They do not respect their customers schedule for sawing. We arrived at 7:15pm with my wife and they served us the dish and a michelada, but when I asked for another one they told me that they had already cut cash and that they could no longer sell me another one, I asked to speak. with the owner and he reluctantly told me that they were going to make me another one but that it was already closed when we arrived because there were no customers. I told him that if they had told me in the beginning I wouldnt have ordered anything Ami and my wife liked to go to this restaurant from time to time but after what we went through there is no chance we will return to that place nor does the owner care about taking care of his clientele

The food is good but the administration is terrible. The waitresses are traumatized because they are not allowed to sell after nine. They are afraid until they look at the owner. He simply says that you can simply sell if you are already there. The fair thing is that they serve you until you finish. Minimum drinks to reduce food

I came in February 7th to find in. I sat at table 27 my server can to greet me took my drink order then my food order. Once my food was done she dropped it off to my table and never came back because she was too busy eating. Then she sends another server to my table to check on me while she continues to eat I asked for my tab. The server relaid the message to my actual server instead of bring my tab she brings me a sprite. I normally leave a tip because I used to serve myself so I know how It is, but this is just bad service she was not trying so I left no tip. So today 02/08/24 I call and make a to-go order around 1:06 to be exact. The lady tells me 10 minutes after 10 minutes I walk in to get my order I pay she goes to see if my order is ready it s not ready, but she says it shouldn t take long it s almost ready. I say okay I sit down for 10 minutes. Instead of her going to check to see if my order is ready she is sitting down eating. When I got up is when she decided to stop eating to go see if my order is ready. This is just bad service. There is nothing wrong with wanting to eat but at least still check on your table frequently we can see you eating and not paying at to us. Then I pay 13.51 for little bitty wing like they are super small.

First off, customer service is amazing here, waitresses are on point and knowledgeable of the menu. The beer here is amazing, hella cold mugs and dress so well. Now for the best part, the food. The food is amazing, cooked to perfection. I ordered it he 2 fish and 9 shrimp fried, the fish was fried so perfect and the inside was so soft and delicious. The shrimp was the same, with good flavored batter on both, best seafood i ever had. I also order the dozen of oysters, they were so fresh and delicious, I usually pair them up with lemon and Tabasco. Always a go to. I will always drive the distance for this.

Sad the management is not being careful, to sell with pride and honor. Today I bought 6 oisters and 6 shrimps and to my surprise, The oisters where exactly 6, but the size was absurd! Like a marble! Very small I wonder if the original restauran on market street, is doing the same. Service little distracted Quality food excellent With the exception of the rooted octopus, that we ordered 3 weeks back, They were Going to charge, for but at the end they didn t. I love trying new places, my son wanted shrimp & google suggested this place. They shouldn t, how it has 4 stars I do not understand. I had the grilled shrimp over dirty rice, mixed peppers/onions, salad, roll & my son had the very pricey $8 kids meal of 4 pieces of oddly colored fried shrimp & a small amount of fries. I assumed at that price the drink would be included in the kids meal. The shrimp is not properly cleaned, which is just lazy & gross. My son is 4. They charged for his refill on his small kid sized cup as 2 32oz drinks. I brought it to their attention and they didn t seem to care to make the over charge right. Chips were stale, salsas were on the runny side but tasted fine. The food had an okay taste but nothing impressive. Salad is a joke, literally lettuce with a slice of tomato on it & watered down dressing. The roll was straight out of a package that clearly doesn t get closed properly it was as stale as the chips. The waitress speaks & understands minimal English, which isn t normally a problem if guests are still properly taken care of there was a table of elderly ladies next to me which 1/2 didn t get their drinks or the right drink. Food was incorrect. I do not think I will waste my time in coming back. $40 for lunch for me & my 4 year old is ridiculous. The positive reviews have to be from employees or friends/family. Way too many negative experiences also reviewed to have the 4-5 star ratings make sense.

The owner is very rude, he admitted they make every plate the exact same and do not make any changes based off the request of the customer if theres a problem they can leave, same goes with tv, drinks, etc. their seafood doesnt even taste fresh and they have crawfish on the window when they dont even sell crawfish. They clearly look for 1 time customers cause they certainly do not try to retain customers.

I cant say the food was good, the mexican rice tasted a lot like cumin and the fried fish was soaked in oil, the chips were not fresh. The stuffed flounder was a huge deception. Stopped here on a whim and unfortunately, not good. We could tell they were ready to close up and leave. We arrived about 715pm restaurant closes at 8pm. Ordered the stuffed poblano pepper and it was soft and soggy. It was pretty clear they microwaved it (not fried). Horrible. Also ordered the ceviche. It wasn t bad but just not great. The best thing was the beer & margarita. I hate leaving negative reviews but I had to. Sorry.

I use to go here and eat all the time i got a take out order from here I asked for chesse enchiladas and they were not chesse enchiladas, the fried pickles are too salty, the fried beans are plain like it has no seasoning, the corn in the cup didnt have any flavor ethier, the nachos werent the same as before . I ordered 2 fish and 6 shrimp plate with rice and fries. My son ordered a cheese burger with fries, ether one was not good. My fish was 2 small pieces that could have been the same size of a chicken nugget, my shrimp looked liked they had cut in half and then cut that part in half again. The rice had a nasty taste that we didnt want to eat the rest of our food. My sons cheese burger look like a frozen patty in which he didnt want to finish he plate. We just paid for our food and left, we will not be going back. Serve was fine but the was horrible.

This place has horrible customer service. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Came here tonight to eat, and ordered an enchilada dish the meat was old, it tasted burnt and like it was cooked 3 days ago...pulled from the fridge and microwaved and then put into my enchiladas. When I told the waitress to please change it bc it was not good she came back and told me it was good and they wouldnt switch it out. The owner came to the table and told me he wouldnt change it bc what if I didnt like the new food. I have never in my life had this type of experience . Will never be back, and if you appreciate good customer service and good food, I would advise do not go either.
