Man I dont know what happened to yall but this is not the bases I had when I marching band.man we had rush to get just one burger before heading out.this small burger what happened to that big juicy beef patty that you needed two hands to eat it with.now just one hand man we get McDonalds Frys and a bases burger that was the combination.the patty is salty the Frys look yall got to do better man when yall was in Baytown in the 90s it was fire but I feel like Texas City just killed what yall had in Baytown back then it was the real Texas burger but not its not worth it

I always like going here for the food. The food is always good fresh and hot. My only complaint ever is about service and wait times, especially through the drive through. Not always but sometimes staff can be a little rude or rushing. A lot of the time Ill ask for a large drink but Im given a regular. I dont make a fuss because usually they didnt charge me for a large either.

Let start off I had just move here in Baytown and don t know where the good food at. But I like to try place ppl never go to or the drive thru is empty. I love the old school burgers like back in the 1990. Went to base burger an I say OOOOOHHHH MY LIVING SOUL. The BEST BURGER EVER. It brought back so many memories. It felt like I was at a baseball game. They won me over frfr y all have to go AND EVERYTHING IS CHEAP WHICH IS CRAZY TO ME.

Ordered and paid for a triple play combo. This was my first time there, wanted to try after hearing the hype. Was the last person in line, overall a 12 minute wait from ordering to leaving. My ticket says what I ordered , but instead was giving a fried fish (Im assuming fish) sandwhich. So basically wasted my time and money.

I have been missing bases in Baytown for many years, and now it is back!!! The service was great, and really fast. The fries were on point, hot, not too salty, crispy on the outside soft inside.on the burger I got the added bacon and I can definitely say, WORTH IT. Absolutely amazing experience. We finally made a trip to the return of Bases Burgers in Baytown this afternoon. We were kind of worried that it wouldnt live up to that core childhood memory. But we were so happy to find that Bases truly lives up to that memory and more! That classic bases burger was the best burger Ive had in a very long time. Sides were hot, fresh, and super tasty. Five stars!

I ll have to admit, the first time they opened on Alexander I bought chicken strips and wasn t too pleased. But they fixed the problem quick and were very friendly. Fast forward, I decided to try again today and the burgers were delicious! My granddaughters loved the fries. The gentleman in the drive thru was very nice,doubled checked my order to make sure it was correct and asked if I needed any extra sauce. The bag even had a cute little note. This reminds me of fast food when I was a kid back in the 70 s: freshly made to order, not greasy, and a good value. The burgers are fresh and well made. When I went there were only two people working but they were able to make my complicated order quickly and perfectly. It s a shame it it s busier than it is and I hope it makes it. The nearby Burger King is incredibly slow and the kids working there are rude. The McDonald s down the street is an absolute joke: they ve screwed up a two-item order and my last visit had me sitting in the drive-thru - Scout s honor - for 32 minutes! Please help me support Bases; we need to keep these better choices in Baytown !

We went for dinner and the sun was beaming in the restaurant so it was warm in there so we changed it to go. You should look at putting up shades so on sunny days you can roll the shades down to help with heat and keep people feeling like they are getting sunburned. Burgers were good not best but good.

Today i was there with my family decided to go by and try them out! We were excited when we arrived the cashier was not very welcoming. I told him our order when we received it some was wrong. Ive been here a hand full of times. There burgers are on point the patties taste real not like these franchise burger places. Was very satisfied with the burgers. Been going to sonic and burger king, but decided to see what they had. Burgers were delicious, but fries were a little under cooked, twice in a row. But burger king and sonic cant get the fries right either. Use the timer, dont rush it. Nobody eats cold, soft french fries Ill try again Friday, see how the fries are. Might have to go to whataburger, see if they know how to serve hot fries.

The burgers here are by far the absolute best. When I lived in TC, I would get one every payday. I live in Beaumont now and travel now to Baytown for medical care and what an absolute treat to know theres a Bases Burger on my way to the doctor. I arrive early just to get one of these tasty homemade hamburgers. The lady who is always there and takes my order is an absolute doll and very friendly. Its kinda like pulling up to your moms house and her sending you off down the way with a sack full of love. Thanks Bases and crew for keeping me happy on my long trips to town.

I always grew up with the Bases in Texas City, and never knew this location existed until just recently! I moved to Baytown back in February, but this place will forever have a place in my heart. The lobby isn t open just yet but the drive through is easily accessible. I always liked the baseball theme the restaurant has with names of entrees such as: Home Run, Double Play, Triple Play. The food here is absolute heaven. The burgers are hot, fresh, and full of flavor (even if you order plain with cheese!) The fries are some of the best you can get anywhere. The fried pickles are top notch! Now that I know this location is just down the road, it s like I have a little piece of home with me.

We got 2 home run meals and a chicken strip meal, it is advertised that the home run burgers are ½ Pattys and they look good on the menu but lack the size and taste. The wife had the chicken strips and looking at them in the bag I would say hers was better, but that was just the look. They where bland and some of the batter did not seem to be cooked very good. The frys where soggy like, I asked the lady how do they size up with the food compared to other fast food places. She said they are better then burger king by far but I dont even like burger King and I would think there frys are better, the burger taste about the same in my opinion. Personally I know they just opened but going by what they advertise to what you get I would say they might make a year if lucky before they close.

8:20 at night, sign says open but another sign on the door says drive thru only. I go around to the drive thru and theres a big trash can in the middle of the land directly in front of the order menu. If your goal is togo out of business your well on your way.

Newly opened and is as delicious as the Bases you remember from yesteryear. They ve only been open about a week so they re still trying to find their groove. I visited Wednesday, August 30 at 6pm only the drive-thru was open and it was 8 cars deep. Took about 30 minutes of waiting but burger, fries and Coke were on point!
