Was going to eat inside today,but note was placed on front door saying due to short staff please go through drive thru. Unacceptable! A customer who wants to walk into your establishment should mean just as much Or more than those sitting in the drive thru. Lost my business today and I went elsewhere. A customer drives to eat at your establishment and you want to make them wait in a line at the drive thru? You can handle a line of vehicles,but not 2 people Face to Face? Not acceptable!!

Stole my money! I go here every Tuesday for the Tuesday special and always get the same thing, Tuesday special ADD a roll. The staff is usually pretty nice (they rush you, but with a smile) Well today I went to get one the same way and when I got home I noticed my roll was the only thing there. It s like a 99 cents up charge for a roll in addition to the biscuit so I was obviously upset when I realized I payed for a roll and biscuit but don t get it. I m very irritated at this point cause I also tried calling up there but literally no one answered. I m assuming cause it was close to 9 or whatever. Will definitely have to go up there but I shouldn t even have to if they would ve just got the order right.

I will say chicken express has grown on me. I didnt really give it a chance. But really all their food is great and the employees are a way better than the ones at Popeyes... Just walked in on 2/17 at 830p to see employees using vapes in the kitchen. Then a guy in regular clothes walk behind the counter and help himself to food. Sad they got such trash working here. Wont see me stopping here anymore....

I live Chicken Express- but I recently moved to Beaumont and this location here is by far the worse. Old food and rude employees are not q good mix. I have visited twice and both times- the visit was subpar. I won t be back, but for others- hopefully this is fixed soon.

I love the food, tonight I was told Im getting ready to go home we cant cook gizzards we are closing. Two guys sitting around doing nothing front lights off in store. 9:05 pm on a sat night. Sooo disappointed in this service and this store. Left empty handed. No way to run a business. A good manager ensures a store is fully functional until closing. Update: Unfortunately, today at 6:40pm, an employee whose name sounds like Syniah, took my order over the phone and was very rude. She was irritated from the start, dismissive and cut me off with little I heard you jabs. That s the first mean employee I ve dealt with there. It made me uncomfortable and defensive back. I don t appreciate the way she spoke to me. Especially when I buy my Veteran father s food there often. I just wanted to say how very sweet one of your employees was, yesterday. His name is Seth and he was so happy and polite. Best manners ever and he gave my Veteran dad a senior discount. Most helpful and joyful young man. He definitely needs to be in the spotlight!!

Fried chicken livers. Ive been on a lookout for them for years since the major chains(kfc and churches) stopped serving them. Chicken express not only has chicken livers but chicken gizzard for thos looking for them. They had a very crunchy breading, but the livers were cooked to perfection. This location has always been better than they were yesterday. Waited 24 minutes in the drive-thru. The cashier was not friendly through the ordering intercom or in person -- but while I was at the window I listened to her cutting up with her friend in the restaurant. The food was ready and waiting when I got to the window it was also cold, I think it sat most of those 24 minutes. I didn t realize this until I opened it while driving down the road. It was a big disappointment. I know that good help is hard to find these days, but bad help makes your business look bad.

Did not have positive experience at the highway 105 location, its usually pretty good here. First off I had to wait for at least 10 minutes to order. Saw one man walk out from being tired of waiting.. Lady at front counter got aggravated at me for asking if dinners were almost ready. I later heard her sounding off about having to do everything. Geeezzzz seriously. My only regret was I didnt continue on to Lumberton Chicken Express.

Usually the food here is great. This time it seemed like they let it sit out for too long. Spicy chicken strips were hard and cold. Fries where cold and stale tasting. The regular chicken strips were barely warm. Mashed potatoes and gravy was great, like always. Rolls werent soft and fresh tasting. All the corners were hard.
