When vehicle was purchased I was promised two years free oil changes. I do not recall this offer being qualified by milage, and even if it was I purchased care with several miles on it which apparently counted against this offer. Attempted to complain about misleading assertion of salesmen to sales manager who was rude and dismissive, I love and have confidence in the product I purchased. Appears vehicle was purchased with damage I am certain I did not caused (bent rim), that I was forced to repair on my own dime... add to this the fact I got one oil change before expiration of free oil change offer, makes me question the dealership and there loyalty to customer. Maybe I should have purchased elsewhere.

We brought truck for recalls and then to ck water leak. Noone said it will be at least 2 days at dealer. When u call its ridiculous with getting service to answer phone. It gets kicked back to front desk. Then after doing this about 15min. I just asked someone to tell me where we were at with truck. Said recalls were being done. Which they had told me the day before they were done and he was trying to diagnose leak and would.let me know , going on third day at dealer. I was outside missed call, message Said estimate was sent. Sent where , well they sent messaged to my husbands phone which I told them to call me. (Husband has alzheimers and doesnt look at messages) they have my phone now trying to call back , person at lunch. I tried calling number person left messages on and it immediately hangs up. I asked if someone could look up how.muvhbthat estimate is because I never got it anywhere. Now waiting and dont know whats wrong with truck. Never in my life have I had to go through all the phone calls and waiting. Dont think I would buy a Toyota again.

I have to say best car buying experience ever. 100% recommend them. I have to say they are not pushy at all. Not out to get you. They are all about service and not high pressure. Johnnie was my salesman and if you go here ask for him. He was very patient with my indecisiveness and got me exactly what I wanted. It took me a month to decide and through many emails and texts he was always polite and patient. I then met Austin in finance. Who was also great to deal with. He didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need or want or hide any fees which I have seen at other dealers. If you have any doubts there are 12 other dealers in the Houston area which I visited and communicated with 6 yes 6 others and can say Community was the most outstanding, easiest to deal with, and in my opinion the most honest and trustworthy.

Schedule my car for 50000 maintenance. What their website said. Got there and was told I needed to have them do a dienastic to my car. And drop my car off for at least 2 days because they was backed up on getting it ran. I said I was just there for the normal 50000 maintenance. Left and called the contact,(Laura)and she gave me the run around to. I just needed the regular maintenance done.

Do not buy vehicles from this dealership. I bought Tacoma 3 months ago and since the first day I bought it, it has gone wrong. I have taken it to service 6 times and they tell me that it has nothing and today, July 30, 2024, I took it back to the dealership because my brake pedal no longer works and they told me that they are going to check the truck and they will surely tell me that it has nothing. Do not buy from the dealership anymore. Dont buy vehicles at this dealership, I bought a Tacoma. Its been 3 months and since the first day I bought it, it went wrong. Ive taken it to service 6 times and they tell me theres nothing and today, July 30, 2024, I took it back to the dealer because my brake pedal didnt work. more and they told me that they are going to check the truck and it is more likely that they will tell me that it has nothing, do not buy more at the dealership

On 7/21 i was moving my toyota landcruiser, i had the door open , and gloves on.(this affects the key fob) my car started and then shut down in anti theft mode. not being able to reset it myself i had it towed. for 2 days the techs could not figure it out, I made 6-7 calls to service manager in 2 days and never received a call back. The next day at 4:40 , Jordon my service guy told me a battery would PROBABLY fix it, ( That was after the service manager was supposed to call he still never did) I told him my car just needed to be reset but if the only way i can get my car back is purchase a new battery i would! BUT i wanted my battery to ck myself. My battery was white and a 7 yr battery being the car is over $100,000. Well of course they put a filthy black battery that was dusty and dripping something off into the back of my car (i had disconnected my battery cables myself the day before! i know what my battery looked like!!! I went back in and the guy at parts called the back ( speaking in spanish) so i could not understand! The service manager finally called me the next day, he told me that I purchased a battery 5/2020, which was a LIE that is when i bought the car brand new! I have usually had good service at Toyota but the staff seemed very immature, rolling eyes, unprofessional! When i got into my car the radio was blaring on tejano music and clock was not even reset. If my problem was the battery why did it take 2 days to figure out! No my car needed to be reset which was under warranty but the battery was $230

I highly regret getting my Toyota. I should have just kept my Jeep. Me and my family wanted a bigger car and trade in our jeep for a Toyota Highlander. When I first got there the sales guy promised us that we could do $1,000 for $750 a month. We were down, and even signed a paper and everything. Then once we got to finance they changed and said they can only do $3,000 down but I only had $1,000 to put down so they suggested a loan to pay the down payment. We said okay and got a approved for a loan. But was still thinking okay thats fine we pay $750 a month and a little loan. Bet. Once I get and start signing all my papers and getting ready to go, I was super excited about a new car (mind you at this point we have been here all day, Im exhausted, tired , hungry, chasing my toddler and just over it) then Im going through the signing process and he throws at me that my monthly will be $845 a month, a hundred dollars more than we had agreed, but I was already had my heart set on the car so I said okay, I really like it so it is what it is. Wish I never did that but anyways, I got my car and everything. And was texting, calling asking, where do I pay my loan for the down payment, no one would tell me! After a few weeks I finally had to go in and they gave me a number, how easy was that, you could have just texted me that I go pay the loan and then the credit card company says it went through, forward a week later it never went through, no one told me, no one called nothing and I had to pay $150 in late fees!oh and ALSO they said the down payment was 3,000 when I went to go pay my loan it was $3,500 just ridiculous. All this money on this damn car, I truly regret it. TELL YOUR SALES PEOPLE DO NOT KAKE PROMISES ON Payment AMOUNT UNTIL THEY SPEAK TO Finance BECAUSE YOU GET PPLS HOPES UP AND TAKE UP Their WHOLE DAY UP AND THEN BLIND SIDE THEM WITH ALL THESE CHARGES. Ima refinance next year with my bank and pay off that loan and never get another Toyota again. Oh also I was suppose to get a credit card in the mail to pay the card but never did, so now I have a late payment on my credit history and paid a LARGE later fee. Yall are a mess.

Horrible service, I bought a 2024 Grand Highlander and it came with AC problems. I have already taken it to the dealer twice and nothing has been done to solve my problem. Every time they check it they leave it full of grease and scratches inside the car. The last time they told me absurdly. that the humidity outside the car is normal, I spoke to his boss and Im still waiting for answers. And Toyota is not going to leave me a comment that some boss will talk to you because no one solves anything, nor will my family ever return to this place to buy anything.

I contacted them through their website for a vehicle pick up I was purchasing. They confirmed the appointment for the pick up and assigned me a salesman. I called before my appointment to get information on how much my cashier check needed to be since I was putting $18,000 down. That s when they told me the truck wasn t even there yet. I drove over an hour to get this truck and it wasn t there. They told me they would let me know when it arrived. I called the next day just to find out they had already sold it. If I could give ZERO Stars, I will be definitly. My experience start with New cars sale department and then service department was beyond disappointment. When I bought new car from them I cant take back my old license plate. Sale lady said they take it out and disposal it so I leave it with my trade in car. After 2 months later I got toll road bill. Some one using toll after I sold to them. Now I have appointment for second key fob, so I leave my work early to make appointment on time. My appointment time was 1pm and service closed time was 3:30pm. When I reach to service the lady from service turn down my appointment and stated that there is not enough time to program the key fob. (she said it need 3 hours to do). So they have super slow computer to do the job done or what? And I ask for to talk with service manager she said I have no appointment to talk with manager. When on the way back I call front desk to talk with GM she transfer the call but no answer (I try 3 times). I will definitly will not go back to there to do any kind of business with them and they make TOYOTA images look bad.

I will never be taking my car back here for maintenance. They are an absolute train wreck, no organization, and frankly, they have imbecilic responses. I scheduled an appointment to have my brake pads replaced on Wednesday, June 5, at 2:15. They proceeded to turn us away despite our appointment time because they were all booked up, and they told us to come back the next morning at a different appointment time. Yes, because I have all the time in the world to get my car maintained at YOUR convenience, Toyota. I also questioned as to what the supposed point of an appointment was if you were not going to get the car in at that time, or even that day? But yet we brought the car in today. Simple brake pad changes, no problem. Expect they proceeded to tell us it would take 4-5 hours. Excuse me? 4-5 hours for a 10:45 am appointment for brake pad changes? We proceeded to question the guy helping us as to why such a simple maintenance task would take so long as we had opted to wait for the car prior to this instead of a shuttle. I wish I was joking when he said appointments are more of a guarantee we ll get your car done by the end of the day. I truthfully wish I could ve seen my own face when I heard that. I also must counteract that statement with, if that were the case, then why was it not taken in on Wednesday and returned same day? It s unfortunate when I feel more comfortable taking my car to a chop shop to be fixed up than an actual Toyota dealership. Extremely disappointing and stressful experience, you d have better luck at Firestone. OH, and not to mention the brake pads were 66 dollars, plus maintenance which was 277 DOLLARS. Pathetic that you have to price gouge your loyal customers to stay afloat now.

Never go to this dealership, got my car back with more problems than when I started. My car was at this dealership for a month. The exhaust system underneath my car had to be replaced including replacing my two air filters. I need to strongly emphasize that there was nothing else wrong with my vehicle when I dropped it off. When I went to pick up my vehicle the first time, my air filters were sitting in my seat and my car wouldnt start. I walked back into the dealership to speak to my repair associate, Laura, who told me that was normal because my vehicle was running a lot. This made no sense to me and I asked her how she was going to fix it. She told me that they would just jump start my car. Upon doing so, I noticed that my headlights were on and so were my brights (solved the mystery as to why my battery was dead!). I have a 2013 vehicle so you have to manually turn the lights on with the handle. I reported this to my representative and was just shrugged off. I was incredibly upset but I just wanted to go home so I paid my $3200 bill and drove off their property when I noticed that my A/C was not blowing any cold air. Again, there was nothing wrong with my A/C when I dropped off my vehicle. So I brought my vehicle back and demanded that my A/C be looked at and that my battery be replaced as they were the ones who drained it. Second time I went to go pick up my vehicle, I was told that my A/C was out of freon and that I would have to pay for a new battery. I requested to speak to a manager as I did not feel that I should have to pay for a battery that I did not damage or ruin. The assistant manager told me that my battery was already on the way out and that he could give me a $30 discount for the battery. I paid for the battery and was driving home when it started to rain, would you like to guess what didnt work? You guessed it, my freaking windshield wipers!!!! I was beyond angry at this point. I got the car home and checked under the hood. My husband discovered that they did not plug my windshield wipers back in nor did they secure my wiper cowl nor the windshield corner wraps. The bolts holding all this in place were completely gone so I had to replace those as well. Never take your vehicle to this location. This was the absolute worst service I have ever had.

I had to give a star to be able to write a review . I m sure buying a new car from here is great. BUT TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY!! STAY AWAY FROM USED CARS FROM HERE ! I am not sure how they do it but the auto facts report they show you is not the same as the real one . I bought a used car from there in 2022 and in the two years I have had it , it was in the shop 8 months the first time and now it s been there 4 times in May for undisclosed issues it already had when I purchased it . Not only does it have undisclosed engine issues .. it had also been wrecked and that was also not reported to me by them or the report the car came with. Like I said , I am not sure how they do it but none of that information was disclosed to me. I went in there to talk to the used car sales manager when I first discovered this and he was no help. Pretty much all I could do was trade my car in which I would then be upside down by a lot . Legal action may need to be my next step after I get my car back yet again. And I don t want not need an automated apply reply from my review either. This is just a warning to everyone not to shop for a used car here.

I have been coming here to get my Tundra services since 2020. I have really never had anyone to hustle to get me in and out at my appointed time but today Andy is making it happen. He assured me of a multi point inspection without me asking. This is great customer service. I was also assured by Andy of how long the servicing of my vehicle would be. This is a plus. My experience overall was excellent at Community Toyota. As promised they delivered my 2024 Landcruiser First Edition at MSRP with no dealer mark ups. Esperanza Delagarza was my salesperson and I highly recommend her. If she did not know the answer to my question she would go find the answer. Worst service department ever. They leave nasty water spots all over my Tundra last time. No reply to my complaint to the service manager. Drive over, request a price on required 40k spark plug replacement, young man sez, roughly $220, but I dunno. Youll have to go to the parts department to find out how much the spark plugs are. Could not even be bothered to give me a quote. Bought a $58,000 Tundra here almost 2 years ago. It was a great experience. Would have liked to talk about that mesquite brown 1794 in the pre-owned lot. Guess not.

Stopped in to look at a used 23 Tundra Platinum 4x4. Walking in we were asked by Kevin if we needed any help. From start to finish Kevin was top notch. Super knowledgeable on the truck and not pushy. After the test drive we talked numbers to which he was also great with. Worked with us where we asked and was transparent when he couldn t. We decided to buy the truck ultimately to almost leave without it due to the finance dept. After deciding to not buy the truck we asked Kevin for our keys back and that we wouldn t be purchasing the truck. He asked why and when we explained he went to bat for us again and was successful. Dealerships exist to sell vehicles and ultimately make money and I understand that. Yet today most salesman feel pushy and like you re there to undercut them. Kevin didn t act like this at any point during our experience and made it a good experience overall. If you re in the market for a new or used vehicle stop by Community Toyota and ask for Kevin. You won t regret it.

Took my truck there with leaky rack and pinion and come back to me with a steering wheel shaking, almost a month there and they can t figure it out but they keep suggesting that I need to replace parts that I already replace. Last thing they told me I need to try my self another wheels on my vehicle and they don t have it to do it. $1500 us later the vehicle still shake and any technician there can warranty me my problem will be fixed. I ended getting tired of go there without resolution. Edited: I found out today all my 4 brand new wheels are scratched out

My son and I both purchased new cars from community Toyota. My son used a sales man named Kerry, a great guy. For my sons first car buying expirence, Kerry did a great job not pushing him and gave him all the relevant information to make an in formed buying decision. Full disclosure, I wanted a new car too. I returned the following day and purchased a Ripping GR Corolla Circut Edition from the sales man i was warking with Darren. Incredible car, incredible sales people, I incredible buying experience. At community everything was perfect from the moment I walked in. Darren Mooney is an amazing salesman, and very informative, I highly recommend. Any information you want on any vehicle from the specs all the way to the safety of every electrical device/sensor the car comes with, he knows it!! He helped me purchase my very first new car, a 2024 Camry XSE (highly recommend the Supersonic Red just fyi ). And even though I had to wait until the car was finally in the lot, every week he kept me updated as to where the vehicle was at and the time frame it had until it came to the dealership. Went excited to run some numbers and maybe get a downpayment for a Camry TRD. Had to wait almost 10min even with an appointment. Felt from the beginning there was no intention of selling a car today Low ball park number for my car. Run some numbers, no negotiation possible when I said I would discuss it with my wife got dispatched in less than 30 seconds. Did not see any car today, not even any other model of Camry. Update: 12/18 no one actually helped me out. Fernando, the sales manager, ran my credit without my approval. I had a very hard time trying to contact him. I called for two days in a row. When I did contact him, he said he didn t want the pressure of dealing with my situation (keep in mind this is a situation he created). He repeatedly cut my off while speaking to him and then hung up on me. Fernando admitted that there was no car associated to my file and didn t know why my credit was ran, but didn t offer any solutions or reasoning. Sir you can t just go around running people s credit without permission. He is an extremely rude individual that only seems to care about making money and will treat you as such. Another thing, the day I went into the dealership my son and I experienced something traumatic. An employee from the dealership fell face first from the top of a vehicle. He laid on the floor moaning in pain for a few minutes. What was shocking to me is none of his coworkers cared to check on him right away. When they finally came over, they didn t even offer to call for help (guessing they didn t want to be sued?). Basically what happened was it had been raining and the edges of the truck were wet. I think when he stepped on the edge to get off the vehicle, he slipped and fell face first to the ground. This incident happened 9/5/23. I also want to point out that I did work with other folks while trying to reach Fernando, and they were great/as helpful as they could be given the situation. Jim W, Carlos, girl from finance, operator girl - all great folks and were as helpful as much as they could be. I m somewhat sad that my experience with Community Toyota was ruined by one individual as I was really hoping to purchase my next car with them.

Took my 22 Camry by today for a scheduled service. I also had a problem with the driver s side windshield wiper tapping the windshield frame that I hoped to get corrected. I waited in my car about ten minutes before anyone seemed to notice me. A service writer took my information and checked in my car. A bit later Justin French came to discuss the issue with the wiper, and though it presented a possible problem with the question of warranty coverage, he went back and got the issue resolved. I d give 5 stars if not for the initial wait. Being more attentive to arriving customers would be an improvement. Otherwise, great job.

The tires on Toyota CHR 2022 have a history of separating on the side wall. Local customer service not very helpful. Dunlop SP Sport Tires are not good quality tires.The battery leaks acid after1.5 years of ownership. Acid fumes enter the car thru the A. C vents and can be deadly and the battery exploded .Please don t buy this car. This car should be placed on scale at a Scrap Metal Yard.

I went to take my car to get the sunroof fixed and the person who attended me Jordan Nestor did not get me a rental to go home he was not sure when my car was gonna get looked at. I had to work late and my sister had to get a rental for me a week later by some other person not him at all he didn t even offer me a rental. I just picked up my car today and it was used because I remember the mileage being at 2,400 something and now it s around 2,600 something and the paint was scratched in two spots. I am very angry and disappointed with the service sine my car is very brand new.

I ve really not had a lot of good fortunate at dealerships, but Community Toyota was excellent throughout the process. Sean was very patient and help me find what I wanted and Fernando explain to me, my trade-in and the process, and Carissa was excellent throughout the financing process. I ve had a couple questions since my purchase, but they have been very helpful, even after the sale, which some dealerships lack. Again, very pleased with Community . Their service center is outstanding. Comfortable waiting area, free coffee, and youre in and out if you make an appointment beforehand. They were finished in far less time than I thought it would take.

Shortly after I had an oil change I started noticing a puff of white smoke coming from my exhaust pipe. It did not do it every time. Concerned, I took it to Community Toyota expecting bad news (Blown Head Gasket), but to my surprise I was told the issue was do to them accidently overfilling my truck with oil and there would be no charge for the diagnosis or correcting the issue. It would have been easy for them to quietly fix the issue and charge me. Although, I am disappointed that they made the mistake, I am grateful for their honesty and resolve of the issue.

With an appointment for an oil change and two hours later they still hadnt serviced my car, they moved on to the ones who didnt have an appointment and I was waiting, I spoke to the service manager and he said to the other that you come, Ill give you first and I said youre going to do what I want. You didnt like me other people. And I never came back.

Service department is horrible, bought a 23 TRD PRO TUNDRA. They installed a cat shield that was installed improperly. They didn t give me screw to take it off. Had to drive out there to get it (I m coming from Katy). Took my truck for seat, center console, and other issues spent hrs there while they looked at my truck left there and was told they were gonna order the parts to make the repairs and fix what they could since not could be resolved. Two months later when I call to take my truck in again for alignment and uneven wear on my tires I find out they never looked at my truck, there was no record of a service tech had looked at it , they never ordered the parts and the new service manager wasn t any help basically said since this all happened before he got there . There was nothing he could do. He said he would call me later that day never revived a call from him, until I called to get an update didn t do much. Just gave me the run around. By then I had already talked to toyota and filed a claim and got the alignment and tires issues resolved. Wasted so much time going back and forth. The experience was just horrible.!!! BIG THANKS to DonMcgill Toyota they took my truck in and were very professional in resolving the matter. Sales rep Jenifer was great ! If you need someone to talk to about buying a car talk to her. But their department is horrible , the incompetence / unprofessionalism is unreal !!

Even though my experience with the Rav4 purchase was good, I was ultimately let down when I never received the referral check that was promised to me. Despite completing all the necessary paperwork and referring a friend who ended up buying an XSE Highlander, I have yet to receive the check since last year. The sale person David White never answered my calls and text messages regarding this inquiry. Oddly recently, I received a call asking me to purchase another vehicle, but I politely reminded the person about my referral complaint. They assured me that they would take care of it, but unfortunately, nothing has been done since last month. At this point, it seems like the corporate folks at this dealership are simply greedy and not committed to fulfilling their business obligations. Its truly disappointing. *****Update: Shout-out to Jim Wadzinski for swiftly resolving the issue with ease!.

Whoever Carlos is in their finance dept. has horrible customer service. I am trying to purchase a fleet of 10 cars for my rental company. I have submitted all my financials they have requested and have constantly been following up with him to get an answer, and hes always in a meeting or on vacation or will get right back to me and never does. I am uneasy because I have submitted all my financials to them and they cant even get me a decision. Feels like a scam at this point. Wouldnt recommend these folks to anyone! Just fyi....this has been ongoing for over 2 months and they just string me along. Im done with them.
