Chicken was delicious and not overcooked. Coleslaw was moist and not dry. If you want good food I highly recommend it. Great service from everyone. I ordered and was waiting for my food and employees still asked if I needed anything. Will definitely be going back!

Brand new and already off to a bad start. I go in, 4 couples or people after me come in, all get theirs first. We waited 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich lol. Hey at least it s next to a gas station, while you wait forever. Better management and definitely hire workers that give two cents.

I can t describe the happiness this comfort food brought me today! I m originally from Louisiana and so happy they brought a golden Chick to Baytown!!!Me and my son went around 3pm-ish and had immaculate service by the lovely ladies that served us! Very friendly and attentive and knowledgeable of the menu as this was our first visit! And definitely won t be our last! The wicked wings are to die for and the dirty rice was my favorite as well! All of it was delicious but those were my faves! I got my husband the fried catfish and it was bomb too! The rolls are so yummy! I can t wait to get back and try the other menu items!! Oh and that sweet tea! Pheww! My favorite tea in Baytown now! Fr! Go check them out!! I definitely don t understand the bad reviews! Because I am a foodie to the core and this is the absolute best chicken in Baytown and their sides are all on point as well! Very clean establishment, so maybe the people posting the hat the place was dirty came in after they got slammed ! Because that happens! It was immaculate when I went! And all employees were very kind and on point about their business! Parking: It s a large gas station with plenty of parking! Kid-friendliness: The employees were so kind to my son and offered him some ic cream on this scorching day!

They are closed at 9.... They close for dinner. The portion size for mashed potatoes is so small my mouth dropped open when I saw it. Im pretty sure its a 2oz cookie scooper portion. Just go ahead and close down bruh Food : 4/5

From louisiana and wanted some golden chick. This was the closest one to our room. Idk who that was at the front counter but she was a black girl with some dreads. Best customer service hands down! She took great care of us while we were there. Everything was cooked fresh and was delicious. The whole staff worked well together but the lady that I mentioned was phenomenal! Its hard to come by that sort of customer service and quality in restaurants nowadays especially fast food. Thank you all for your hospitality. Keep up the great work!

Chicken eaters everywhere this is a place you should try.... I wont say you have to, but I will share that this eatery have delicious chicken. My favorite is the Rotisserie chicken. I love the breast pieces thats so moist youd think youre consuming a thigh piece . The seasoning are stuck to the every piece of the cook. Its not salty to make it favorable, its just marinaded to perfection with the best roast on it I may have ever had. I patronize the Garth Rd., Baytown, Texas location and I hope all locations are as wonderful as Ms. Jessica manages. The girls that work the drive-thru are so pleasant and the inside of the establishment is always clean and inviting and my family is always pleased with the prices. Ask about Golden Chicks special Zing dip for any types of meat they prepare, because its VERY good. Thanks Baytown restaurant. You are my relief to cooking for my hearty eaters. Mrs. J. Place going downhill quick! Started off great. Now getting a correct order is like playing lotto. Last visit waited 5 minutes with no customer in sight because the cook was eating and watching soccer. The cashier was behind the wall on the phone. Didnt speak at all just looked at me. Ordered spicy tenders and got plain tenders that were cold. But that beats the bloody roasted chicken the visit before. Needs employees who care. After repeating my order at least 3 times it still was not right. I had to remind the girl about my drink even though I got a combo and then didn t get the side that comes with it. That s literally what a combo is! She specifically asked what kind of dipping sauce and then didn t put it in the bag. So $30 for 6 little pieces of shrimp and 6 little chicken strips. No sides no sauce and she was on the phone while running my card, probably sharing my information with someone. Definitely will not be back.

Very nice girl at the drive through , I had the fried catfish , dirty rice and a roll .The dirty rice sits in some sort of liquid , the consistency indicated that the rice wasn t fully cooked . The flavor wasn t bad but it was a bit spicy . The fish just tasted like crunchy breading . I really dislike giving a bad review , but this is an honest review . This was my first visit . I ll give another shot , will try something else on the menu.

Went there in drive thru last night & baby when I tell you, idk who was in that kitchen but those hands and hearts are blessed! I dont like to give bad reviews, but this place is new, and already its not being managed. The dining room was disgusting with food on the tables. There was no ice, no tea, and no lids for the drinks. I got the fried and roasted chicken, and the grease on both was overwhelming. Definitely not what they are advertising.

Today was my first time eating here. Walking in, it s nice. Clean, bright big menu and an inviting cashier. Ordered our food at with many options, fried chicken, roasted chicken regular or spicy or both for tenders and chicken .. 5 sauces. Loved that. We ordered a large family meal for about $60. The wait was about 20 mins. Then they called my number, 55 and 56 swoops in grabs my food! I told them immediately, nothing we watched her walk away no action was taken. Waited another 20 minutes for food to be remade! No complementary drinks or nothing. Once I asked, he offered my 3 year old a cookie. I told them they left me with a meh experience. To only be told it s not always like this.. Ok the food, after all of that, can you believe our order was wrong. We ordered half spicy and half regular tenders and received only regular. I m sure it s because they were rushing to make our order after giving it away to the wrong person. The food is really good. The chicken is very seasoned and it is not dry. The macaroni could be better but overall the food is not bad at all. Their zing sauce is great. The fried chicken is seasoned, juicy and crunchy. Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals.

Forgot the gravy in our order we spend 65 dollars on a family meal sadly our corn nuggets were over cooked because that s what we were most excited for.
