Well I am leaving this post because I did find what I was looking but. As I checked out I never got a receipt and the next day my card was used for fraud x3 charges after this purchase. I will only go back with cash. This never did seem right when I walked out the store and the credit machine was all the way in the middle of the counter and I could never see it. How many others are being ripped off.

Old man in the counter has terrible customer service. Soon as I walked in he asked what I needed and didn t let me just scope out options. Asked him nicely if he had Apple Pay because I forgot my card (luckily had cash on me) but quickly got mad and irritated by that question. Asked him if he was okay because he quickly turned RED like a TOMATO then snatched my money out of my hands. I was in utterly disbelief in what I just witnessed.

This is my neighborhood liquor store, so yes most of the time I go and purchased from them, but one of the older guys working there I think he might one of the owners because I know theyre two of them always there. He is so rude, like I understand thats your store but if wasnt for us the customers you wouldnt have no business. Most of the time I go here because its close to my house but I dont going to another place if they have better customer service.

Im new yo Beaumont and Im loving this city a little more e each day. Things like my vist too Debbs Liquor are the reason why. People make the difference, . I went in there with a problem that had nothing to do with the liqour business. Not only did they directly help me deal with the issue. They did it with a smile. Kind and patient manner is the best way to explain the costumer service I .recieved. They made me feel like we were old friends, only too glad. Too help out. I tell you this if your in the area and need anything they sell . Do yourself a favor and stop in and let them give you the kind of service you deserve when your spending money you work so hard for,! And do me a favor tell them Will says hi.thanks you get props gentlemen .

Love the selection, but the behavior of SOME of the staff... hate being profiled. Young man asked if I needed help upon my walking through the door. I explained that I wasnt sure yet as to what I would be purchasing...I noticed he continued to follow myself and my brother, even up to the register. I paid cash for my purchase, my brother paying with his card and we left. Two stars are because the older man who checked is out was friendly and nice, and the prices arent outrageous. Gotta do better, Beaumont.
