My husband, MIL and I stopped in for lunch. We had the Mushroom and Swiss 1/2 burger with FF. My MIL had the chicken strips with FF. Dwayne took my order and was AWESOME! Everything was hot and GOOD! Will definitely be back!

I ordered a fish sandwich, curly fries and onion rings. The only thing that was half good were the onion rings. The fish is horrible and the fries were old. Its definitely not catfish. I also ordered the chicken nugget kids meal. The nuggets are like fried cardboard with batter. The hamburgers are good but dont order anything else. Hence the name Hamburger Depot I guess??

I am not happy with my visit today! I normally go to hamburger depot at least 2 times a week I except great service today I only went for my sweet potato fries..: I paid 4.00 for like 20 fries!!! They were cold when I got there I asked to get them remade, the guy manager Dewayne was not happy about that. My lady friend manager was not there or I didn t see her but she is amazing, caring, friendly, and a hard worker very genuine unlike the other guy!!! I m not sure if I ll go back and I may advise my coworkers not to either if I go to hamburger depot it may be the one down town now . Please do something about the quantity and quality of the sweet potatoes fries please and thank you

I had fried zucchini and it was delicious with honey mustard . My friend had fish platter. Comes with fish , french fries,hush puppies. I would definitely come again Vegetarian options: Side salad is delicious Dewayne is very helpful. When the Beaumont locations first opened, the food was outstanding! The burgers poured juice like a faucet but it was tasty. But all of that has changed... The last couple of times weve tried it its been like... lets give them one more chance , because its gotten to be hit or miss on the quality of the food. But then theres last night in Lumberton... The young lady at the counter began barking at us to order before we even reached the counter. She was rushing us by repeatedly asking...what can I get you ? She never smiled...not once, and acted bothered by our being there at all. My wife said..just give me a burger combo, so we could eat and get out of there! Again....bland burgers pouring juice...my fries were floating, and once again the dried out bun completely crumbled in my hands!! We ate half of our meal and left. We will never eat at one of these establishments again...and I would never recommend it to anyone . Were done......!!!

This place was highly recommended by some friends. The food was ok, unfortunately nothing special. The service was not good at all. The young lady at the counter was not nice at all and didnt explain anything after telling her it was my first time here. The price is a little high I feel. My husband and I always get food to-go here. Today we decided to stop in and eat. We walked in, and went up to the counter to place our order. There were three men behind the counter talking. They just looked at us and didnt say anything. There was a woman with short, gold hair right behind the register. I said hello to her with a smile then she literally looked at me n put her head down. My husband and I looked at each other shocked!!! Blatant rudeness. Im not sure what my husand was gonna order but literally only wanted the fried pickle spears. He asked her if they had the fried pickles and she said We out right now. So we said nevermind, thank u and decided to leave instead. Theres this one guy whos tall, light skin that works there who always has the best attitude and customer service. I didnt see him in there today. They need to put her in the back to work if she gonna be all stank looking with a bad attitude like that. We wouldve still ate there if her attitude wasnt so stank!!!

A really good old-school cheeseburger. One of those burgers thats seasoned just right with the bun that complements all the fresh toppings. The fries were crisp and cooked just right. And the onion rings were some of the best I ve had. Service was really good it was a great dining experience
