I can t say enough good things about Beth! She stuck with us through about a year, and kept telling me, When the right one comes along you ll know it, and it ll work out! She was right! We were at the point of making an offer on one when she called and said this new one had just come up- sent a link and it looked PERFECT. We scheduled a showing the next day, and made an offer the next. It is the perfect home for us and Beth knew just what we were looking for!

Beth is amazing to work with! We bought our first house in Southeast Texas from her in 2019 so when the time came for us to move and sell that house, she was our first choice. She stayed in touch with us over the 5 years we were living in the area. She would send anniversary cards, invites for free coffee, and even brought us a gingerbread house kit at Christmas! I cant recommend her enough! Youll be in good hands with her whether youre buying OR selling!

I cannot recommend Beth Kirk and her team enough! We had so many hurdles to jump through using a VA Home Loan and its restrictions, along with a really tough market. We looked at some pretty rough houses and Beth was always 100% honest with us and gave so much amazing advice over the year it took us to find THE ONE. We finally closed on the perfect place and it is so bittersweet to lose her now that the process is done! If Beth didnt know the answer to a question, she always dug until she did or found me the right contact. She has driven all over SETX to show us houses and never once blown us off. We were blown off and dropped by THREE agents from other companies before chancing across her one day and I am so thankful we did. If you want an agent that cares more about you than about the sale, this is your lady! Shes tough and persistent and never once made me feel like we were wasting her time. Thank you again, Beth! We couldnt have done this without you and are so thankful for all of the time and energy you gave to get us in this home!

Beth represented me as buyer for a house in Beaumont, TX, with closing on October 2022. She s really good are her business. She connected with everyone in the family, understood the likes and dislikes of everyone to find, negotiate and guide us thru the mortgage, moving and closing. Mrs. Kirk has been an angel for our family. We bought a house using her 2 years ago and she was an expert at the VA process. Highly recommend her. She was patient in our looong search to find our forever home. She was always kind and available. Even after we bought our house she would keep in touch with sweet cards and small gifts on holidays and the anniversary of buying our home. So when we went to sell our rent house she was the 1st and only person we trusted to help. This was process was smooth. It might have seemed daunting and over complicated but she made it seamless. I know this in my heart that with out her we would have been sick with stress. She is honest and true to her word and today that is extremely hard to find. Mrs. Kirk is a rare find! Who knew buying a first house could be so easy?! Beth was on top of things from day one, and she even involved her assistant Amy to assist in our home search! The second day after contacting Beth, I had an online account set up with multiple home listings!! AMAZING!
