosphere is phenomenal. It truly gives you a park, picnic type experience. Its a nice clean restaurant and so far Ive been here a few different times and the wait staff has been wonderful each time. I cant wait for the fall where its a little cooler because I can imagine its going to Make it that much better sitting outside. The owner goes out of the way to ensure that your dining experience is a great one from adjusting music, to turning on or off fans, or even down to making sure that youre not bothered by pesky flies. So far I have had the chicken sandwich with fries, their appetizer Ferris wheel, I forget the name but its so much fun to eat, theres sausage and chicken pasta but my favorite hands down are the fresh fries. And heres a little tip for you trying with mayo. Their menu does look limited however if you ask they have many more dishes and I cant wait to try the lobster.

I ate here last Wednesday and food was raw in my lamb chops . Never again . I thought they were good the way everyone was talking . But nah !!! Also there were roaches and bugs all in the middle area , this place is sick , and needs to be attended too !!

We came in Tuesday and Shay was our bartender .I have gone to many bars and our experiences weren t always great . I am a bartender myself and let me just tell you she lived up to all of our standards . She was amazing and really sweet ! If yall ever find yourself at the park most definitely go when Shay s working .

Nice lil spot. New in Bmt. Food always been a hit everytime I went. If you don t like younger crowds do not go at night time on the weekends. Good music, drinks and food is the best and oh hookah is good. Oh and another thing I like how Deondre have events for grown ups and kids. Such a thoughtful person

Came to get lunch before I got back on the road to Louisiana. Customer service was good but I had a half of glass of wine for $15 I ordered egg rolls but I canceled it because I knew if the half glass of wine was 15$ I knew the food wouldn t be worth me waiting for I wish I would ve been leaving a better review but yeah I ended up at Outback

I wanted to love this place so bad but Erin had the worst customer service. First I ask her to move umbrella & she said they dont move (thats a lie ), then asked for bean bags for their cornhole never got a response . Had to ask for refills. The food quality is alright. We got the amusement park which is served in a ferris wheel however for 38$ it is not enough food ! Its a huge waste of money & a rip off you get to choose five appetizers except for queso cause of course queso cant go in a wire ferris wheel. I would not recommend the amusement park . You get three wings , two corn ribs , one crawfish egg roll that is cut in half & two peices of qusadilla . The garlic parm is a wet seasoning. However, again thats not 38 $ worth of food as youll see in pictures. To also add the sauce cups were barely half way full. Ordered queso on the side & on menu it was 6.99 plus 3 $ for ground beef was charged 7.99 .... the queso is amazing though ! Id order the queso to go. Also if you dont wanna be a server then pick another job but I dont wanna tip someone that doesnt care to refill cups & make someone feel welcome . Maybe we werent the right color but Erin couldve got a 15 $ dollar tip if she had went above & beyond to make her guest feel comfortable. Might come back. Havent decided .

Deondre, family & staff has done an amazing job of bringing The Park to Beaumont. It caters to a young adult crowd after 9p.m. however its very nice. I recommend you visit for yourself and see all the many options at The Park. Vegetarian options: I think so. Kid-friendliness: Before 8p.m. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Went there three times over a weekend that I was in Beaumont for a friends birthday. I really wanted to give them a chance because they are black owned. Day one my chicken wings weren t done. No problem let s try brunch. Went back for brunch the next day and lamb chops were not done had to send them back and wait 30 minutes for a new order. Day three just went to chill and have a hookah. Been here over an hour ate drank my drink and still waiting on my hookah. They have to learn to manage. They have no idea how to manage the atmosphere. Would love to support black people but I won t ever return. Was told everyone has issues so I guess that s their solution I wish them much prosperity but never again on my dime. Now we re blocked in and cannot get out the parking lot. Who knows how long this will take

My aunt lives a block away from this business and has yet heard any loud noise. My fiancee and I personally visited the restaurant a few times last month and the food was great. Atmosphere was soothing and the employees were very kind.

I live so close to this restaurant that I can SEE their back parking lot from my porch. We rarely hear noise and weve never had problems with patrons leaving the establishment. Its nice to have the building occupied by tenants who want to beautify the neighborhood and cater to its residents. Just one thing: Add some salads, okay?

Vibrations were very low Food was not that great, very bland!! Ive had better service atwaffle house. When you walk in they just stare instead of speaking. The ladies very very rude. Heard the whole staff conversation. About another employee. They also clean the table while youre eating with bleach I waited over an hour for the check and it wasnt busy

Over serving alcohol is against the law. Last night one of your over served ran into our fence, totaled her car, and then left. Your ruined her life. She reported the accident, then called 911 back and reported her car stolen. Now they will add false reporting. Your over serving had ruined her life. Other reviewers reported being told to leave or buy a bottle by wait staff. We do not need this kind of restaurant pushing booze . Called loose your license

I love that we have a place like this in Beaumont. The food and drinks were were good and the servers were nice. They dont spare the alcohol in the drinks. Its a grown up environment, restaurant and bar, but also casual. I like that they have hours that children cant stay. Families can go to any other restaurant in Beaumont but this is the one grown up place were you can be comfortable hanging out and drinking with friends!

Supporting black businesses are getting harder and harder as they open. Park has a nice atmosphere and the music is nice. The drinks and the wings are good. Here is where the problem comes in for me. We came in around 530 sat at a booth and we re told about 645 the kids would have to leave and we would have to move to the free seating section because those seats had be purchased. Cool! We had teenagers we knew the deal and so did they. We sent them back to the hotel and moved the hookah and kept drinking. Just to be approach within about 45 minutes to let s us know that it was a time limit on the section and if we wanted to stay longer in that section we would have to buy a bottle. At this point we had spent well over 400.00 plus got a hookah why couldn t we just keep chilling without being bothered about spending more money that we were already spending. By the way we were the only ones approached, customers around us even asked why? I m sure this is what prompted the manager to come over. She was very nice and apologized but the vibe was lost and so we re 6 customers at that point. Very disappointed!

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with The Park on Calder. I was with a group of four people, and we attempted to come for opening day. One of our group was 20, and since none of the flyers or posts said anything about 21+ we thought it would be fine. He was turned away at the door. I went to speak with management and the owner, with no solution. I emphasized how there was no 21+ indication on the flyers or Facebook page. The owner scrolled through Facebook, and was *NOT* to show me anywhere that it was noted as 21+. It was not stated on any of their flyers or posts. He was extremely rude about it, with a Well, i m saying it is, so it is. I was also given conflicting information about wether the age limit started at 8 or 9pm. After waiting 45 minutes, our two drinks had not come out and we had no solution for the fourth person in our party. We ended up leaving. This was an awful first impression.

I rolled into Beaumont today and discovered a new restaurant with a nice vibe! The Park on Calder had great food, lovely indoor/outdoor atmosphere, chill music, and the wait staff was all on point (ask for Dreamy)! Today was the grand opening and everything went off without a hitch. We received an invite from Angelia (kitchen staff) and they really delivered on the flavor! Love this place reminds me of Playground Houston but definitely its own vibe food is really good. I mean it s Beaumont! Good food! I had the catfish and crawfish egg rolls! Food came out fast!
