I have an unresolved case his office represented for me. I have made numerous attempts to talk to someone about this and in two years, I have spoken to one woman who promised I would hear back from them. Ignoring the problem seems to be the way to handle it. Kevin, I paid your office $6,200 in cash, no less to handle this case. IT IS STILL UNRESOLVED, YOU KNOW HOW TO GET AHOLD OF ME! THIS IS MY FINAL ATTEMPT TO GET AHOLD OF YOU. IF I DONT HEAR FROM YOU OR SOMEONE IN YOUR OFFICE,BY THE END ONE WEEK FROM TODAY; I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO GO TO THE BOARD. I would caution using this attorney and their service.

I have never been in the position to need a lawyer before, or the judicial process in any capacity. My case was showing serious implications and charges from the state that would have made me a felon. Family friends recommended Mr. Ken Bigham, and stated this man is diligent in his work, and as a single father (to my understanding) understands the pressure of doing what it takes to provide and love for your family. He promised if I show these people the person I claim to be, then with all that he could he would help prevent me from going in. As a single father I m sure a lot of you know the system hugely favors against us in a lot (not to soap box or boast biased opinions) but it does. Mr. Bigham and Law Firm resolved my case, and for this I am eternally grateful. In just close to 3 years this man did what I thought was at first impossible. His words and actions have flipped my life 180 degrees for the better. To have your kids taken from you and to not know how long for, or what you have to do to get them back is one of the heaviest feelings ever. Going through everything I had, I can honestly say I d never regretted hiring him. The facts are that this man took my case without knowing me. He listened to me when I was broken, scared, and confused. After everything did I come out scotch free, no. Mr. Ken Bigham and his Bastrop Law Firm played an indispensable role in helping me achieve everything from where I started to where I am now, and I will always be grateful for that! I had moved away from Texas when I was served with divorce and child custody paperwork. Despite residing in a new state, I needed to find a good lawyer within the Texas area in order to help me through this process. It was then when I came across Bigham Lawfirm. I read their reviews and contacted them immediately. I definitely do not regret choosing Mr. Bigham as my lawyer. I was initially concerned that the distance would be a barrier for Kenns team and I, however, they were very professional and kept good communication. The outcome of my case was GREAT! If I could give Kenn more than five stars on the web page, I most definitely would!

I highly recommend Ken and his team! If you are looking for an experienced, detail oriented, personable, attorney with integrity to get you through your case then this is the firm. After several attempts to get results with other lawyers in the area, we almost felt defeated until we met Ken and his assistant Casey. They made us feel like they actually cared and it was not just all about the money! He sounds like a great lawyer from his reviews. I called and although he was short with me, the reviews were fantastic. Then came the bombshell! There price was insane! I could not believe how much it was. Maybe he didnt really want to help at all and thats ok but 10k is crazy high. I recommend shop around!!

Ken and his team are amazing. Several years ago I was caught in an online school scam. I was facing a lawsuit for this scam, even though I had done everything I was supposed to do. Ken and his team got to the bottom of the scam, cleared my name, and got it off my credit report. Three years ago my daughter and I were involved in a car wreck because, of someone else s negligence to stop at a stop sign. Ken and his team fought to get our medical bills paid and our car replaced. But, today is one of the biggest moments I want to brag about. Today Ken Bigham and Kayci Watson represented my 14 year with her dream of changing her last name to Sawyer! We could not be more happy. Ken Bigham is an great lawyer and an amazing man. What went from assisting with a small legal matter has developed into such a great experience. From legal assistance to advice and so much more. Ken has been there for my family to develope basic life planning with wills, to custody cases, and even an unfortunate criminal case. Now he is helping a friend with her divorce. And the greatest part is he is real about it, he doesnt sugar coat the odds or difficulties or even grey the lines of communication. As long as he is willing and able he will always be my attorney.
