**HORRIBLE SERVICE** Pizza was stale, and you can tell it sat out for quite some time. Over half the drinks were out of order. I asked the worker for 4 to go boxes the manager says What they want four to go boxes for. He then starts explaining the prices which was no problem, after he watches us the rest of the time we were there as if we wanted to steal pizza never going back NEVER!! 0/10

We where in line at 7 40pm 4 adults 2 kids the lady was so busy trying to sell us a soda we keep saying 4 adults 2 kids all of a sudden a man name Mike butts in loudly and states our kids are older than 10 and started smirking, I ask if hes willing to put his job on it, since he was so sure when I provided proof, what then since he was trying to embarrass us in front of other customers and employees ,so I tell the lady come on just ring it up cause we hungry, he butts in again and says but you paying full price right, I said again cause we hungry he says if we acting up we can leave we asked for corporate information and left. I understand they trying to make money but you dont have to be rude and loud We are requesting a call from owner or upper management.

Pizza was alright. Not too much variety like before. We asked for mild Buffalo Wings and they didnt have any flavor. They were cooked well, it was just the sauce that was not good. The salad was good and had a clean area. A variety of options. My husband and kids like the desserts offered. They have an arcade with redeemable tickets now. So that was fun. Workers are engaging as always.

The workers or managers literally stare at you while you grab your food .in a very judgy unwelcoming way Is this not a buffet?? I could judge you guys for working at a pizza place but I don t, so the staring was just rude to me. Not to mention that food was not was I was expecting pizza has gotten so nasty over the years. Nothing taste the same at all except the cinnamon rolls. I just won t be coming here again.

Ehh...Just came here for a quick bite. But, was not feeling the quality of the pizza being delicious as it used to be years ago. Maybe taste buds changed throughout the years. Brownies tasted hard. Pizzas tasted okay in a way of eating it as fair. I guess Ill just go to locally well known reputable pizza shops around Beaumont like Dominos or Little Caesars. Just the food at Cicis Pizza makes me full after a couple slices but doesnt necessarily satisfy my cravings with eating pizza.

Best CiCis!!! Always food out until close. Icees in 3 different flavors. Managers are always attentive and friendly along with the staff. Ive been there when close to closing and a bus drove up with kids. Manager told staff to make pizzas and allowed them to come in and eat. His name was Josh, I believe. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza Kid-friendliness: Newly remodeled arcade and prize counter. Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors and accessories to buffet. Bathroom has 1 handicap stall.

Cashier was pre judging my family. We have traveled from out of state and wanted to sit down and sit together with some of of not eating. They said they couldn t sit in but those eating they could stay. Cicis don t do that and pre judged us. Not coming back here.

Great place for the kids to run around and eat all the pizza they want. The table stay clean and wiped down. Now the bathrooms always seems to need some major attention. Food is great but the bathrooms needs to be better kept. Dietary restrictions: I can not eat carbs because Im a diabetic but they make a crustless pizza which is topping and sauce and its delicious.

The worst ever!!! Especially on a Valentine s Day!!! I was charged for a buffet I expressed I wasn t going to eat I asked how much it would be for a salad due to my diet and not eating all day. I m told it s part of the buffet. I said I ll just take a water instead and my daughter can eat. I m then I m charged with not only for the buffet but a drink as well. When I looked at the cashier I said so I m supposed to be charged all i wanted was salad. I said you know what I can just wait until the line goes down. 15 min go by mind you I m at the first table right across from the register I finally decided to get up and ask for a manager in which two came to fill in at the register she stated she didn t know what was going she s normally informed I stated I understand that we are now moving on 20 minutes and I m just now being presented with that option of paying for a to go salad At this point my daughters full she s only seven and it s well past a long time, especially when you re watching other people being taken care of at the register and enjoying their meals I ll just go ahead and get my refund and she then says well I can deduct the salad from your refund Are you kidding me and this is customer service from management how is this not complimentary at this point I just got my refund and let my daughter enjoy her food As im sitting at the same front table A man comes in with his two kids gets the Buffet lets the cashier know the kids are just gonna have water she replies with well we can t take the drinks off .. MAN WHEN SHE SAID IT S BEEN A LONG DAY ITS DEFINITELY SHOWING? Normally this is a great place and the individuals who work here are sweet and have great customer service today not so much I wasn t very happy

Its Cicis you know what youre getting when you go. This particular location is the only one for miles so the church crowd, lunch crowd, and dinner crowd will wipe the buffet bar fast. The managers are on top of the bar being wiped. Honestly I like coming here its good .

I went in with my 2 kids today. When we left I grabbed my one year olds diaper bag and ended up forgetting my wallet on the table and came back 5 minutes later and it wasnt at the table anymore. I went to the cashier girl and asked her if someone had turned in a black wallet she said yes and gave me my wallet. The man that was cleaning the tables had turned it in to the front in case i came back looking for it. Nothing was missing from my wallet either. I was so thankful for that man for being so honest & turning it in. I wish i would have gotten his name but i was in a hurry and i didnt think to ask. Just know that he was a very honest & trustworthy employee. On another side note the food was great like always!

When comparing every pizza place that I have had food as well as the options such as pasta different kinds of pizza including dessert pizza salad etc. Is great. You can get ahold buffet which includes your salads your soups your pizza and dessert for a little more than half of the price that you would pay for one pizza anywhere else. And let me remind you, its a buffet and all you can eat. And the food is good what more can you ask for except for a little fresh sweet tea in which they have. We found it exceptionally neat that you are able to order the kind of pizza that you like personally and they will make it for you and bring it to you whenever they are done. The bathrooms were clean and had toilet paper and paper towels and soap as most places should. You can dress casual. As a matter of fact while we were there we saw a girl from Hogwarts sporting her fashionable robe. And in the back, the best thing awaits ... GAMES! So the kids, and people like me can have some fun while waiting on the others to finish up. This is a wonderful place to bring your kids. Everything was wonderful and the only thing that I can think could improve in my opinion is the employees and the energy that they put off. None of them were very friendly or welcoming. They seemed as if they were distraught and did not want to be there. But who knows, they might just be having a bad day. This will not keep me from going back. Oh yeah and to-go cups are 52¢

Staff is in rude, inhospitable, and inconsiderate. The restaurant was dirty. Floor and tables. There is NO enthusiasm when people come or go. It took over 30 mins for the pizza we ordered but they kept stacking pizza under the counter. So when they pull it out it is stale and greasy looking. There was no dessert pizza. By far one of the worst cicis and worst experience to date. Cicis in Beaumont Texas is awful. I would give them a zero if I could.

This place is the best. The first time i went in, i was in heaven. Ate all the food i want (or until my belly was full of cheese) and refill my drinks until Im ready to go.
