went at 3am and it was empty, got seated pretty quick. our table was completely sticky.. our waiter had a beard, there was atleast 6 hairs on just our appetizer. if that wasnt enough, we were seated at a booth and there was roaches on our seats. used to love ihop but after this experience i probably wont go again.

Such a great experience. Food is always fresh and hot when served. But most of all every time I come I get great service from Layla. She has such a great personality and makes us feel so welcomed! She has great leadership skills and is very attentive to us! I highly recommend this IHOP and definitely will make it here anytime I m in the area.

Very processed food, with too much salt for my taste. The coffee is passable. The service was the best, but they sat us at a table near the bathroom, where an air conditioning vent was leaking. I informed the manager and he addressed the complaint but did not offer us to sit at another table. Apparently they are a little racist in that restaurant, since I went on vacation and Im Mexican. Since there were many free tables and they sat us exactly at a table with maintenance details, drops of dirty water fell on my daughters food and they didnt care. They only offered him some hot cakes as compensation. In my perception the cost-benefit ratio seems bad.

Just ordered from here if theyre trying to kill me theyre going to have to try harder. Some completely overdone shoe leather piece of cheese is not going to quite do the job. now the onion rings that were strong enough to be a jaw workout might have done it if I hadnt been able to wash it down with the Pepsi that I didnt order because I ordered a Dr pepper so they cant even get that right. The burger patty was drier than my grandmother and she was cremated years ago and the fries that came with that order were as cold as she was when we found her. Do better IHOP

Oh boy, where the heck can I even begin here? First up, Our waitress said that it would take 10 to 15 minutes to be seated, but it only took five minutes despite the place being crowded. Our waitress was nice. The place was pretty noisy, but I easily handled it. They even serve Pepsi products, which is good because I am a Pepsi person. But the food was pretty good except for the sausage. And despite the floors being a bit trashy, I still had a good time!

It takes forever to get waited on here. I waited at least ten minutes just to order my drink and in the middle of taking my order the server just walks away to deal with something else and then takes her time coming back. The other tables around me seemed to be having a similar experience. I had to tell them that the guy at the table next to mine hadnt been waited on yet and he was there before me. The service at this ihop always sucks. Disorganized limited communication skills sometimes rude no real teamwork everybody is all over the place doing multiple jobs at once. This place needs new leadership and better staff training. How bad is it when I go into a place and already know the service is bad and am gonna have to get a little pushy to get service otherwise it seems like the servers dont even know youre there

I ordered the classic eggs Benedict and they brought me black forest ham not Canadian bacon with hard boiled eggs on top! I asked to speak to the manager and SHOCKER he was the cook! Then my kids order the waffle with FRESH strawberries and they bring them none. So when I ask about it they bring strawberry jam and tell us they have no fresh strawberries. He never offered to remake anything or make anything different. So I just told him what he was going to remake and then wrote this as we waited another 10 minutes. What I learned from this DO NOT EAT AT A TRUCK STOP IHOP!!!!! The only salvation was the waitress was sweet and probably very embarrassed!

Our waiter was a very nice male named Devon H! He was absolutely amazing. We went there for my daughter s 2nd birthday and he made sure he went above and beyond with our party of 7! A previous visit a few months ago was a really good experience... Although this date in time, 11/15/23, was a different story. My wife and I ordered the same plate except her eggs were different than mine and the waitress for whatever reason thought my wife had only ordered and brought me a empty plate to share. Wth... Then my food comes out 5 to 10 minutes later and its cold once again wth. We had to ask for more coffee. And the food for the most part was terrible especially this biscuits and gravy. Ok so last week Thursday 11/2/2023, I dined in with my coworkers. Ordered the famous two egg, two bacon, hashbrown and two pancakes. As I bit into the bacon, it wasn t crunchy and tasted funny. I ate one of them but left the other. Figured they re bacon is just not good. Anywho, finished my breakfast and went on about my day. 10:30 pm started feeling nauseous and by midnight it was coming out of both ends. Today is Monday and I m just now starting to eat again. The girls were fine so the only thing that I ate that they didn t was the bacon. If manager didn t know, the cook knew better. Shame on you!!

This place gets very busy due to lack of places to eat breakfast. They upgraded their menu and offer waffles and biscuits now. I tried one of the new Benedict s, the bacon jam one, the eggs were poached well and the flavor was something different. I wouldn t probably get it again though. The fried potatoes are just ok too, not bad and not great. My husband got the spicy pablano omelet with hash browns which was really great. My daughter got the birthday cake breakfast and a kids chicken and waffles. Our server was great. The place appeared cleaner than last time. Tables were being turned quickly. Our table wasn t sticky and I didn t see ants like last time so that s great!
