I called this firm over a week ago and was told one of the attorneys would call me back. After 8 days I attempted to call again since no one had called me back. I called at 9:00 am, and the woman who answered the phone told me hold and she d see if one of the attorneys could speak to me. Of course, none were available to speak to me. I then asked if I could schedule a time to come in to speak to an attorney about my situation and was told I can t do that . I reiterated that I have a pressing issue and time is of the essence, and was told Someone will call you back . I felt like I was bothering them, that I was an annoyance, which is absolutely pathetic. They need to update their website and remove the Call for a consultation because they have zero desire to speak to any potential clients. Do not waste your time calling them, go somewhere else. After this encounter, I ended up emailing another attorney who called me back before the end of the day. Now I feel like I dodged a bullet and am grateful I never received a call back from them.

What a waste of time, when I first reached out to this law firm gave me hope they said they will fight for me and my rights since I was wrongfully terminated, time pass by more than a year and just to tell me they not going to pursue my case, I was the one following with the EEOC I was the one keeping myself updated in my case long story short found a female Hispanic lawyer that did not hesitate helping me this should give you an idea...Disappointed!!!

I could not have asked for a better attorney. Mr. Leitcher heard my case and was prompt to defend me when I needed help. Mr. Leitcher answered all of my questions and provided honest, realistic advice on moving forward as the case was being resolved - which was resolved in my favor as he confidently ensured. He is not just after your money. He is honest and direct. He goes above and beyond within the bounds of his expertise to ensure your rights are protected. He is professional and excellent at defense. He helped make what seemed to be a scary and daunting situation bearable and I would 10/10 recommend his services to anyone needing representation.

I was dealing with an issue involving employment law and was referred to David Langenfeld by a friend. His staff was polite and professional and David himself was a breath of fresh air - he was kind, listened to the events of the situation, and asked insightful questions to gain further clarity. If you are having trouble with your professional license this law firm specializes in defending your rights. My case has not yet been resolved and I have had to do quite a bit of research on my own but I think they are my best shot at defeating an unjust change of regulation. The least expensive attorney has an hourly rate of $250 so their help definitely does not come cheap.

unprofessional conduct in many ways ,doesnt respond to emails and calls, after he gets the money . Forget about the case ,You will be calling the office multiple times with no response .He doesnt update you on what happened . You pay him and you do your own investigation. Find an Attornety that is part of TMLT instead of looking @google reviews like I did . Call Texas Bar Association before you hire tosee if he was on probation in the past.

Louis and his firm are knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging in a relaxed atmosphere. They quickly understood the charges against me. Louiss experience with the Board of Nursing was a noticeable asset. He represented me which resulted in the Board dropping all accusations and clearing my record of the unfounded complaint. If you need representation before a medical or nursing board I recommend the Leichter Law Firm. If I could rate his firm with a 4+ I would. Thanks, Louis!

In 2015 I found myself at the bottom of a hole that was so deep I knew there was no way out. Overnight I found myself in the crosshairs of the federal and state authorities as well as my professional licensing board. As my world was crashing around me, I called a friend who I knew had been through some tough times. He had one piece of advice, he said to call Louis Leichter. When I told him I was broke he laughed and said it would be the best money I ever spent. My life since has been like a country song sung backwards, in less than a year I got my dog back, my house back, my wife back, my job back, etc. Against all odds I even kept my professional license and all accompanying certifications throughout the entire process with no restrictions or public board actions. If you want a lawyer with a fancy nickname or funny you-tube videos you might try the Texas Hammer or the Texas Law Hawk, if all you want is results and to get your life back you might try Louis Leichter.

I want to take a minute to express my utmost appreciation, and thanks, to Mr. Liechter. Not only did I initially hear from him personally within an hour of submitting my case summary on line, he had my concerns with the Board of Nursing resolved within 2 weeks! Without his expertise and knowledge of medical licensing this would have taken me months to resolve on my own. His fee was also very fair. He is a professional with strong character and a man of his word.
