I was seen quickly and the young lady that helped me was so sweet and chill and she laughed at my jokes. She felt like an old friend. I went in on Monday and my results were back by Thursday. I was short on money and she waited while I made a call and got someone to send me the 58 cents I needed.

Absolutely horrible service. It started with my friend needing fingerprints for a Texas Concealed Weapons Permit. They told him to come back because he needed an appointment even though there were no customers there. Then my wife and I went there and were told we needed an appointment when nobody was there. While we were there, another gentleman was turned away because he didnt have an appointment. So, I got online and got her an appointment for 30 minutes later. I gave her my card because I had to get blood drawn elsewhere. They turned her away because I was no longer present to sign the receipt. Then, I got another appointment about an hour after that. Finally, they did their job. Four hours of screwing around for a 10 minute job. They must lose tons of customers a day. If I wasnt stuck in Baytown for other purposes, I wouldnt have went back to this place.

Amazing service! Went to the one off of East Freeway in Baytown. There was a young lady named Jocelyn, and she greeted me politely and warmly as soon as I came in! She helped me scan my fingerprints for my new job, and she maintained a very professional manner while still making me feel comfortable and talking with me. She made the entire process quick and easy, and was extremely nice to me. Overall WONDERFUL experience, and I definitely recommend going to them if you need your prints scanned! 10/10! My appointment was for 8:40am and Im thinking, here I go, about to deal with an employee whos probably not all the way awake, with a hint of attitude. But boy was I wrong?! The employee who helped me was Kristen. She was all smiles, very friendly, accommodating and very patient. She took the time to explain every step of what was happening and she did it very patiently with lots of laughs , because I was a little clueless about some of those processes, lol. Wish I could give ZERO stars. Arrive at store only to be told I had checked the wrong box for the services I needed. Could/would not reschedule me for the correct service, although I was already there. Went home, rescheduled for the NEXT DAY. Arrived the next day, was told You should have received an email letting you know your appointment was cancelled. Had to go home again, still without my fingerprints having been done. I received said email one hour AFTER I got home! (I live about 22 miles from this location). I scheduled an appointment for the next (THIRD) day. Two hours after I scheduled an appointment with this disaster of a store, I received ANOTHER cancellation! Thats IT!! I am forever and always done with this Identogo location. NEVER AGAIN!

Having gone to a separate location prior in the week that turned out to have an incredibly long line (the service agent did say that Fridays lines were the longest), I chose to try the Baytown location (which had the best reviews of all local possibilities). I was the only customer for the service and it was quick, easy, in-and-out service. It was a Saturday and there was no line. So, while the drive was a bit longer than for other locations, the quality of the experience overall made up for it and more.

When I came here the first thing that I noticed was that the room was at a comfortable temperature. When I first walked in there was an office that had to sign in sheet and I followed the instructions to sign in my name. I sat in a chair in the waiting room for only two or three minutes before I was called to have my fingerprints made. When they did my fingerprints they stack finger after finger after finger onto the machine so that the government can have my information and identity for the rest of my life. I kind of find that exciting isnt it?
