Got original hot traditional wings twice from this location and they were overcooked and had very little sauce. Whoever is cooking the chicken back there needs to be evaluated or fired. You ll choke from chicken dryer than the Sahara desert if you dare get dry rub from this location.

My wife ordered today had it delivered, well order was missing 1/2 of the wings fries were less than usual. Wife called customer service was no help did not offer an apology or no help at all, only thing lady said well come and pickup the rest of the order. Wife gets there no apology again or any help for the mess up. Just here s your food . Not going there again. Rating -5.

The cashier at the front with blonde hair did a excellent job she is fast but super understandable and patient with persons placed my order she rings it out and not even like 10-15 minutes my food was ready she brought me my food and it was hot and amazing 10 out of 10 will most likely come back hopefully I see her again in my receipt her name was Sandra Kid-friendliness: The workers at Baytown location have like high school kids working they all very respectful and always greeting people who walk in love this store!!

Im not sure what happened today, 3/4/24, but I had the worst experience today. I walk in and theres only 3 customers inside the restaurant. The place was practically empty. I went up to the register, and the young woman had an attitude on her. I ordered a 10 piece boneless combo. The fries were cold, and the wings didnt taste fresh. It was like the wings were sitting out for a while. I told the cashier, and she had an attitude again. Im not paying for cold and old food. I want fresh, hot food.

The management at this place is horrible they have a bunch of teenagers that dont care about anything. The food at this place is usually ok, even though the fries look like scraps, theyre never longer than 1/4in. But my order yesterday was ridiculous, I found a hex nut in my fries. I placed an order @ 8:43pm. Said delivery would be 9:24. At 9:47 I called the driver and he didn t answer so I called the store. While on the phone someone canceled the ordered as I was watching the delivery driver go towards East freeway (opposite of my house) spoke with a manager about getting my food she promised she was gone fix it yet it s10:42pm (2 hours later) and my family is still waiting.. Decided to get Wingstop for lunch today and it was probably a year or so that I even thought of eating here. I downloaded to the app and pre ordered and paid my order. I was driving while submitting my order and I guess I wasn t paying attention on what I was clicking. When I arrived I waited about 5 minutes until my order was ready. Timely manner. & I realized I received all bone in. When I clicked mix&match but apparently it lets you select all classic when choosing the flavors and I didn t know. Well I went to the Team member up front by the name of Jordan. He reprinted my receipt and explained what I ordered. On top of explained he gave me my boneless wings that I originally tried to order to fix my problem. IM SOO GLAD he did. Because although I do like bone in (which is what I ordered as well) this boneless Hot were amazing!! Also Jordan looks like he enjoys working here which I love. People who take care of their customers is amazing! You re doing GREAT Jordan! Wish wonderful things in your career!

If Wingstop uses door dash for their delivery, WS is the one responsible for packing the correct order and mine was very wrong .yet they want to somewhat blame it on DoorDash. 07/31/2022 They forgot all my sauces, ranch and blue cheese. All they told me to do was simply go pick them back up. I told them by the time I picked up the sauces they forgot and got back home, the food would be cold. I ordered 15 wings with a large fries and a large lemonade. 28 dollars. I ate 10 wings about 10 fries and had a 3/4 of a glass of lemonade,when I had to go to ladies room. I was gone less than 5 minutes and when I came out the restroom, they had thrown my whole meal away. Then offered to make me 4 wings and a small drink. They threw away almost my whole meal. Food was correct and nothing wrong with it. When we went to go sit down the tables were dirty and sticky, from all of the tables that were leaving no one came out to wipe them down or clean them explaining the sticky table. After eating I went to the counter to ask for a to go bag for the remaining food and again the lady behind the counter took a few minutes to acknowledge I was standing there waiting for something even after several times of making eye contact. Terrible service. Won t be going back. The one off of 146 is 10 times better. Go there instead.

Been here a million times but I had to leave a review after tonight . I came to pick up my order that I had placed 15 min before and the sweet lady with the curly hair took out my fries from my bag to remake them to make sure they weren t cold (She did not have to do that very thoughtful, unexpected and appreciated!

Order is never ready, when my husband when and picked up the order they told him the order was not paid and wanted to charged him again, and when I called they keep me on hold for 10 minutes, and said that there was a lot of people, when I place my order over 45 minutes and they are rude.

WOW, was there last night at 7:47, October 5, ordered a 8 piece bone in medium combo. It took 31 minutes for the order, let me tell you why it took so long!!! Eight employees working when I got there one had went on break while I was waiting. The others were just all slowly working and standing around talking. One of the males took two bags out to a lady and talked outside form 15 minutes. I am sure he was on the clock getting paid. The employees were hooking up their people with fries and extra sauce as they came inside the store, it was so obvious. There was only me and one other couple in the store sitting down, no adult supervision at all. Nothing but young kids talking and doing nothing at all. There is a lot more to this and I am going to corporate to make a complaint on this store and young immature employees.
