Yeah, due to the incredible amount of rudeness I and my husband experienced from a very sloppy and insulting cashier who is void of any acceptable customer service skills we have decided that we have absolutely zero reasons to purchase anything else from this establishment. Ever. Period. Not only did the guys attitude come across as ugly he was also very unpleasant to have to look at. Everyone has a bad day every now and then but its never okay to be intentionally rude or insulting to customers regardless of the why. If it was just the one cashier being disrespectful I may have been inclined to overlook or disregard the interaction, however, the entire experience was witnessed by other employees and not one of them even so much as raised a brow to the unprovoked attitude of their coworker. No thank you Specs, I can buy the same stuff your business sales in about a hundred other places and I can do it without having to tolerate disrespect from a very sloppy guy with a poor attitude. And just in case I forgot to mention it, there was nothing either of us did to cause the cashier to have an attitude. We simply placed the items we wished to purchase on the counter and the guy simply addressed the both of us very disrespectfully and seemed to have a great deal of dislike towards my husband. Neither of us have any prior experience with this guy and he has no logical reason to dislike us. Complete and total strangers to this person and I intend to make sure it stays that way. Smh Specs, do better than that with the people you choose to employ.

The staff were friendly and helpful. That was the very first time that i have ever been in specs here in beaumont. I wish it were closer to my house. I would shop there instead of where I usually buy my alcohol.

I putting a 1 because I went in there at 8:55pm had the drink in had and was ready to checkout unfortunately my phone died which I use Apple Pay I told the man i was gone run and plug it up to pay rq ran outside and the phone cut on at Exactly 9:00pm came to the door and this man looks like a man child with a hat sitting on the rail says we close so I call and tell them I was just inside my drink is literally right there can I just pay and go he said in the most rudest way no idc bye like really

Best selection and prices Beaumont has to offer. Great craft beers, great cheap and higher ended products, love their Bourbon and whiskey selections, good vodka too you will pay less then at any other liquor store in town. Bar none Specs is the place to be locally for the vast selection as well as friendly folks. Ive seen them replace bottles when a bag ripped on a customer in the parking lot, etc., some real ones.

Huge selection of assorted alcohol. We are new to TX and have had a hard time finding the beers we drink in any of the grocery stores, but Specs had plenty of options. They also have great cheese selection also a section of kitchen restaurant supplies. We wandered around looking at selections and twice were asked if we needed help finding anything, which is great. So excited to finally have found a place to buy drinks!

Put it this way if youre in the market for a tire that may be smaller or an unusual size even if you need a wheel or a rim its worth stopping by this place. I drove around for about 5 hours today to all the different tire shops around Beaumont looking for a trailer Wheel and Tire 205 75 14 and finally found it here

The service sucked. I placed a order on line to be picked up. Once I arrived I checked in and no one ever came out. I sat in the car for 30 plus waiting for my order to be brought to me. Isnt that the what curbside is suppose to be. I could see people in the window just chilling and hanging out but no order was coming to my car. After about 30 minutes I decided to get out of the car and see what was the deal. I walk in the store and theres three cashiers and another lady just hanging out at the register and chatting. Completely unprofessional. This was a curbside order and no one ever came out. They watched me in my car from the window and done nothing. I have no plans to shop here ever. The staff was horrible and didnt care about my shopping experience at all. My advice is to get a staff that really cares about their customers. Wont be back

Nice place with speedy checkout. I stopped while on a road trip and I was surprised to see they had a good stock of Glenlivet. I purchased a case; I like Spec s cash and case discount. Avoid the Westheimer location in Houston. At the Houston downtown location the stock and customer service are excellent.

Usually I have easy and smooth transaction when I go to specs but just now it was an awful experience .understandably when two people are together I understand the procedure to check i.d and so when I was asked by the old lady I didn t want to waste anyones time so I asked my friend of age of 21+ To go ahead and step out cuz she did not have her id. And then the cashier rudely told us i still need her id cuz she literally the one who put it down here at the counter I would ve understandably listen and tell my friend to get her id but from her manner and tone I just decided to leave and put everything back and not treat her like she treated us. Do I recommend specs? Yes cuz I do love specs it is not the company but it s the people works there I hope that old lady can understand that just because she s in a high age group she can be rude just cuz of her age. Bless her heart. If she hates her job or customers then why be there? There s so many jobs out there that can fit her. It can t be us customers has to adjust for her where in it should be other way around.

Dont go there to get kegs.. they have you pay all these deposits to bring the pumps and kegs back. But if you loose the ticket, or your new son in law whos wedding this was for looses the deposit receipt they dont want anything back??? Seems like I would want it back no matter.
