Words cannot describe the experience I had at the outback steakhouse I am in the hospital with some pretty severe health issues and I called to place an order for me and my wife and I had a question about using my gift card and the girl on the phone was phenomenal answering my questions. I let her know that I was in the hospital and we would be coming from Methodist in Baytown so I asked how long it would be. She said 15 minutes so I waited about 8 minutes and sent my wife on the way with the gift card that we had my wife pull into the outback steakhouse and the girl that answered the phone I can t remember her name but she is such a beautiful soul. She was waiting for my wife to pull in as my wife pulled in. She said your Brenda Glenn s wife and my wife said yes and she said OK. Here s your food. My wife said well. Here s the gift card and She said my manager has taken care of your order for you So my wife started tearing up, gave her a big hug and got into the car and called me so I intern called outback they knew my name soon as I called. I asked for the manager they said the manager is Shellby. It made me tear up, which is very hard to do. I would just love if there s any kind of recommendations that could be done the girl that answered the phone and Shellby have a special place in my heart, and I don t even know them again, outback steakhouse you have the best employees seriously with much love thank you beautiful ladies for doing what you did as I sit here in my Hospital room and watch TV. I am not hungry. I just had to put this on the story but they need to be recognized for caring souls so please I hope a manager sees this and they understand how good their employees are

We recently came here at my daughters request for her 7th birthday. Our visit was nothing shy of phenomenal. The food was outstanding! We ordered a blooming onion, coconut shrimp & sirloin, grilled shrimp & sirloin, and 2 Joey steaks. All food came out excellent with each steak being perfectly cooked to medium rare. They also treated my daughter to a birthday dessert and sang to her. Warren & Isiah were great and really made my daughters night special!

There is one thing that bugs me in a restaurant, i ordered French Onion soup, paid $3.99 extra for it, soup came, and two minutes later my food comes. So i am anxious about eating the soup quickly cause i like my food too be hot when i eat it. I will try to ask that the server wait before putting my food order in. We love this place, the bread competes with the rolls at Texas Road house. The lavender blue berry lemonade is the best. Manager is so attentive and you dont wait long to be seated. Always a nice meal. Great service. Fresh hot bread, drink glasses were filled at a reasonable but not overly annoying rate. (They were never empty.) Only complaint was that the booth we were given was uncomfortable. The seats were too close to the table, and they were all attached to the wall, so not adjustable. And the wat the bench is made it was hard to get up and out of the booth, even for my extremely nimble, athletic teenagers. Parking: Easy access from i10 or Garth, (theres a driveway right before the McDonalds), with ample parking spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious dining room with easy access for walkers for wheelchairs.

I am a native Baytonian, and I remember when this restaurant was built. Even though it sits off Garth it is still easily accessible. Years ago I would not visit it so often because the parking lot is not super big, and it was always full. We are probably talking 20 years ago. I have visited it twice in the past two months. Each time I felt like I needed to bring some wet wipes for the booth. The wait staff is always slow to great and bring a drink. They are pleasant, but awkward, and so slow with your food. The food is average and prices are OK. Maybe hire individuals that will remember to check when you need a drink refill, and make eye contact, smile and/ or check if you need anything else. I might be a little picky, but if ever you feel that you wish you could go to the kitchen and get what you needed instead of waiting, then something is wrong.

We used to come here for the lunch sometimes. We ve tried to come here for happy hour with friends but they don t have a good one, no food specials or anything. We came here for New Year s Eve and they had flood lights on, so bright it gave me a headache. The kitchen staff were playing Mexican music so loud I thought I was in a Mexican restaurant. The bar is so dirty and gross, the bar staff had plenty of time to clean on it but didn t bother. Our food was over cooked.

I came to this store with intentions to enjoy a simple lunch while on break. And Oh my l! I received so much more. My server Bailie was just so sweet and adorable. She was on top of everything. Her conversation was enlightening! Shes indeed an important asset to your store. The manager on Duty Mr Warren was very impressive! All of the food was so salty that it was almost non edible. I felt horrible for several hours from eating part of it. My porterhouse was very tender but thin. Our waiter was flaunting that he was seemingly LGBTQ and kept touching my shoulder and back every time he was at the table and then making rude comments. The best part of the meal was getting back out the door. I had a horrible experience but did not want to cause a scene by talking to the manager.

The only thing that tasted good was the bread and bloomin onion. The French onion soup was insanely salty. I understand that it s normally salty but this was overly salty. My dad had a bone-in ribeye and oh my goodness the amount of salt that was on it was ridiculous. My fiancé had the chili and he said it was okay just really bland. It was crazy how salty everything was. It definitely was not a nearly $104 dinner. Our waiter was okay. He kept touching my dad s arm and back. My dad doesn t swing that way. Honestly the staff running the food out were better than our waiter. This was the second time I ve been to an Outback Steakhouse and honestly still not impressed. I have to give a special shout out to the manager, Warren and our waitress, Bailey! My parents, myself and my daughter ate dinner here tonight and the service was top tier! Bailey was so attentive, personable, and just down right sweet! Then, the manager (Warren) won over my daughter with his sparkling personality and kindness! The atmosphere today, Valentines day 2024, lunch time, was amazing! Everyone we encountered today treated us like royalty. From the ladies at the front door, to the hostess, waiter, everyone! My husband & I were impressed! Id like to give a special shout out to Warren though. I went to this outback for the first time, and I have to say our server (heaven) was fantastic thank you! She provided the best service I could ask for. If you go definitely ask for her. As for the food I would say it wasnt bad, food came out quick and the appetizers were good the Mac and cheese bites were great. And the bloomin onion is always my favorite. The Ceasar salad was great, I mean you cant mess that up. French onion soup was ok. It could have been better in my opinion. Ruined my Christmas eve date ordered a ribeye with butter and onions Mid rare, came out RARE, was not asked to cut into my steak, then had to wait why my date ate half her dinner by the time i was asked how is my steak, I showed my server my single cut down the center she said ow wow thats rare! Then I waited while my date finished her food, when the manager brought me my MID RARE steak that I cut down the center earlier, it was so much over cooked that it was curling, I dont like to complain so I took it, but after she left, I was like where my butter and onions, I took one bite and couldnt it was horrible like someone put a press on it, it was really bad. My date ate her food I didnt want a comp I just wanted off my check, it just ruined a holiday dinner, to walk into somewhere extremely excited to leave extremely let down where I didnt even Wana eat and just wanted to go home. Hubby and I got here about every two months. Our food always comes out hot and pretty quickly. We always get good service. Theres nothing wrong with the atmosphere. Ordered me good size steak, medium to well done steak, it was really tasty, had three beers, and fried mushrooms tasted pretty good, the wife had steak and shrimp, she had no complaints, the service was great and the waiter was really nice, and friendly, yes I recommend the place its a really nice experience

I ate at OutbackSteakhouse yesterday. The service was excellent. We were seated upon arrival . The server Bailey was wonderful She was knowledgeable on all aspect of the menu. She checked on us to make sure we were ok and didn t need any thing else. Very friendly outgoing. Needless to say she is the waitress every one would love to have serve them. She even walked us to the door when we were through eating Thank you Bailey it was such a great experience. Definitely will make another visit The food was fresh and delicious. The manager visited our table twice to ask If everything was ok

Outback has ways been a great experience but this particular location was so much more better! Our server was kayla and she was a delight she brought us everything we needed and asked for! When we first walked into the building one of our past server, Kaitlyn instantly recognized us (because my wifi has a eye disability) and offered us the the menu but enlarged for people who have trouble seeing but the manager (Im assuming manager however Im not sure) Warren was amazing it was like free entertainment he was so funny and enlightening.

The manager Warren in ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He is SO KIND and makes the best cocktail sauce for the coconut shrimp. Also our waitress Bailey is ALWAYS SO GOOD!! She is sweet and we never have to ask for refills, she is the best! Thank you outback for another and amazing Sunday! Recommended dishes

Went for a late afternoon lunch/early dinner. The restaurant was quiet. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Drinks were perfect we had a margarita and glass of wine. We both had prime rib and it was perfect. For sides the baked potato was perfect and Caesar salad was crazy crisp and just the right amount of dressing. Simply a perfect 5 star meal and staff.

My wife and I James and Juliet absolutely love the owner the atmosphere we have been going to this restaurant for a long time the food is outstanding the service is outstanding and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing wouldnt go to any other Steakhouse. Parking: Parking is convenient there are handicap parking spots in front of the building I believe that there should be a few more than three but usually theres handicap parking spots open and because of the layout of the entry doors wheelchairs will have no issues getting in.

This place is definitely one of our regulars, and the service is impeccable every time. Warren is so kind and friendly with our two sons and one is always asking for him when we come. Cannot recommend enough! Kid-friendliness: Warren is the life of the store, and he is so funny and friendly with our two young boys. They love him! They have plenty to choose from on their kids menu and colors and pictures to keep them entertained.
