How do you not know to hand out the correct order for mobile orders. It shows on the ticket what it should be yet you think it all fits in one tiny a** little bag and are like oh yup that s all the food how do you think 5+ items fit inside one bag and then hand it to the delivery person stop being lazy and learn how to double check the bags

lol don t apply here. I went out of my way to schedule and go to the interview. Keep in mind that I have customer and food experience so I know how a restaurant is handled.They told me if they wanted to continue my interview process I would get a call back. Never got called. Meanwhile they got people with no job experience to work. That s why they got workers messing up peoples orders.

Our family loves Chick-fil-A and we eat it often. However, this particular Chick-fil-A just couldn t get it right for us. For my husband s salad, first the lady asked if he wanted a grilled nugget salad. We said just a Market salad with grilled chicken and no blue cheese. Our order came out and it was a nugget salad so we took it back and then they put blue cheese on it. How sad to have to eat around the blue cheese, and he didn t. He took it back a second time. Sad Chick-fil-A very sad

Went inside to get a cookie. The line was to the door. I was third in line. Chick Fil A uniforms everywhere but only one person on the front counter register. There was an upper management lady present trying to get her food and leave. I asked for a Manager and the plain clothes manager didn t respond. So then I asked did they not have anyone available to help at the front counter. One young lady asked the blue shirt manager Brooklyn should she get on the register, but Brooklyn sent her to something else. Then she came to the register. Over 10 minutes to get a cookie. Third in line. The double drive through lanes that were around the building were cleared out. The management was totally unconcerned about in-store customers!!! Several unhappy customers in-store waiting!!!

I ordered 3 meals plus 2 kids meals $46.19 worth. A few of my meals which included waffle fries were disappointing. In my meal, I had 3 fries and the rest were crumbs. Crumbs were also in 2 other meals in my order. Very disappointed that crumbs would even be in anyones order. I love Chick-fil-A.

Food was great as always. My online order was 20 minutes over the said time for pickup, when I entered the restaurant to inquire about the delay, Before I could even ask, I was rudely informed by a male employee wearing what looks like a clear trash bag Its going to be awhile, we just had a $200 order from a hospital. Not my concern, dont accept online orders if you cant fill them in the allotted time. I watch at least 4 customers leave because no one would even come to the counter, while they were just pumping out order right and left in the drive thru. Ive since taken my business elsewhere. P.S. Funny how my order was ready in less than a minute, which tells me it was just sitting in the back.

Chick-fil-A is becoming expensive, me and my wife paid $30 for 2 meals and 12 count chicken nuggets entree! That s why I removed a star. Food was great, the people working there are the best from all fast food restaurants in Baytown. Clean restaurant. They have drive thru and curbside pickup. Parking: About 45 parking spots In front of the restaurant with handicap parking. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchair.

Expecting prompt service along with properly packaged beverages upon ordering takeout meals should not be too much ask of any establishment especially one that prides itself great customer care like Chic Fil A does nationwide; sadly though during early morning visit there staff seemed overwhelmed or undertrained leading wait times exceedingly long causing frustration among patrons who had places go just like us.

This is my favorite location. They are so nice and do their best to accommodate any needs. We went to their Halloween event in October and it was fabulous. I had to go to the restaurant to get my order that was over a hour late to be delivered. Didn t get tip back . The sandwiches had a teaspoon of pimento cheese on it and only 3 small jalapeño peppers . And they left out a drink thank God I seen it was missing before I left the restaurant . I m not leaving this review for Bobo, because she makes every experience I ve had at that Chick-fil-A awful. Just today I asked for a large cup of ice and she gave me a small. But the rest of the staff like Jorden are phenomenal and happy great people! Jorden made up for it wholeheartedly. He was a sweetie pie in the drive-through line. He took my order and, gave me sauces. He made sure that I was happy with everything that he had just done, and he has never forgotten to say my pleasure. He is absolutely the epitome of what we expect of a Chick-fil-A worker in terms of customer service. I hope more can be like Jorden we laughed about my name, and he made my day, even despite his coworkers, disappointing attitude. I wish I would ve gotten a selfie with him so I can post it with my review. He was great!

This location is closest to my house so I keep coming since the traffic on Garth is a bigger pain in my than coming here. Food is good but the wait time, the service (they re nice but I got skipped 3 times in line) and the lack of an exit lane are horrible!
