We arrived on time for what was supposed to be a 1 hour fun birthday experience with my family. It was fun but we had to wait for 5-10 minutes beyond the start time to get the clubs brought to us. The server seemed to be busy with a large party and we had to get the manager to take our orders. She was very understanding and gave us a complimentary appetizer. So instead of a 2 star I gave a 3 star review.

So, my sons new hobby to try is Golf. I know NOTHING about golf, know NOTHING about clubs, balls, courses etc. (Unless its my very minimal put put knowledge.) The other day, I brought him to 5 Under. Let me just tell you, the manager, Tristan and our server, Luke, there not only recommended AMAZING food, but were so AMAZING with my son during our visit!! Lukes area was a little slow when we were there, he spent time with Richard helping him learn to swing, both Tristan and Luke played with my boy! They made such an impact on my son he reached out for a hug, and that just doesnt occur for people hes close to, much less a stranger Hands down can not recommend this place enough! The staff is AMAZING! The food is ON POINT my word on point!! Ive never had queso this good, anywhere Ive been ever! Tristan and Luke, thank you both for making my sweet son comfortable and helping him enjoy his time, the world needs more people just like yall!! Will absolutely go back on repeat!

We made a reservation for an indoor pod and I received a confirmation. The next day I received a text that said my reservation had be cancelled. I had to call to get further information. Per the manager, a larger party had booked and the system canceled our reservation. She offered to let us play a hour or move our reservation to outside. I appreciate her attempting to fix the situation but this is bad business. They should not take online bookings if this is something that can occur. People make reservations for a reason and it is not easy to make new reservations at a restaurant for a large party at the last minute.

Worst customer service Ive had in along time. Ping sent me to them since they were closest retailer. Brought my club in that ping just wanted them to inspect it for further action and they refused to inspect it since I didnt buy it through them. It should matter where you take it if ping is going to warranty the item any retailer should inspect the item. It was my first experience with 5 under and will surely be my last.

I had a fantastic time at Five Under Restaurant in Beaumont. The food and appetizers were top-notch each dish was delicious and perfectly complemented by the golf experience. The service was exceptional, with staff being attentive and friendly throughout. It s a great spot to enjoy a meal while relaxing after a round of golf. Highly recommend for both the food and the service!

I had a DISTURBING visit when I was at 5 Under Golf Center very recently. There was a server, Tim (or Tom, I can t remember), taller individual looked about 28 and he was telling one of the runner of food to go drop off the plate to the smelly indians at that table *and point across the venue* Tim/Tom later was bragging to another co worker that he had slept with one of his co workers who was apparently a hostess at the establishment who was just ripe because she had just turned 18 (He looks YEARS older than her by the way) I was here with my corporate event for my company and i WILL BE SURE to not come back here and i will be sure my company doesn t come back as well. There is a TIME AND PLACE and in front of guest isn t it.

Fun place with good food, atmosphere and service. The outside golf is great but only if you keep to the right. The course outside is setup awkwardly and the left is significantly shorter and not quite has fun. The inside virtual golf is very fun and pretty unique. The bar is nice with overall good selections. I love getting the par-tee sampler appetizer. The food doesnt let you down. The clubhouse has a nice selection as well with options of trying clubs out at the course.

Supervisor made stupid claims about interactions. I only talked to the bartender and the supervisor interrupted! Asked if her hair was real? She asked me to pull it I refused! She was goat ugly. The bartender was amazing. Then she said I made her feel uncomfortable! Told the underling manager to tell me. I asked who? He said didnt matter! I only talked to two people. The bartender and the troll. The troll didnt kick me out. Just said I made her or he uncomfortable. And I could not have any more drinks. When i called she lied. This needs new management! Not a very good experience at all. Sat at the bar and it took the bartender about 10 minutes to even ask what I wanted to drink. More worried about chit chatting with her regulars. She had very limited knowledge of the happy hour menu and beer selection. Another 20 minutes went by and she never asked me if I wanted to order food or another drink. I was holding a food menu the whole time. So I left. Only positive was a good drink. Also walked by 6 employees on the way out and not one told me thank you for coming in. Not busy at all when I was there. Decided to give it a 2nd chance and ordered gumbo and the cowboy burger. Boy was that a mistake. The gumbo was absolutely terrible. Almost smelled spoiled and the burger was super dry.

Good times were had! Today we had a great experience at 5 Under for lunch! The boys each had cheese burgers and I had the fried shrimp. Way more than what I could eat.... The street corn salad was my favorite. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and I tried the tortilla soup for the first time. It was wonderful! Our server was great and very attentive. 1st trip here yesterday. Was a fun experience. We got jalapeño poppers, southwest egg rolls n prime rib sandwich. Only the fries was hot. Everything else barely warm. Jalapeño poppers was not good at all. Im assuming if hot would had been edible. We didnt eat them. The sandwich was a disappointment also. The games was fun. Overall a good time. Wouldnt recommend the food. Maybe had it been hot wouldnt feel so strongly. Devin was our server and done great. Wasnt his fault how it came out.

Had the appetizer New Orleans Shrimp. I will easily say it was phenomenal and could stand as a meal on its own. Just the perfect blend of spices and butter put on French bread. There was a delay for my wifes Croque Monsieur but they graciously comped it against our desire and we took it home to eat. It was additionally an absolutely outstanding meal that I wish I had another. The chef has hit some homeruns with these two. Its well worth the eating experience and you should go out of the way to go there.

Initially, we went for lunch and to hit some balls. It was my 14 year old, my eight-year-old and my adult self. We had some appetizers that were absolutely fantastic! Bela was our server and she was 100% top notch!. We stayed for 2 1/2 hours and had a blast. I took the boys back to the hotel to swim and relax and at dinner time they begged me to go back. We returned and had dinner and hit golf balls! Sounds crazy, but it was awesome. All the dinner foods were impeccable! Zoe was our server this time, and she, too, was an absolute rockstar! We cannot wait to come back as soon as we re back in town again!

Great atmosphere. Slim selection of beers, so nothing for the connoisseur. Our waiter messed up a few things on our order but made it right. He was young and very forgetful but was apologetic. I wasnt a fan of raw Jalapeños on my pizza they were hard and crunch. I prefer a hotter pickled one, but wasnt deal breaking. Still tasty. I would definitely go again and give the golf a try too.

I placed an online order for a golf club costing $199.00. The club arrived with the price tag $99.00. I called three times hoping to speak to someone that could/would be helpful. Each person said the manager, Miller, would be in touch. Most companies would apologize and immediately issue a credit for the difference but this is not the vibe I am getting from 5 Under Golf. One girl told me the prices are different online than in the store. Really? Are the prices different at the restaurant when you have dine in service versus ordering food online? Another girl told me Miller is an extremely busy man and she does not know when he will be able to return my call. Hopefully he can find some time to give me a call and explain what is going with 5 Under Golf . Its been three weeks since I wrote this review. I heard back from 5 Under Golf 2 weeks ago with a generic response indicating they would review and be in touch. I have not received any correspondence from Miller, the manager, or anyone at 5 Under Golf. ALL ONLINE CUSTOMERS... 5 Under Golf is a restaurant. A brick and mortar place is required for them to sell golf equipment online. There is no store front or customer service department. Online shoppers would be much better served going to a Golf Galaxy or known chain store that will honor their advertised prices. I would suggest NOT buying equipment from 5 Under Golf.

Tammy the manager is so rude, she ruined my experience. My friend had ordered a regular sprite from the waiter and there was a misunderstanding and they brought a vodka sprite. The waiter came back to check my friends id for the vodka sprite that was ordered but really it was just a misunderstanding and he just wanted a sprite. So then afterwards my other friend ordered some drinks and manager STALKED us the entire time were there, not only making us feel uncomfortable but the poor waiter was visibly uncomfortable also. Afterwards we tried to leave out the back where we had saw other guest leave from and Tammy rudely stopped us to not only tell us we were going the wrong way but gave us even more attitude by saying it clearly says emergency exit when really she just wanted to watch us walk out through the front on cameras. the waiter was great we just felt bad for him because it was all a misunderstanding but the manger Tammy was very rude and unprofessional and made the experience feel awkward and unsettling.

For anyone trying to go, I recommend call ahead of time and reserve a tee time. We went yesterday at 5pm and they said they could not get us in because they were booked until 8pm. So then we asked if we could just eat instead, since we were already there. In which the lady hosting said unfortunately not because they were full as well. Lol there were EMPTY BOOTHS and tables everywhere . Even the bar wasn t that full, she said we could sit there but that wasn t the type of dinner we were wanting. I saw Maybe three tables with people sitting in them. Everyone else was In the back playing golf. Not sure what was going on. But it was kind of uncomfortable and we got an unwelcome feeling. Visited 5 under yesterday. Have heard such mixed reviews finally decided to give it a shot. My experience was well a mixed review. We went for brunch with a party of 3 adults and 3 small children. My first thought was there are a lot of hostesses and not a lot of wait staff. There seemed to be one person waiting on everyone inside. And maybe one person for the outside, but didn t seem to be a lot of team work at all. They were out of several things so our original choices were unavailable. After making additional selections we settled in played games and waited. The wait did not seem long when the food began to come to the table. However, our meal was delivered in pieces. Meaning one persons food was brought out, a few minutes later someone else s food came out. By the time the last person got their food the first person was near finished with their meal. All in all the atmosphere was nice. The games were fun for the kids. It kept them occupied. Our server was sweet and polite and did a great job considering the deck stacked against her. I expected more for my money. Whoever does your marketing is incredible. They can pull in the people for sure. With poor management though I m not sure it matters.

I just saterted plying golf. I took my first (of many Im sure...) golf lessons there. I found John (my instructor) to be well informed and well equipped. They have the golf video game that breaks down the swing. The waitress was attentive.

Wanna be Top Golf. Range is too narrow and short. Servers take forever. Also overcharged drinks during happy hour and server messed up everyone s BOGO burgers. Automatic 18% tip applied even though service was very bad and it wasn t mentioned prior. Won t be back

My daughter and I stopped by for lunch while her vehicle was being repaired on two different days. The service was wonderful and friendly They took very good care of our needs. The food was better than many restaurants. Since we were so impressed we did stop by one evening with the whole family for dinner and games. The food was still great. The only negative I have to say was the service was lacking from the day shift. If it had been really busy I could understand but we saw staff standing and chatting while we waited for service.

I have always had a great time at this place when I have attended other parties, but when trying to plan a party for my husband it is like pulling teeth to get anyone to answer or return my calls. I (for the past 2 weeks) have been trying to plan a birthday party and have taken every avenue to do so (via email, Facebook, and phone calls) but still no calls or return emails. Im truly disappointed because Ive always had such a great experience.

Have been to this place serval times the very first time was a charm the other times not at all the waiters seem to be always missing in action and when they finally did appear their customer service skills where very poor but as you look around on each visit you could clearly see others being attend to in a promptly manner its a nice place but beware the service can be horrible at times depending on who you end up with as a server update went for mothers day 5/8/22 and i must say it has gotten worse and we had inside bay that messed up after every game played due to a broken monitor that was broken before we received the bay and they had the nerve to act like we where getting on their nerves excuse me for the price per hour it shouldnt have been a issue service was very slow and bad

We finally had the chance to visit 5 Under Golf Center over the weekend and it was a blast! We started our evening with drinks, appetizers, and entrées in the dining area.. all staff members we encountered were attentive and friendly! You MUST order pretzel bites, those things were delicious (so delicious we ordered more while we were playing in our bay)! We played for 2 hours in one of the outside bays and everyone enjoyed themselves! Our waitress made sure our drinks stayed filled and that we were always taken are of! It was a fabulous experience and we already cant wait to go back!

Let s start with the reservation. I reserved an outside bay for 9pm. Only to have them call me 10 minutes before to tell me they over booked and I d be pushed back to to 930. Then we get in our bay and to surprise non of their games actually line up with the light up distance pins so you re basically just guessing at how far to hit. Over 2 hours I got 1 refill on my Dr Pepper and my pork sliders came out cold. Ironically the fries were hot. At the end of the night we were hit with an 18% gratuity and they tried to charge us for club rentals even though I brought my own clubs. Just drive to Houston and go to top Golf.

My sister was visiting from New Jersey, we needed a hang out spot to catch up, Id never been here, decided to give it a place a try, Im glad I did. The staff here was extremely friendly, the food, and cocktails, we amazing, I most definitely will be back.
