Ordered furniture for same day delivery and delivery got denied because the store is closing at 7pm instead of 9pm as shown on the website. Had to call corporate to get it straightened out which is okay but annoying. Im giving one star because when I called the store to figure out what happened the guy that answered the phone was beyond rude and when I asked who do I talk to to refund my same day delivery charge I got put on hold to wait ... for no one. Guess he thought it was cute to play with someones time and money

I havent been to a Hobby Lobby in so long so when I was in Baytown and had a few minutes to spare I was so excited to finally be able to finally get to go inside this store!!! (Felt weird though, the first Big Lots I had ever been to was with my grandma when I was a kid in Michigan, then. Fast forward 30 yrs, we have been to everyone since then together but I had to do this one alone and it made me sad but happy to get to think about her when I was shopping today! God bless yall, enjoy the little moments with each other and thank God for every one of them!!!! Thankful to have gotten a chance to not only bring up some great memories but enjoy one of my favorite stores!!! Got some good deals on some shampoos and conditioner, probably enough for the next year!!

Have always loved big lots...every 2 yrs I purchase pillows for my patio furniture....purchased 10 Broyhill pillows.. very disappointed !!!....not made well at all...took them back . Big Lots did give a full refund....still love the store...STAY AWAY FROM BROYHILL PILLOWS

I really love big lots but a man was following me so close and he was so manic. I told myself maybe hes security but he was so much in my bubble I kept staring him down. I love big lots, but if hes security do better. He had dark hair, about 59 and had a black shirt on. Very concerning.

Walked in to look at a couch we had found online . Deminsions said it measured 90w*38d*37h ,when we saw it we thought it looked small ,borrowed a measuring tape and found out it was 84w*35d*37h .We asked if that was the couch and associates said it was and that was how it came to them . Called thiers corporate and was told they would send it to the appropriate department for further review or to be fixed .I understand mistakes happen and I do not blame the in store associates but corporate needs to seriously check their work .That is a serious difference in size when you are looking for a couch .

Disappointed in staff today. I had my 15% birthday coupon and because the checkout was mishandled, i did not get to apply it to a furniture purchase. I think the furniture manager, Michelle, could have fixed ot if she wanted to, it was too much of a burden for her so i did not buy the piece of furniture i wanted. Bummer.

Was expecting to see similar items and appearance like the Woodforest/BW 8 location, disappointed to say the least. Lots of linens, kitchen wares, toiletries, some clothing items, some yard & garden. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS You will have to use Red Lobsters restrooms. Wonder how long thatll be allowed.

For a Big Lots, this place is really expensive. I havent been in a Big Lots in years, but I remember their prices being much more reasonable. Their stuff is nice, but its like buying home decor from Kroger - everything costs about twice what you are willing to pay. Target is cheaper.
