I stayed ONE night. I didn t see any bugs so for me that was a plus!! and it appeared to be clean. However the door was wide open when I went to the room and no the people who clean the rooms weren t there, it was the only room with an open door so that was odd and scary. Also there were damages to the room (that were there before I even got there) that made me have some concerns (I ll try to upload pictures). I took the pictures and went to the front to tell the guy and he said they had them written down already and made a hand gesture like he was writing on paper to his side or something? It was hard for me to hear what he was saying through the glass.

I have stayed at numerous hotels in Baytown and this is definitely the cleanest and best priced hotel around. I stay in Baytown every other week for work and have not gone anywhere else ever since I found this place.

Beautiful entryway with fountains. The rooms are clean and they provide toothbrushes in plastic in the room. There is a full size fridge and microwave. It was nice to have a room with a kitchen.

Hotel was a phenomenal deal (price) & very clean. Interior was updated, however someone broke the mirror, that was literally the only thing wrong with the room. They offer a grab n go breakfast with juices, coffee. Complimentary bottles of water. The 2 front desk people I interacted with were great. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms: Updated. Nearby activities: Too many to name. Plenty. Food and drinks: Grab & go breakfast, available throughout the day. Coffee too. Miss Debbie Oatmeal pies, Cinnamon Rolls, fruit.

Ok, lets start by saying that the website sells the hotel with breakfast, well, after checking in, I ask the man about breakfast times and he tells me no, we dont have breakfast. I told him, but I bought the hotel with breakfast, and he answered yes, but we dont really have it, so I told him, but you are selling the hotel with breakfast but you dont actually offer it??? and he shamelessly smiled and said yes, so I told him that they were robbing people and he smiled again draw your own conclusions from that Well, Im a truck driver and it was already late 12am and I was very tired, I took the key and went to my room, the room is horrible, I have been in many hotels around the USA, this is the worst hotel room I have ever been in, horrible!!! But well, all I wanted was to take a shower and sleep. The next morning the guests began to leave very early at 5-6am and the simple conversations could be heard as if they were inside my room, not to mention the cars starting, the footsteps, everything was super noisy, they woke me up and I couldnt sleep but, in short, do not rest. It is by far the worst hotel I have ever been in in my entire life.

The night clerk was simply rude, I had already paid for the room but had to tell him 3 times. He was angry because I woke him from his nap. After he was done with my drivers license, he simply tossed it back at me. I would never return.

Price is fantastic, really good deal. No breakfast or coffee. Still worth it if you need a nice, clean room for a low price. The location is fantastic, near lots of stuff nearby, from shopping to food. Rooms: Simple but clean. Food and drinks: Pre-packaged Hostess / Bimbo snack food.

I have a medical service dog. I reserved a room in the parking lot and went to check in. The man behind the glass was extremely rude and refused me a room. Refusing to allow a medical service dog is illegal. And they would not refund my money for the room. Pathetic.

The man at the front desk creeps everyone out because he is constantly watching everyone out his windows. He walks outside after you check in to watch you go to your rooms and its just a little creepy. The rooms are great though. Very nice and cozy! Rooms: They are nice, upgraded and cozy rooms. Definitely a relaxing quiet stay.

This hotel was a very organized and clean hotel. The smell smelt of a normal hotel room but the room overall was really clean. I love how the room had complimentary items and the location of the hotel was not far from McDonalds and a few other fine dine restaurants. The stairs were pretty far and rough from my room but the TV was playing really well. I also had a chance to use my laptop on the neat desks they have. This hotel was also very cheap for the cleanliness and service they gave. Definitely coming back

Floors are so dirty you leave foot prints on the sheets we had an upstairs neighbor who was letting there kid run around back and forth until 3 am managers wont do anything and wont refund us. Breakfast is a couple of old pastries and bad coffee and watered down juice I wont stay here again

we stayed for 5 nights. The floors were super dirty, the ac units covered in mold. The last night we couldnt stay the whole night there was a family above our room and all night they were stomping really loud like they were doing it on purpose so we tried 5 times to ask the manager for help all he did was move them to room right besides with did nothing the stomping sounded even more amplified. We called the police who did nothing I asked for my money back since I coukdnt sleep and the guy laughed at me I asked if he could ask the family to leave and he said no he payed in advance id rather loose your business than his totally not worth it. Worst hotel experience ever. Also the sheets do not get fully changed i took the comforter off to fin pics stains all over the sheets dont waste your time and money and sleep on this place.

I drive a lot and because of this, I keep a bag with a change of clean clothes and toiletries for those days when I need to rent a room for an hour to freshen up and get back on the road. Ive stopped by this establishment once before and the service was great, the room was super nice. Recently, I was in the area and really needed to freshen up after a long day and stopped by to get a room and was denied service. I asked the mgr why and he simply shook his head NO. He never said one word to me after I asked him why he refused to help me. The parking lot was almost empty so I know there were rooms vacant and he was really rude and disrespectful. To anyone needing a room, dont go to this place because they pick and choose who they will and will not rent a room to.

This place EXCEEDED my expectations. It was VERY clean, well kept and had a nice little kitchenette. The beds were clean and they room didnt smell. Didnt make it in time for the pool, it closes at 9 but nothing to complain about.

I did not choose to stay here. It was top of my list due to customer reviews on their website. which were all positive although there were only 18, which seemed odd. However, I called for a price for a week long stay. I was quoted a $425 flat rate which was $75 more than my second choice. I thought it over for a few minutes and decided I was willing to pay the additional amount if it ensured better service. I called back and spoke to the same woman. Possibly you get immune to being pleasant after dealing with customers continously, because she was as flat and devoid of personality as a person can be. I told her I wanted to book the room, at which point she informed me that this was the cash price, rates would be higher if I used a card. I dont typically carry cash in that amount, and Im fairly certain not many do, so why I was not informed when I got a quote is unclear. I hesitated to continue, mainly because thats a pet peeve of mine. No, Oh by the way price increases. I could pay cash, but I wont be manipulated into paying more than my original quote. I booked with my second choice. I intend to check to see if my negative review is removed, Im fairly certain this will be the case.

All the reviews about this being a clean, safe, and reasonably priced place to stay are true. We came in very late and the owner was there to greet us and was very kind and professional. We read a review that said that other hotel managers should take a lesson from this guy and I second that remark. I am the most partiucular about cleanliness and I found the room to be spotless.

Good weekly rates with cash, a lot of workers and long term tenants here. Deeper deals if cash and you get a weekly rate. Parking area is small, but parking is secure and well lite at night, no one should be messy with your truck due to the location.

Its a true $55 a night hotel where you do get what you pay for whilst being clean for what you need. The beds and showers are clean, which is the most important thing in any hotel. The rest is minimalistic really. You do get a kitchenette so bring cooking tools if you desire. Overall, it fits my needs indeed.

This was the worst place I ve ever stayed at my boyfriend is here working and we booked it online to have a king bed with a kitchenette. We didn t get either of those things we went down there to ask them about it and they said that s not what we booked but you can clearly see on my phone that s what we choose. They said there was no more so we couldn t switch. Housekeeping didn t come to our room once. I ve had to call every time I ve needed towels. We would have ran out toilet paper to if we would have stayed longer. The service is just completely horrible. And every time I called to tell them we need towels they were so rude. I definitely do not recommend this place at all.

Booked a 2 bed room. Got there and the staff told me they had none left even though thats specifically what I booked. I left to try to reserve another room elsewhere and went back in to ask for a refund a few minutes later and they had magically just had a cancellation and were able to get me a room. But definitely tried to screw me out of what I booked. Also, noisiest hotel Ive ever booked. Couldnt sleep past 5 am because every sound across the place was loud. And no one came in to clean our room from Thursday to Sunday. And I didnt have the do not disturb sign on the door. Have never experienced that. Almost ran out of toilet paper and would have run out of towels if I wouldnt have brought my own. Never staying there again.

Room was clean but thet furniture was beat up and it was slightly musty. Customer service was the real problem and was absolutely terrible. I was in town for my brothers wedding, my parents came over to get their clothes on (since they live a hundred miles away) and within minutes the hotel manager called the room phone and said they werent allowed to be there (policy is zero visitors can be on the property which they tell you after you get there). I immediately booked a new hotel and will ensure my company never stays at this chain when working in the area. Disrespectful and angry management is why this place if so affordable. The Marriott chain a few blocks north were not only was better in customer service but also had many more amenities for 20/night more.

Fare is very good for what it offers: Place was really clean, bed was comfortable, has a lot of amenities rarely found on a budget hotel, even a big refrigerator. If you have a big trailer the only problem is the small parking lot, park next to entrance, besides that everythings fine. I Would likely come back if I need to.

I have a thing about hotel/motel rooms and odor. This place definitely had an odor. The couch had stains that looked very questionable. The table was severely scratched up but the bed was clean. The soap given to wash your hands felt very rough and didnt lather at all. The room seemed to block out outside noises pretty well and the breakfast was sub par. Offerings were 3 different cereals and pastries and the pastries looked cheap and old. Various juices and pretty decent coffee which surprised me. Apples and bananas were also offered

It was really nice, clean, staff was nice. Rooms were a good size, and there is a pool. The pool is opens from 9am-9pm. They only have one washer and dryer. I had an issue with the dryer taking my quarters, but the guy from the front came and fixed it. Other than That everything was nice.

Ive stayed in a kitchenette room long term and I really dont have any complaints but the pool shouldnt be where every one can just look out there window and watch you swim & parking lot should be way bigger. I came after they updated the rooms and the bed & pillows are really comfortable. And they have really great weekly prices

Worst ever! I stated here twice and both times they are renovating rooms. Understandable, but what isnt is that they started the work at 7am. When asking the person at the desk if they could take better care of their customers and do that work at better times, she was ETREMEMLY rude and said they have to work, what do you expect!?

Absolutely disgusting! room was supposed to be non smoking, reeked of smoke and burns in the carpet, blankets etc. Went to the bathroom there was a USED RAZOR with hair on the side of the tub. Pulled back the sheets only to see more small hairs in the bedding. refused to give a refund, they offered anther room but after what I first saw NO THANK YOU
