Have been in contact for the last 3 months about ordering a 2025 Escalade V when the ordering starts. Was told all along that I was first on the list and would be able to order at msrp when they got their allocations. Well yesterday I reached out to check on allocations and was informed they have not received any allocations yet but I was now told not going to sell at msrp but would be at least 50k upcharge. I have text messages to back all this up. Always been know around here as Ron Shaft and somethings never change.

I had a funeral emergency today with lost keys. The manager was very professional and took my car back immediately. They had to take my console off and find the keys. With hot food in car, they had my keys found and car ready to go in 20 minutes. Theyre sense of urgency really showed!!!! Thank you!!

Cannot recommend Mike Mafilou and Ron Craft Cadillac enough! I had a very specific vehicle (and price point) in mind, and Mike made my dreams come true! He was not only able to get me a great deal on my brand new Cadillac, he did it without the usual games. No waiting to talk to his manager , no clear coat or anti-theft markups. The finance department communication and customer service skills left something to be desired, but the sales team more than made up for it. I talked to many salesman in my quest for the perfect vehicle and while they all love to tell you they re not like other salesman, Mike is the only one that actually showed that.

Went in for oil change and coolant leak. Service team also found that my turbo was making a sound it shouldnt. Turbo was replaced under warranty and heater inlet replaced to fix coolant leak under warranty. Oil changed and all issues repaired. Service advisor Tim kept me informed throughout the process.

Worst experience ever at a dealership. I dropped off my car for repair and was told the problem was the battery. At which time, I was quoted 521.00 battery replacement and labor. I contacted the parts department to the dealership to check on the price of the battery because the cost was really bothering me. I spoke to Patrick in parts, and he not only provided the battery cost of 233.66, but he furnished the part#. Considering the battery cost, I felt that the labor was way too high to switch out a battery. The next afternoon, I arrived to pick up my car and decided not to let it go and spoke to the parts manager about my concerns. At which time, I found out the battery cost they were billing me for was 394.00, plus labor. I made the manager aware of the discrepancy and he approved for the cost adjustment to the battery I was quoted, plus the 65.00 in labor, so I accepted. Patrick in parts became aware of the situation and confronted me about the price and part number I discussed with him earlier that day. In that moment when he realized he made a mistake, I was advised in a very abrupt and rude manner that I can take the battery for the 394.00 or leave it because he is not price matching. Then he proceeded to walk off. Needless to say, the service manager overrides him. This form of customer services not only shocked me but is unacceptable. Not only was he rude and dismissive, but this was done in the presents of other customers awaiting parts pricing. He is an embarrassment to the dealership.

If I can give them a 0 stars I would. I called and emailed to purchase a vehicle they had in stock. They answered once and after that no answer. I even messaged one more time and nothing. I checked if the vehicle was still online and it was, they next day it was gone so I figured it was sold. A few days later it was back online with new photos. I ended up calling their sister dealership Porsche River Oaks since they are owned by the same organization and have a good relationship with a sales representative there. I was able to make a deal with the sales representative but they refused to release the vehicle to the dealership even though an agreement was made and signed, their excuse was that they had an appointment the next day that needed to be held before releasing to another dealership. That corporate policy sounds ridiculous first of all and second I had contacted the dealership first a week before and had not gotten an answer even after being persistent. Well that has been the worst service I have received to date from a dealership. I want to thank Len from Porsche River Oaks for trying to get the deal going but I know he had his hands tied on this one. I hope that suppose corporate policy gets removed specially when you have a client that already has been reaching out for a week and has had to reach out to another dealership for their help, works out a deal on paper and still isnt able to close that deal because of arrogance. Please dont go here completely do not recommended.

Im giving 2 stars instead of 0 because they will at least look at our car when we bring it in. But again the Cadilac suv is sitting broke down at gas station, its 2.30p and still no Tow truck!!! And you know JOBs dont care about your excuses. My husband OScar bought this Cadillac maybe 3yrs ago and it keeps quitting, on Vacay, at red lights, but they say nothing wrong! I told him take pics when tow truck arrives! andocumentdocument everything!!!

Do not recommend. My check engine light came on at 34k miles. Two women said two different time periods to repair the problem. But they were unable to provide me with another vehicle to drive in the meantime. So I can t turn my car in. What s the point in having a new car. I went and had an oil change and a man in service I believe his name was Kevin idk. Made a bunch of empty promises after a horrible wait time and mess up on their part. This whole situation with bad experiences started when I bought it. The salesman promised to fill my car up when I picked up my plates lol he had already left the company that fast. 100 percent don t recommend, they will tell you ANYTHING to sell you a car. I will trade mine in and not buy from here again.

(SALES) If you are a serious buyer they will work with you to get you the best price, I was very happy and satisfied with my new 2019 Silverado. (Service) I take my car for every recommended service, they are fast, good waiting area, and great coffee.

Price gouging for vehicle services! I came by to service and diagnosed my vehicle 2011 Cadillac SRX yesterday. I was told by Mrs. Cook that the diagnostic fee would go to any repairs, I would off done to service my vehicle. I told her okay, I understand. I received my diagnostic by text and my vehicle needs alot to be fix , the price for total was over $6,000 dollars. So, I called and explained it was too much for me to fix in this moment and that I was not able to fix my vehicle. Mrs. Cook, told me since I am not repairing my vehicle, I would have to pay $700 for just the diagnostic fee and I told her the fees for last November was between $150 and $300. Mrs. Cook response was the prices went up alot this year.

Very bad customer service I called early to do oil change and the lady said you can come before 6 because we close at 7 I left my job and came in they said sorry we closed and it was 5.30 And she said I apologize for that and I don t know who answered the phone or maybe she didn t know what time we are close how come people who work in the place don t know what time they close

Absolutely terrible. Long story short, take the extra time to go somewhere else. I will not be back. I bought my Cadillac from them last year. The first oil change they broke something under the car, didn t tell me and released it back to me. I had a puddle of oil leaking from my car and had to take it back. Took it back they admitted they broke something and replaced it, however they were so lazy they never cleaned the pan underneath and it was still leaking in my garage. Every time they return the car it was dirty. They couldn t even do a complimentary wash with their wash bay in the back of the service warehouse. They then offered me a car detail and wash when I gave my availability the Service Manager ghosted me. Never responded after multiple attempts. Then I got a check engine light recently. Took it in Monday morning at 7 am and did not hear from them until 2 - and that s because I had to call for an update and they had not even started on my car. Then they called me 30 minutes later and said they couldn t find anything and released the car to me. The next day the check engine light came on again. I decided to take it to another Cadillac dealership and they found a pump and a valve broken that was causing the check engine light.

After much agony I finally found something that made me excited after all the hardships I ve been through living in Lake Charles La, dealing with the aftermath of a hurricanes, flooding and a freezing winter. I finally found a GMC Acadia I loved everything about. I traveled 2 hours to purchase this vehicle and 11 days after doing so the truck broke. While driving home this brand new 2020 GMC Acadia stop in the middle of the road, I almost loss my life. The transmission is gone and electrical problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called the dealership and spoke with the someone by the name of Chad Jones. This guy and everyone affiliated with this place is an absolute joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. My money is wasted and more money will be wasted on a lawyer. Nothing good will come from this. Everyone of you will pay for your wrong doing in life.

I spoke with Kevin Sampson about a used vehicle yesterday. I dont live in the area so a family member checked it out for me. I had facetimed with them and asked about the listed internet price. It was $6,000 less than the price written on the car but Kevin said that they would honor it. Now less than 24 hours later they refuse to honor the price after I have my financing in place.
