Food is good but I dont like paying for water weight. Id rather deal with a higher price per pound knowing everythings in the correct proportions. Heres a two pound order of shrimp on the scale and yes the scale is correct. Still a good place to eat, I just would value it more if it was straightforward.

It was really good honestly. Service wasnt... Its BYOB you can literally bring a cooler iced down! There are only three TVs so watching the game is difficult. The one in Dayton on 321 is better!!! Its not BYOB but it does have live bands and they do serve Alcohol! Vegetarian options: Not any!!

Good food and great service. Rebecca was our waitress. She went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met. Very friendly and courteous. Crawfish were awesome. The fried alligator could have used some seasoning. It was bland. Other than that, we could not complain about anything else. Prices were great as well compared to most other surrounding crawfish spots. Will be back asap!

Just want to share my experience! I headed over to crawfish hideaway mind yall im over and hour away! I called to be sure that they still had crawfish they said yes. Well i got there and they stated that they were sold out i was really sad but after telling them that I drove an hour away plus i was pregnant . They did everything possible to make it right! I did not leave without my delicious crawfish They are the best and been going to them for years! Thanks to the owner jeff for making it right! For this pregnant momma

The seafood is always so flavorful here. The only thing that is off right now is the pricing and how small the crawfish is, so Id really only go for the shrimp for now until prices go back to normal for the crawfish other that Im always satisfied when I come here.

Didnt get to try it drove all day from Mississippi saw it on the map decide to pull in there were cars in the parking lot. Few people around outside and inside waitress came The door told me theyre closed at 2pm on a Saturday I dont know if they were sold out or renovating. Highly disappointed though

Picnic Tables indoor and outdoor, crawfish,shrimp, snow crab, oysters, corn, potatoes, sausage, mushrooms...mild, medium, hot. All cooked fresh and great. We ordered shrimp and crawfish and didnt have to good of an experience most of the shrimp was over cooked and the crawfish was to small and not very clean the service was ok we asked our waitress for more she brought back skinny small pointed ends of the corn,me and the wife looked at each other like did she really just serve us that lol,the drinks and water has a funny after taste I couldnt drink it literally almost threw up stay away from the drinks...165 dollars ill make it way better at home

Very disappointing! This was my second time going to this restaurant. I went for Crawfish because I heard it was good and less of a wait than crawfish shack. Now I understand why there wasn t a wait to be seated. I ordered 5lb of crawfish, potatoes, corn and water because I took my own beer. The crawfish was cold when i received it . The waitress wasn t friendly. She just got our orders and delivers the food, asked if we needed anything one time after she brought us the sauces she just dropped them off and hurried off. We didn t see her for a good while until we asked for the check. Also , I ve never been charged for a glass of tap water and lemons until my visit here . Over all the service and food was not great and it wasn t busy for it to be that bad.

The place is OK. The tables outside are always dirty. Dirt all over. The staff does not clean regularly. But their service is good. They are always smiling and ready to help. The price is a little too high in my opinion. Over$80 for 2 people. I feel a lil too high for crawfish and sitting outside with dirt all over the place. ( it was windy the day I went. ). If you dont mind the dirt, then I would say go for it. Parking: Not much parking sometimes. If you have a truck you should be ok. I parked in side street on the grass.

Will not be back. I don t recommend anyone go back until a public apology from the Mont Belvieu Manager on a power trip that had someone arrested and pressed charges when they accidentally skipped out on paying but returned to pay when they realized what happened. Guess that s how you treat customers that have been guests 3-4 times in the last 30 days at $150 a pop.

The service was ok. The restrooms were somewhat clean. So I ordered Alligator bites and they were very good and gumbo to. Loved them!!! About the gumbo dont waste your time. Ill leave it at that you get my drift I had to send it back and the waitress or maybe she was the manager Im not so sure. She tried to give me a little bit of a problem because I sent it back. I then opted for the boudin balls to see how they would taste. I havent got them yet I pray they are good. They were good. The place is packed out so people love it here. So it would be a place for the family. Even the outside seating is limited. Overall it wasnt a bad experience. I might give them another try in the future. I just wanted some good gumbo that is what brought me here. Ill keep trying.

Family place with picnic tables and a large center table with stools. You could order Crawfish regular, spicy and extra spicy. We ordered spicy and it wasnt overpowering. Next time maybe well order spicy. It was great! It was so busy you did need to catch the servers attention. Once the order was placed, the food came out quickly. This is BYOB. There is a truck outside that sells beer and frozen margaritas and daquiris.

Last year there was great...this year, not so much. The flavor just doesnt taste the same. And how about cleaning them up! They are just as filthy on the inside as they are on the outside. How about run some water over them before you cook them....
