Rickys Thick & Juicy - False Advertising Thick & Juicy is a LIE. Dry, pre-made patties, the cheapest kind. Absolutely nothing juicy about these burgers. Ricky is straight-up misleading people. Lindsey doesnt know how to follow instructions. I used to be a regular here and Natalia was great but LINDSEY is great at messing up all orders. OMG! This is a real hidden gem After Hurricane Beryl I hadnt had power for several days and needed to find food and a place to relax with AC and power I found Rickys and WOW! I didnt like the food. I tried the cheeseburger and hot dog. I did like the bread on the hot dog, it was crunchy bu0t it was too thick and not enough dog in it. I probably will not go here again. It was my first and last time. The burger i hated worse than the hot dog. To be honest the dog was mostly mustard and ketchup.

I will not dine in in the future. Its needs an update....broken chairs everything is a little dingy, and everything in the building is showing its age. I just left there, and I ordered a veggie burger, medium fries, and 12 pc fried mushrooms. Before I drove off, I bit into one of the fried mushrooms, and it was still frozen on the inside. I told them, and they refined what I gave them. I counted them and saw 10. I told them I just wanted a refund. He told me the owner not there and they couldnt refund anything right now. I said I dont want this. Just give me the cheddar cheese jalapeño peppers. He came back, I bit into it, and it was the cream cheese ones. I called him back over and told him they got my order wrong, and he grabbed it and chucked it on the floor, went to the register, and gave me my $5 back. Never again will I spend my money there. He treated me like I did something wrong. Their services were very poor!

I order a big company lunch ($530.00) one Saturday a month from Ricks Burgers and their burgers & fries are very good. They have increased their price too much for me to continue using them. The first price increase we absorbed but this week, the price went up again without telling me. I paid it and will just look for another restaurant to order our lunches from. I order and pay ahead. I pick up so no delivery. I always try to use locally owned businesss when ordering our lunches and I will continue to do so because I like to support local business. I understand it probably is a management decision and maybe they have no choice. This economy is hard on everyone, including businesss big and small.

Thats about all I can say positive as I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and received what appeared to be one piece of bacon broken into three charred squares overtop a flavorless puck of what I speculated to be microwaved wet meat. Really great burgers! We do burger night once a week and tried this place in March just out of sheer boredom with the other burger places in Baytown. What a great surprise! Wave tried four or five of their burgers/ chicken sandwiches and each and every time theyve exceeded our expectations. I really enjoy the fact that I get to select what shes what bun Id like my burger build with. They have a large selection of sides. My favorite worthy fried mushrooms, unfortunately they dont get those anymore. The stuffed jalapenos are the greatest. They are large and crisp and filled with your choice of filling. Weve tried the rogue burger, the bacon cheeseburger, the A1 steak burger, and the chicken fried chicken sandwich.

If you have a yearning for that gourmet burger craving you haven t tasted in a while, then go here to 4539 Garth Rd #201, and for about three dollars more than your normal goto chain fast food restaurant, I discovered their hamburger on sourdough bread withJalapeño cheese made all the way, with grilled onions and sautéed Jalapeños with fries. Very good burgers! I had the chili cheese burger on a wheat sourdough bun. A thick burger with very tasty chili and shredded cheese. It was perfectly cooked and the cheese and grilled onions added a delicious flavor. The bread was delicious, something other than an ordinary bun! I had not visited this restaurant in years and I dont live in town. However, its been part of the landscape for as long as I can remember and their delicious burgers too. I was visiting this past Thursday and decided to go and take advantage of their long standing Thursday special. No luck. The lady at the front said no specials, no specials. Since I didnt feel I was getting the same hospitality I had received in previous years, I asked if they had a new owner. She said yes and no specials. Great customer service!!! Good burgers. Parking: Great location. Wheelchair accessible. Kid-friendliness: They have benches in the dine in area also outside. Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of handicap parking and wheel chair ramp by the front door.

The ONLY thing I dont like about this place is they skimp on those fries. If they gave more fries, it would be an easy 5 stars. If you want a real chicken sandwich with real, natural ingredients, this place is it. I highly recommend the chicken sandwich with jalapeno sourdough bread and pepper jack cheese. Thank me later.
