I did not actually receive services, I called to schedule a consultation and they let me know from the beginning that they did not specialize in what I needed and I appreciate their honesty more than they know. They guided me into a bankruptcy that was not what I needed. The trustee responsible for paying my bills didnt and now Im getting a call from someone saying that there was a loan taken out for the car after I filed bankruptcy and that couldnt have happened so I think theyre thieves. I called to complain about these issues and they will not call me back. I have now lost my vehicle and had my other vehicle repossessed because of the trustees not paying the bills even after I paid them theyre required $550 a month. someone is the thief there and all I need is an attorney but I cant go to them because they wont call me back.

I recently settled my insurance claim for a personal injury case. If you ever get hit by another car or an 18-wheeler then I suggest that you call Packard LaPray. Jon Healy, an attorney, met with in person to discuss my case. He was extremely personable and professional. He tracked down the paperwork related to my medical expenses and worked with the other driver s insurance company to make sure that we eventually got the most out of them from an auto accident that was not my fault. I really appreciate the fact that he showed diligence and his staff showed their thoroughness throughout the process. The high professional standards at Packard LaPray made this bad experience of being hit, a little better. You may know that Mr. Healy last year got a 27 million dollar verdict in Jefferson County when a commercial truck smashed into cars on I-10. Even though my case was so small compared to that case, I feel like the law firm cared about my case like it was their biggest. I hope I never need to use a lawyer again, but if I do, I won t hesitate to call Packard LaPray again.

Having been through 3 different law firms on 3 different filings for my SSI, Packard & LaPray got it done. Not to mention that they accepted my case with just two months to prepare for the appeals hearing in front of one of the meanest SSI judges in the State. Ms. Sandi was my PoC from the beginning and although I wasnt very optimistic considering past experiences she kept me focused with her calm and professional demeanor and her legal knowledge helped answer my multitude of questions. The Packard & LaPray Lawyer who took my case before the Judge was 1st rate and she could see my frustrations with the Judge and stepped in at just the right times for me. She was 100% prepared!! These folks have become like family. After having to seek an attorney for my mother, they were not only reassuringly confident in what they were doing to help us, but comforting to us as their client. I remember an instance when my mother was in dire need of help while in the hospital, and no one would help her. After a call to her attorney, ( Dan Packard) he and his wife left an event they were at, and came directly to the hospital to make sure she got the help she so desperately needed! This was AFTER business hours. He was instrumental in actually saving her life. Years after my mothers case was settled, and she passed away, they even sent an absolutely beautiful flower arrangement to her funeral. Years later, when I needed an attorney myself, for disability, I went to them. They held my hand thru the process, and I never had to call them to check on the progress of my case! I was often notified by them BEFORE social security even notified me by mail! If I ever need legal assistance again, they are the only law firm I will go to.
