Me and my wife decided to have brunch here and I have to say I am impressed. The food came out hot fast and , correct Kathleen our server was amazing and tended to all of our needs( I know I ask for a lot). The manager(Angel)even came to our table to check up if the food was correct and if the service was good I liked that it showed that he cared. I had the beetle juice burger and it was spectacular. Definitely 10/10 will be coming back to try that new milkshake.

This review is actually on a delivery which was made. I ordered their apple crisp, which is supposed to come with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was yet to be found.. I called to inform the restaurant and the personnel who answered the phone accused me of being rude. I had answered her question 3×4 to 5 times after she made the statement that I don t need to be rude. To me to realize that one I don t like to raise my voice two I don t like confrontation. I was truly calling to see how I could get my scoop of ice cream, however as she became rude, I decided I didn t want ice cream from there. As we all know, there would be no telling where the ice cream came from or what was deposited into it. In the past, I have been full Denny s restaurant! The food has always been delicious, The personnel inside the restaurant has always been professional and courteous. I just have never experienced such behavior from anyone at Denny s until today. So sad, I ll definitely have to find a new favorite place

Sabrina was our waitress. She was excellent. She was very kind and checked on us throughout our visit numerous times. She kept our drinks filled and was so pleasant. Food was burned. Had to send one of our orders back. The other order was tolerated, just because we were starving after a long driving. Other then that it was OK.

This place was terrible to say the least. The restaurant had a awful smell before we completely walked through the door. When they brought our food I quickly noticed that my toast had mold on it that the cook buttered up and sent it to our table. Then to add insult to injury the old lady that was hovering around promised us a discount and charged us full price. The one brite spot was the server (a new employee) a young black guy who was very helpful and apologetic. Will never eat at this one again.

Placed a to-go order online for pick-up. Arrived early and was told the order was in preparation. When ordered was brought to the front, I was informed they did not have potatoes, so they substituted BOTH orders of potatoes with fries. Upon further checking the order, they had only substituted one side of potatoes with fries and substituted nothing in place of potatoes on the other. In order to place an order online, you provide a phone number AND e-mail address, of which NEITHER were used to contact me and let me know they were out of ordered items. No other options presented for remediation of issue at hand.

I used to like this restaurant but the food has gotten really bad. The service sucks wait time is too long. And when you sit there and hear the wait staff talk bad about you. I had the move tables because the people next to me were being extremely loud. And I guess the waitress did like I needed to be moved. I went there after major surgery and couldnt walk well and in a lot of pain... Signs say wait for hostes. No one came for a while excuses were given. I sat down and asked for some time because I had surgery. Personally, for this post, I had my gallbladder out, and this was my 1st meal, and I had to think about what to eat. 10 minutes no one came. This was evening, maybe Dec 8th. Finally a young man came and asked me if I had been helped and I said no one. I explained my situation about no butter or fat, and we talked about my options, what or how they could cook it. I think his name was Gabriel. It has been a month, and I have been through a lot even since then. But my food was cooked healthier, and then there was the server who couldnt help yelling and screaming because she couldnt handle the truth or admit her mistakes of forgetting about me. But any way, my low scores are for her service and others who didnt seat me for well over 5 minutes as they ran around talking to each other. After Gabriel took my order, there was another woman who checked on me, but I didnt get her name. I was in so much pain that I had to get the truck stop portion to help get me to my truck, but at least the food, Gabriel, and the other woman helped me. But a younger girl with pink or burgundy hair is very rude, loud, and instead of correcting her mistakes, she attempts to blame others. In other words, she lies. Very immature. Update! 01-06-2024 afternoon to evening time, at the Garth Road location. My complaint is about the Cook, who deserves No Stars! For Not fixing the order as the customer requests, whether it is for at the restaurant or a To-Go-Order! I will gladly give 5 Stars for the waiter for marvelous service. Always friendly staff. My problem is, I requested Onion Rings and I got French fries and this is the To-Go-Order. So they are cold and soggy! Not worth eating! Im not a happy customer! I was greeted by my server (Linda) with a delightful smile & genuine warmth. Another server (Kelly?) came & checked on me while Linda was getting my beverages, she was so sweet . This location was beautifully festive with the holiday decorations, it was extremely uplifting to my spirit. I ordered the 55+ Omlet, but it was a difficult choice, since everything looked so delish. The coffee was just right with the French Vanilla creamer (ty, I dont need extra sugar when I have it). The food was exceptionally appetizing & absolutely delicious. All of the servers & staff were so engaging and attentive. Thank you for this uplifting start to my day!! Kid-friendliness: The tiny server/elf told me about the special event on the weekend for kids, so sweet. The area was decorated so festively for the kids

The food wasnt that great at all. The Steak-melt was just thrown together. Two big pieces of bread with the steak and cheese all at the center of it leaving unfilled bread around the edges. The steak came in big chunks making it hard to chew! Better yet the sandwich wasnt even cut in half! The cook even came out to look at me from the entrance of the kitchen, but acted as if he was looking around the empty restaurant. I acknowledged his presence by nodding my head and saying hi, but he acted as if he didnt hear me. Good thing the waitress that was serving me made the mood a little better by offering me great customer service. She kept checking in to see if I needed coffee and we even had a conversation about different types of syrup.

I would have left more pictures but we ate every last crumb it was so good! Pros The staff was all very friendly. We were greeted at the door and sat immediately. Hostess and waitor was excellent. The food was so good! Perfectly seasoned. My steak inside my omelet was actually tender. And I loved the little tea pot they brought for my hot tea. The French toast was lightly browned and fluffy. Access is super easy from the highway and plenty of easily accessible parking. Wheelchair accessible and 4 handicap parking spots. Cons It was a little chilly in there but most people would probably love that!

Very slow service even though empty. Not a bad place if you dont mind the ocasiobal mouse running across the floor.

Went in asked for 3 different meals and they didnt have any of them. Asked what they did have and was told just those 3. Asked for lasagna dinner and was told no to it also... dont bother wasting time they wont have anything
