Im not one to leave reviews but Freddys is one of my favorite places to go. Ive been to Freddys all over the country and the service is always amazing. This location is however the worst one I have ever been to. The service and is terrible, they forgot half my order, the soda machine had no ice or carbonation. After I confronted the guy behind the counter I waited and still did not receive the rest of my order and left before my anger got the best of me. Will forever continue going to Freddys but not at this location

I brought my exchange student to try Freddys for the first time tonight. We both ordered the Chocolate Brownie Sunday, which Ive ordered many times before. Tonight, there was no hot fudge, the Brownie was shoved in the side like they forgot about it (on both). They didnt add the whipped cream or cherry until after I got up there. When I commented about the Brownie being on the side, the girl just said, thats how we do it. Well, Ive ordered that, at that location, many times and its never been done like that. Such a disappointment. Also, I dont know why the floors in there are always extremely slippery. I watch a guy slide about 2 feet into the counter to pick up his order.

I bring my son here for saturdates which is our time together. He loves the custard. The family atmosphere is perfect for a casual afternoon, the stores clean and the restrooms always clean. The girl on the register is newer, I didn t recognize her, the manager said her name was Tyjahnae. She was very polite, but what impressed me most was that she changed her gloves coming from drive thru to custard before preparing our order. Thank you for employing kind caring people. The little things do matter <3

I usually stop here while traveling for custard but this time wasnt the best. While I have had better experiences here this one was not. Cheese curds were overcooked and salty. Chicken tenders were weird in the middle. The custard was great. The drive through line moved a little slow. Just a bad day. Will give them another shot

Edit: one week later freddys has not responded to my email. I followed up with them on their website like they asked, have not heard back from them. Their generic responses to customers complaints are simply a pacifier to save face on their review page. They still suck... DO NOT SHOP HERE! Came on July 13th to order the free burger that I got on my app for downloading the app a few days ago moments after I walked in and placed my order and showed the gentleman my barcode on my phone the power went out when the power came back on the computer would not take my coupon the man said I had to pay for the burger that I had no intentions of paying for I wanted to try the free Burger I asked for the manager a young lady named Miss Ramirez came up to the register and told me there was nothing she could do and then told me to leave do not shop here this store is absolutely horrible

Everything and everyone at Freddys is exceptional from the friendly greeting at the door to the cleanliness of the restaurant and the FOOD!! What a great experience!! It gives the feel of old school values and with pride the employees exhibit. I let manager Angelina know that it had been years since we had such service at any restaurant and she happily said they strive for perfection and a good food experience. I am a Freddys customer for life now. Good job at this location! And from such a young crew you can just tell they value your business! We need more customer service like the Freddys staff gave us.

Best burger I ve tried in a while. The fries and the meat are always cooked to perfection and my order is always out as soon as I get to the window. The custards are also very delicious. Freddys Baytown is amazing!! Not only do they have great food and frozen custard, but the employees are kind and engaging. If a mistake was made on your order, they are quick to rectify it with a smile on their face a and kind and apologetic words from their lips. Angel is a great manager, walks the dining room and talks to customers. Austin, Kenechi, and Kaitlynn are great young cooks! Ms. Rebecca and Mr. Matthew a great older mentors for the young staff. My family and I love visiting Freddys of Baytown for the food and atmosphere!! Keep it up guys!!

I just decided to give this place a try for the first time. I can honestly say I have no regrets. The burger was flavorful, and while the patties may appear thin, they also appear to be real meat (not soybean). That being said the ratio of meat to veggies was perfect and the shoe string fries were pleasant in texture, also the right amount of salt. Staff was very friendly and the price point is good, all things considered. I paid just over 11$ for a large meal. It would be around the same or probably slightly more to go eat fake meat at McDonalds. The place was clean, and the atmosphere is relaxed. My only regret is not having tried the custard. Perhaps next time .

My daughter in law loves this place and she brought me today. The tables were clean. The restrooms were clean, and they didnt get irritated when I couldnt decide what to order. Was driving back to Beaumont after my regular grocery shopping trip to Aldi on Garth Road. Turned out to be the first ones in! I think this makes my 3rd or 4th trip here, and discovered the #3 combo two visits ago, so it s now my go-to. Got a free frozen custard with a promo they were running, and my order came fast and correct. I see more visits in the future, especially since I m getting points now! Definitely worth the stop. Parking: Parking is laid out small, and not enough handicapped parking.

its sad, but the incompetence of a few has sour the taste of their burgers that I used to love. last visit I bought a meal. they didnt bother saying anything about the soda fountains being out of order. I had to take the cup back up and ask just to have the burger. It took three people that were having bad days and obviously not wanting to be there to figure out a refund. 3 weeks ago I went in. the place was less than halfway field but every table was dirty. I asked if they could wipe off any table. I didnt care where. after waiting over 5 minutes. I bust a table myself so we could sit down. I have been in the restaurant industry and always try to treat employees politely and with respect knowing what they have to go through. its sad. the manager and the front employees could not respect their customers the same.

A huge group of us went in and ordered on one tab and they did a great job on timing and getting everything right. The food was great and different from your fat burgers with their thin patties. We had driven by so many times but Kevin being the adventurous guy that he is decided we should try this place. Im so glad he did. My diet however is not happy about it because everything was really good and now Ill want to go back. Fortunately its about an hour away so that will make Freddys an occasional treat! The food is different, dont go in expecting the same ol burger, fries and shakes. I had the jalapeno burger, cheese fries and a vanilla shake... dont judge me, I would not be able to tell you it was delicious if I hadnt taken one for the team. Kevin had the California burger, fries and a caramel shake and he didnt let a single bite go to waste so it must have been good. Im back on my diet now and down another 6 pounds. In four more were taking a trip to Freddys for a treat. It will be worth every calorie! Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals and there were a lot of families with children there Wheelchair accessibility: There was plenty of handicap parking spots and ramps available for wheelchairs

In town visiting family and my brother asked if we wanted Freddys for dinner, I had never tried it but said sure. I am definitely glad i did. I am impressed. I was iffy on this place bc I heard the patties were thin and crispy. My favorite fast food burger place is Whataburger, for comparison. If you like your burgers meaty, I would opt for a double, but keep in mind their double bacon does not come with lettuce and tomato, so youll have to ask them to put it in. The fries are smaller and thinner than regular fries, and I tried them with the cheese. I quickly learned they taste better with standard ketchup, but use their seasoning if you like a little more flavor. The caramel turtle sundae was to die for. I shared that with my daughter and it was pretty damn big. Great atmosphere, plenty of seating, as well as outdoor seating. All in all, good food, great prices.

Stopped in for a quick bite before a movie! They were crowded but the food came out quick! It was hot and made to order! The employees at this location are great! All of them were working as a team and the restaurant was impeccably clean for a busy Friday night!

Freddys was the BEST EVERYTHING you could ask for!!! Brandy the Lady who took my order was patient, understanding, and her warm greeting and smile made me feel at home. Everything I ordered Bacon cheese double burger w/ onion rings and chili cheese fries. So fresh and best burger Ive had in years!!! Also Angel was super helpful and both girls knew exactly what they were doing. Freddys is so clean with family vibes and GREAT FOOD!!! ALSO I apologize but one other beautiful young lady that was very helpful I feel ashamed but I forgot her name she was just a very knowledgeable worker that new the menu precisely for glasses and long wavy hair just all around a beautiful woman inside and out. I cannot say enough positive thing or so about this restaurant. The staff the cleanliness magnificent food and just an all-around family atmosphere. Thank you Freddys.

Staff is always very friendly and service is second to none! Even with the holidays bringing out all the Grinches, there are plenty of smiles behind the counter to make up for it. Will definitely come back and see them soon! Parking: Very well lit and plenty of spaces. Kid-friendliness: Other options for kids other than burgers. Wheelchair accessibility: Well lit and located on both sides of the parking lot.
