Shiraz Garden was the perfect venue for our wedding. The team there is incredible, professional, communicative, and personable. The grounds are stunning and they have options for all weather/ events. Our guests loved their time there and we could not imagine having gotten married anywhere else. I highly recommend this venue for your wedding.

We booked Shiraz Gardens for our celebration more than a year before the party (last weekend), and it was the best decision we could have made. Our guests couldnt stop talking about how beautiful the place is - it is gorgeous! Kalli and the in-house coordinator, Emma made the day perfect for us. (Big shout out to the rest of the team who set everything up, too!) My partner and I were not looking for a wedding and all of the traditions that come with it. The Shiraz team worked with us to execute that vision - they were accommodating, welcoming, and communicative throughout the whole process. I organize large events and had a very specific way I wanted things, so the day of in-house coordination package ended up being perfect for us. Im so grateful that they require you to have a day-of coordinator because I might have tried to do it on my own and that would have sucked. One thing Ill add is that I didnt see any pictures on their website showing queer couples, so I wasnt sure how they would feel about hosting us, but they were absolutely wonderful.

I had the pleasure of working at Shiraz Garden this past weekend, and I have to say, the team there is top-notch! As the wedding coordinator, I had to switch to a last-minute rain plan, and the venue managers (Olivia and Valerie) were incredibly helpful and flexible. They ensured everyone could get around the venue easily with golf carts regardless of the rain! Throughout the day, they were so kind and attentive, always ready to lend a hand or answer a question. Its rare to find a venue team thats both organized and genuinely caring, but Shiraz Garden truly delivered. Highly recommend you to host your next event here!

Book this venue! Budget was a big factor for us, and at the time we signed on, the pricing seemed like a steal (it was a newer venue at the time and has prob already become more popular). We wanted to do a pretty nontraditional/DIY wedding, and the venue manager, Kalli, was super knowledgeable and had some great recommendations for us to come in under budget and plan something that felt unique to us and celebrated two cultures. Also, the pricing includes tables and chairs. This venue has a lot of really beautiful spaces for the ceremony, reception, and photos, so you can choose what works for you. Shiraz offers affordable in-house coordination, and it otherwise wouldnt have been within our budget to have a day-of-coordinator. Emma, was awesome, and thanks to her we could relax and be in the moment on our special day. Lindsay and Valerie (the other two Shiraz staff) were also super sweet and helpful. This is a beautiful venue that provides the space and flexibility for you to plan whatever type of celebration is best for you.

TLDR - This venue is head and shoulders above any other venue in Central Texas. Unique, beautiful, amazing staff, myriad options, reasonable vendor requirements, all without being overpriced. We toured many venues around Austin and the Hill Country, but after seeing Shiraz, they all felt tacky and cookie cutter in comparison. Even the most lavish places we visited lacked the natural beauty, uniqueness, and charm that Shiraz has. Kalli and the Shiraz staff are amazing and went above and beyond in every aspect of their work, including organization, courtesy, preparedness, and thoroughness. Their recommended vendors were all top tier, as well, so we relied on the venue for many aspects of our wedding and it really reduced the stress levels. The space itself boasts so many features; the bridal cabin is spacious and well-placed, as was the grooms cabin; the parking is more than enough for even the largest affairs; the site itself is immaculate without looking over-worked or too manicured; there are so many cool spots for great photos or private moments; the formal garden has a perfect layout and is classy without being ostentatious. I could go on. Its hard to say that anything is perfect, but my partner and I cant come up with a single criticism to level. Just take a tour, and see for yourself.

When I started to think about planning my wedding, one of the things I googled was Iranian American weddings, and there it was! Shiraz Garden! Looking at the pictures, I knew that that was our venue. It s like a little piece of heaven that was handpicked from both Iranian as well as Texan ranch architectures. Their recommended vendors is where I found my amazing Wedding Planner, who had a great relationship with the venue, and everything just fell into place after that. Shiraz Garden s rules were very clearly communicated upfront, and on the day of the wedding, their onsite staff were nothing but kind and caring to ensure we had a great day! Our wedding turned out to be everything we had dreamed of and that would not have been the case without Shiraz Garden.

We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding. Starting with Kalli, she was wonderful and knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect date for our wedding and answered all of our questions. Her open houses were also incredible and helped us get familiar with the space so we weren t stressed on wedding day. I went with most of the preferred vendors Kalli put together on the site and everything was perfect, and they all communicated so well with one another. The venue was so stunning and unique and you can really make it your own. We added the Persian rugs for the aisle and dance floor and it was the most beautiful addition, I highly recommend it. Every single person who works here is so sweet and helpful, they really have the most wonderful team. We went with Brittani, one of Shiraz Garden s in house coordinator and we were so grateful we did. She went above and beyond to make the day perfect. We were really able to enjoy the day because of her without worrying about details or timelines. She just told us what we needed to do and what was next and really was able to bring the vision to life. Everyone was asking us why we didn t seem nervous or stressed, and a big part of it was because Brittani and the Shiraz team really handled everything and we got to enjoy our day. I could go on and on about how much I love everything about this venue, but most of all I loved that there s a Persian wedding venue right outside Austin Texas with the most gorgeous architecture. It felt so unique and special to me as a Persian bride. I just can t believe it was so perfect, and all of my family and friends loved the venue too.

Shiraz Garden was the perfect location/team my wife and I had the pleasure to work when tying the knot. The location was spot-on at the wedding day for our guest and us to adore both day & night. This summer has been no joke and the the team there were fully aware of this as they accommodated us with the extreme weather. If youre looking to have an outside wedding ceremony and wish to not suffer under the direct sun, then look no further. A big thanks, on the day of, to the two ladies driving everyone around on the buggies who were super kind and really made the day feel special. Kalli was highly informative and extremely accessible (both virtually and in person leading up to the big day). We really couldnt have hope for a better team for our big day. The first look & golden-hour photoshoot locations were breathtaking and make the ideal wedding photo to be framed in our home for many years to come. My husband and I had the best experience with Shiraz Garden! We communicated virtually with Kalli, who was absolutely incredible. She s helpful, responsive, and makes wedding planning a breeze. The venue is absolutely stunning. We had our first look at the Hidden Staircase and held our ceremony at the Mohana Overlook. Both locations are gorgeous and made for perfect photos! Lindsay helped us the day of, and she was amazing! She was attentive, helped get everything in order, and was the ultimate hype woman! She was always making sure everything was set up the way we wanted and was so helpful in making the day run smoothly. We highly recommend Shiraz Garden if you re looking for a wedding venue. Not only are the views breathtaking, but the people are a joy to work with and make the experience so fun!

We got married at Shiraz Garden a little over a month and it was literally PERFECT. The moment we went and did a tour with Kalli, we knew right away that was where we were getting married. Kalli s hospitality and knowledge is unmatched. There were several opinion and logistical questions during the planning phase that I bounced off of her and she was quick to respond and honest which I so appreciated and needed. The day off, her staff treated us like any guest should be. They were friendly, accommodating and genuinely catered to our needs. The venue itself, breathtaking. The views make for the bet photos and the layout in general provides for a perfect flow for a wedding. The Persian rugs made the best final touches for our big day. I cannot say enough about Shiraz Garden and all that comes with it when you book it. You won t regret it!

Shiraz Garden was our dream wedding venue. I am so grateful to their whole team for making our wedding day run so smoothy, stress-free, and overall beautiful. A huge thank you to the kind and thoughtful Kalli who helped us since day 1. My husband and I were originally planning on getting married in the state we grew up in and where most of our family and friends live; however, after randomly being in the Austin area the weekend Shiraz was hosting an open house, we spontaneously decided to go. And we instantly fell in love. (I had luckily seen Shiraz Garden on Instagram and started following them in hopes of getting inspiration for our own wedding). I was never the type of bride who put much thought into the wedding planning process. I didn t have strong a preference on the venue, food, or even my dress. I just wanted to marry my best friend. We toured many venues and thought most of them were fine. But when we toured Shiraz Garden, I cried. I was filled with so much emotion picturing my family and friends dancing on the Persian rugs and couldn t picture a more beautiful space to join our two families into one. The beauty, vibe, cultural history all combined with a gorgeous Texas countryside background made it the perfect wedding venue. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire Shiraz Garden family & team for being such a significant part of our wedding day.

If you re looking for a scenic spot to have your wedding in the Texas Hill Country, look no further! Shiraz is IT! My husband and I only toured one venue and it was this one. We immediately fell in love with not only the beautiful property but we were also blown away by the amazing director, Kalli. Our tour was over video and she was so careful to make sure that it was a good experience. It was such a good experience that no other venue we were looking at felt right and we went with Shiraz. We got married last weekend on the day after our five year dating anniversary. There is no other word to describe our wedding except magical. It exceeded our expectations. Our in house coordinator, Brittani and the Shiraz staff helping us on the day took stress off of us and totally delivered the perfect day. I will never forget Brittani for how good she was to us. She totally helped keep me calm just be being herself and keeping on top of things. The views and the accommodations are amazing but the staff are the biggest shining stars of this venue. We couldn t be happier with our experience.

SHIRAZ, SHIRAZ, SHIRAZ! 11/05/22 was our PERFECT day! We booked shiraz 8 months in advance, and the planning began. For anybody considering booking shiraz, you absolutely must and will not regret it. This venue is so unique and so beautiful, if you have any guest traveling in from out of town this will show them the beauty of what Austin is built on. Kalli the venue director is so sweet and so kind, I wanted her to come to the wedding! She was so helpful from day one, a rockstar on communication. Any little question that arose, she responded in lightning speed and included links, recommendations, and facts she goes above and beyond in any which way she can to help you. I chose to go with Brittani the in house coordinator, she is was absolutely incredible. She worked her freaking tail off, anything that was an issue small or big she took care of it with a smile on her face. These two women are incredible, this venue is incredible. I recently had my wedding here on October 8th and it was more than i could have ever dreamed of! Let me start off by saying Shiraz was not my first choice of venues but due to wanting my wedding in October and this being one of the only places i could find with the date, we decided to do a walk thru to actually see the venue in all its glory. It did not disappoint! Shiraz is honestly the most beautiful venues around. The Pictures do not do it any justice, you have to see this place in person to see the vast beauty of it. It has views for days! Not only is the venue stunning, the staff is even more amazing. Everyone went above and beyond for us and i seriously means this. Kalli is nothing short of amazing. she is one of the kindest souls i have met and super helpful. She alone is such a huge selling point for the venue. Every Question we had, she had a answer and more! Kayla, our shiraz rep for the day went above and beyond for us. I could list all of the amazing things the did for us but we would be here all day. if you are looking for a indoor/outdoor venue with amazing views, BOOK THIS ONE! You will not regret it!

Where do I even start? From the moment we stepped on the Shiraz Garden property we knew this would be the first and only venue we would want to see, we were sold! The beauty and magic of the venue in January during our first visit - to the perfect autumn colors & warmth on our October wedding day we were in awe (and still are). We had the pleasure of working with Kalli who made sure that all our out of the box ideas happened (walking down the aisle with my pup, having umbrellas hovering over the reception & first dance overlooking the sunset)! Day of wedding, all venue staff gave us their undivided attention & all our vendors/guests feel taken care of. Forever thankful & blessed to have had Shiraz Garden be a part of creating & honoring our new traditions for a perfect Indian-American wedding! I do want to add that this venue made adjustments to be accessible for all folks (offering day off transportation around venue sites) & made sure guests are safe & taken care of!

I planned almost my entire wedding while I lived in a different state, and the wedding venue was what I was most worried about. Not being able to see the venue in person before I spent $$ on it was SO nerve-racking. After many Zoom tours and phone calls, I finally came across Shiraz Garden. From the start, I knew Shiraz had everything I wanted - a GORGEOUS ceremony backdrop, versatile spaces for dancing/eating, an ideal location close to hotels, and an involved venue manager who could help with vendor suggestions and setting up. The venue manager, Kalli, was there the entire time leading up to the wedding to help - she was SO responsive and eager to make our day truly unique! I genuinely felt like she cared about us beyond just clients and that she actually wanted our day to be special and personal to us. On the wedding day, she was so kind and always checked up on me but I never felt like she was overstepping. She just really cared! I knew I didn t have to worry about anything venue-related with her around. After the wedding, I couldn t even keep track of how many people came to me to tell me how gorgeous the venue was! Even though the temperature had dipped super low (for Texas), the venue still took people s breath away. We even had to make a last-minute switch that morning when we realized how cold it would be, and Kalli and her team made it happen seamlessly (or at least it felt seamless on my end!). Kalli and Shiraz are seriously the hidden gems in the mass of central Texas wedding venues!! So happy to have chosen this venue for our day.

I cannot adequately put into words with this venue has meant to us from the start. It s about a 20 minute drive from Austin in between Bastrop and Austin. GORGEOUS. Absolutely STUNNING. The best part of this venue, is their manager, Kalli Fullerton Doubleday. This woman is absolutely incredible; from the first call we made, until the day of she was everything from a planner (not officially), friend, and organizer. She answers emails within 5 minutes most of the time and the concerns I had she immediately helped manage. Kalli Fullerton Doubleday will be a long time friend of mine. She made our wedding process, as seamless as it could have been. I WISH I COULD SCREAM FROM THE TOP OF MY LUNGS HOW GREAT THIS WOMEN IS.

This venue is sooo stunning!! As a wedding photographer, I recently shot here and absolutely loved the whole experience, even on a 107 degree day. The location is perfect, its right outside of Austin so we avoid all the downtown traffic and parking. The scenery is incredible, very lush and greenery everywhere, no houses in the background so its perfect for photos. The super helpful staff at Shiraz helps shuttle the couple and photographer for photos around the venue, very accommodating and lovely venue perk!! Sunsets there are phenomenal! The whole vibe of this venue is awesome, highly recommend this venue to all my couples!

My husband and I only saw one other venue before we went with Shiraz Garden. Once we saw the space, we were hooked. Its a beautiful area with a lot of land- meaning, you get a lot of options for photo ops! We worked with Kalli who suggested vendors to us, helped us with layout ideas, and worked with us to create a memorable time. They were accommodating and helpful when we had to unfortunately move our wedding date back, and were always available to answer any questions. We had the best time!

WOW. Shiraz has SO much to offer. It became clear early on that the venue was going to be the biggest decision for our event. We feel so lucky to have found Shiraz - its endlessly interesting and stunning. I decided to do my bridal shoot there because there were just so many beautiful spots we couldnt have possibly enjoyed them all on our wedding day. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed all the nature around - some even told us they heard cardinals singing before the ceremony began, how magical is that?? Kalli and her whole staff were so professional and kind, our weekend went so smoothly because of them and their collaboration with our coordinator - who, by the way, we found through Kalli - she seriously has a treasure trove of verified wedding vendors which greatly facilitated our DIY planning! We recently moved to Bastrop and were so excited to have our wedding ceremony at this gorgeous local venue. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, and they provided great recommendations throughout the planning process. The property is so beautiful, and so big! It has several locations to choose from for ceremonies, receptions, and photos -- including an amazing waterfront spot on the Colorado River where we did our first look photos and a stunning hilltop vista for our ceremony. From a photographers perspective, Shiraz Gardens is the definition of a photographers dream venue. The property is absolutely massive with just so many incredible places to capture beautiful portraits on your wedding day. Shiraz Garden is absolutely breathtaking! It s one of those places that you ve seen in movies. Then it finally hits you that your special day is happening there! Wow! My wife and I are over the moon! I can t say it enough! From the ceremony area to the reception area was spot on everything we could have wished for. The staff was amazing at taking care of us and our guest. Please please look no further this venue is exactly where your next should be! Being at Shiraz and getting married their you could feel the love in the air. I am a wedding coordinator, Ive done hundreds of weddings and been to so many wedding venues, but Shiraz Gardens quickly became a favorite of mine. It is both beautiful and unique! The views are amazing and there is no end to the fabulous photo spots for my couples. The venue area is very well designed as far as the layout of the space making the transitions that need to happen in weddings happen very smoothly. Also, their staff is a fantastic and ready to help make sure everything runs according to your plan for your big day. I recommend them highly to my clients who are looking for their venues and suggest if youre not interested in a cookie cutter venue that you check them out because you wont be disappointed!

I fell in love with Shiraz Garden the moment we drove through the beautiful gates. Its the perfect backdrop for any style wedding with its variety of locations throughout the property, from overlooking the hill country at Sunset Vista, quaint ceremonies down by the Colorado River, the breathtaking Hidden Staircase waterfall and and we cant forget about the way the fountain glows at night in the outdoor/indoor Formal Garden. Shiraz Garden was our DREAM venue! I couldn t believe we found a place so beautiful, dreamy, and that fit our wedding vibe this perfectly. Truly, while the venue is one of the most gorgeous I have ever seen; to top it off Kalli is the most helpful, kind, and accommodating to work with. She helped us have so much ease while planning our destination wedding! Ladies- the getting ready space is perfectly trendy, large, and beautiful with so much natural lighting! A huge bonus is that both for the guys and girls there is a nice shower to use in each getting ready space! My husband and his groomsmen loved being able to shower and get ready on site! Shiraz has multiple options for photo opportunities, and many ceremony sites to pick from which is just a bonus! Our wedding guests are still complimenting on how beautiful the space was! The venue still looks beautiful in the evening, and has room for a food truck which was so fun! I HIGHLY recommend having your wedding at Shiraz!

The beauty of this venue was absolutely amazing. It was everything we had envisioned for what we wanted our wedding to look like. The only reason I give it 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the event coordinator Kalli. (I would rate her by herself 1 star). We had family and friends helping set our wedding up and SHE STRESSED EVERYONE OUT, EVEN MY BRIDE!! My wife is a wedding coordinator herself and has never experienced an event coordinator be so rude and take over the way Kalli did. She was very demanding, she rushed us, and threatened our families with fines of all sorts, etc. Now I get that she has a job to do and needs to keep things rolling . But thats why we hired a day of coordinator. She was rude to our families, friends and guests. My wife and I do not appreciate that. To reiterate, the venue by itself is amazing and if you want a beautiful spot then choose this place but I would advise to meet Kalli first and go from there.

Shiraz Garden is an absolutely beautiful venue tucked away besides a nature preserve in Bastrop. We received so many compliments from our guests about how they felt they were transported away to a magical area. My husband and I got married in October 2021 at Shiraz Garden and absolutely loved it. We were looking for an all outdoor space with lots of photo backdrops with a natural yet boho chic feel, and Shiraz Garden provided all of that and more. We booked the Friday/Saturday package so we were able to have our rehearsal dinner there as well. The venue has so many special spaces to host a rehearsal dinner, any size wedding ceremony and reception and even bridal or engagement photos. Our wedding ceremony was held at the Sunset Vista, followed by a reception at the Formal Garden area. We only had about 50 guests and it was perfect (both areas can fit larger crowds too)! The guests really enjoyed the atmosphere, and because Shiraz allows for you to choose your vendors, we were able to bring in some of our favorite local restaurants for dinner and dessert. Note: if the vendors havent been there before, they are required to tour the venue prior, but that was not a problem at all for any of our vendors and actually extremely beneficial. Lastly, the professionalism and communication that Shiraz Garden staff brought to the table was greatly appreciated! I had a LOT of questions early on and during the month leading up to the wedding and I never questioned or worried if they would answer my call or reply to my email - Kalli was a rockstar through our year of planning. Shiraz also provides open houses throughout the year, which proved to be extremely helpful in our planning process. All in all, we highly recommend Shiraz Garden!

My daughter got married at Shiraz Garden the week before Christmas. The weather did not cooperate that day but the team at Shiraz was excellent in getting everything set up. We moved the ceremony to the Cathedral area and you never would have known that wasn t the plan all along. And it was perfect! Calli is an amazing coordinator, so incredibly organized and always answering questions so promptly. All of the site coordinators we worked with were friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for a better venue! Shiraz Garden has provided us with the backdrop of wonderful lifetime family memories!

Shiraz Garden was a dream. The atmosphere is just totally beautiful. We barely had to spend on decorations because the venue is just so beautiful by itself. So many guests complimented how nice it was. The property is also huge and so there are so many different beautiful places to take pictures. The staff that worked with us on the day was great. I can t remember the girl s name but she was so sweet. And we got to meet the owner Ricky a few times. What a great guy. He obviously cares so much about the property and each and every wedding that happens on it. He took us on our walkthrough with our photographer and we liked a certain spot by the river, but it was full of sticks and leaves. He promised to clear it out for us and he did! We are so happy we chose Shiraz. It was a lovely day because of this gorgeous property.

Shiraz Garden was the only venue we looked at after we got engaged. We instantly fell in love with the views of the hill country and beautiful cottages for the bride/bridesmaids and groom/groomsman. Kalli was so informative and responsive 100% of the time (even after she had her newest baby!), and anyone would be so lucky to have her insight. She was helpful with any question we had about vendors, timeline and just overall opinion on our wedding. The preferred vendors list was also incredibly helpful in helping us make headway in finding vendors that were wonderful, since they ve already been vetted. The Shiraz staff was also amazing. From the start of the day to the end of the night, the staff was kind, fun and made sure that we had the best day. If youre looking for a venue that offers incredible views and has the capacity for both small and large scale celebrations, AND has a staff that is attentive and kind, you cant beat Shiraz Garden.

I finally got to experience Shiraz on my very own for my bridals and it was an absolute dream! I have attended many weddings here and loved the scenery and all the beautiful spots they have, from the formal Garden (reception area), bridal cottage, and Mohana outlook. Now my all time favorite spot being sunset vista, the views of the drop off, and land from the flat land is beautiful for weddings and bridals, the sun just hits perfect at sunset, along with the hidden staircase! The hidden stair case is truly a hidden gem for pictures! I will say though one of favorite pictures was the gazebo, such a picturesque moment with the greenery and beautiful metal gazebo and lights! The staff there is always so welcoming and nice. Definitely a MUST for weddings or bridals!! I would recommend times 100!

We fell in love with Shiraz first from the internet pictures then from our visit. We were basically sold at the Open house! We really wanted an outside wedding due to Covid and also to show the beautiful nature that Austin has to offer. Shiraz totally gave that to us and even beyond. Not only was the venue stunning, but the service was also outstanding! As a bride, having a personal planner is a huge lift, but just imagine having two personal planners!! Thats what you get for choosing Shiraz as your venue! Kalli was beyond amazing! She truly did act as a second planner. Being above and beyond, making sure all of our plans and visions were taken into consideration. We could not be thankful enough! Planning the wedding had its difficulties regarding logistics as we had a very different vision than all wedding that happened at Shiraz, but the team made it possible and even when the rain wanted to spoil the day, Shiraz had planS to make the ceremony beautiful. Shiraz is a beautiful venue that has a lot to offer and I cannot wait to see all the amazing offers they have for upcoming weddings! Wow! How can I explain the beauty of Shiraz Garden and how great the wedding was there!? All thanks to the wonderful Kalli and her amazing team!! The venue is just incredibly beautiful it s like you have your own ranch in the beautiful Texas hill country for the night. My sister got married with the most stunning sunset back drop overlooking the beautiful landscaping of the hill county and then the gorgeous walk back to the reception area guided by a Mariachi Band before wonderful service from the food/beverage teams and an amazing night dancing on their beautiful rug dance floor with a cool greeny backdrop stating in neon Better Together . The wedding guests had so much fun it was hard getting everyone to leave after the wedding was over. :) We lodged at the Hyatt Lost Pines just a quick drive around the corner to/from the venue. It could not have been any better!! Thank you again to Shiraz Garden and their entire team for making everything so wonderful and flawless.

Shiraz Garden exceeded all expectations as the venue for my daughters wedding. Kalli was absolute perfection to work with. Her organization and planning skills along with a 100% positive approach cannot be matched. There is nothing like the Texas Hill Country, and Sunset Vista provided the classic hill country backdrop for the ceremony. The walk to and from the ceremony to the Formal Garden was a total pleasure. And the rugs were the perfect final touch. Where do I begin! Shiraz Garden and Kalli Doubleday made our wedding the most epic and seamless wedding experience. Better than anything I ever imagined for myself! I could not have asked for a more beautiful ceremony, epic reception and smooth planning process. The Shiraz Garden venue is quite possibly the most beautiful venue I have even seen with so many different options for you to coordinate the wedding that fits exactly what you want. We were married at Sunset Vista with the most beautiful backdrop of the Central Texas Hill Country. We did not even need much décor because the view itself was more beautiful than anything we could have ever created ourselves. The guests also had the best time hanging back and taking pictures with the view themselves who does not love a good background! From there, the ease and beauty of getting from the ceremony at the Sunset Vista to the Formal Garden was another part of the amazing experience. The walking path was incredible, and we had a mariachi band waiting on the path after the ceremony completed. Once we were married, they began to play, and everyone followed them down the path into the Formal Gardens where the fun really started! The Formal Garden made for such a beautiful reception with the gorgeous waterfalls, fire pits and great space for everyone to feel safely distanced. Also, the short distances from the bar to the dance floor was of course a major hit! OH and the RUGS on a dance floor were epic! I have been to a million weddings and it was something special and beautiful that I had never seen before. Everyone was raving about how unique it was! I cannot say enough about Shiraz Garden as a wedding venue and Kalli Doubleday and her team. They made the e entire process so simple and seamless. She provides all the tools and communication you need to make every wedding decision possible. It was the perfect destination wedding in the hill country. The guests loved staying at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and the convenience of how close it was to Shiraz Garden made the traveling so easy. I know all our guests will be coming back to stay and had an incredible time.

From a vendors perspective, Shiraz is a perfect wedding venue! I flew in from out of state to photograph a wedding here so I was totally unfamiliar with the area and the venue itself. Both Kalli and Kayleigh were so welcoming and went out of their way to familiarize me with the property throughout the day. I found Shiraz Garden on The Knot, and was immediately drawn to it. It ended up being the first of only two venues we toured, we loved it so much! Kalli was so incredible to work with, from the first tour up to/beyond wedding day. She was able to work with us to coordinate last minute (and rescheduled) engagement photos on the property, allowing us and our photographer to feel out Shriaz a little more before wedding day. Kalli does not stop working to make your day perfect. As for the venue itself, it was so perfect for us. Hill country, on the Colorado River, ornate yet not overdone...it is unlike any venue Ive ever seen. We ended up including the rug dance floor, and it was such a hit! Every detail - just perfect. I will spend however long it takes to convince my new husband that we need to have another event with Shiraz. Anniversary? Large post-pandemic party? Dont know, but well figure something out!

10/10 highly recommend!! Kalli is phenomenal, she is the most helpful and organized person and she helps take so much stress off the wedding weekend and planning. The venue is so gorgeous, with so many different photo spots and multiple ceremony spots to choose from. The Sunset vista has such a beautiful view and the sunlight makes afternoon ceremonies glow! The formal garden has beautiful water features and the string lights that line the garden make it magical for an evening reception. The built-in bar and kitchen are too perfect, and the bridal cottage and grooms cottage were the most relaxing places to get ready. This hill country venue is truly unique and beautiful. Kalli was a dream to work with from the beginning of the planning process. I was originally having a large wedding but because of COVID, I opted for an intimate ceremony and Shiraz Garden was the absolute best setting I could imagine. With tons of spaces to choose from its hard to go wrong here. The bridal and grooms cottages are large and beautifully styled to get ready pre-ceremony. I only wish I would have known about this venue from the beginning of my planning process because I would love to have had my large celebration here. Within its 200 acres it offers SO MANY different spaces, styles, and accommodations to choose from for your big day. Shiraz Garden is one of Austins newest venues that you have to consider for your wedding day. They are in the Texas Hill Country and can host any event or wedding day but what we love about them is their specialty in Southeast Asian weddings. Were an Austin Wedding Photographer and Videographer that recently photographed some crazy amazing images at Shiraz Garden. Having had the opportunity to experience this venue during its original inception, for two separate events, I can say without a doubt that its a special experience. This place captures the essence of the hill country with the character of culture in its thoughtfully designed spaces. The Sunset Vista makes for the perfect view, while the Formal Garden takes you to another place for your reception or evening party. My wife and I were married here in August of 2016 and it was an absolutely amazing experience! We had nearly 300 guests at the wedding the and the venue was perfect for such a large group. The outdoor bar and water features were a highlight for everyone that attended and we got plenty of compliments on that space afterwards. The vendors appreciated the space and had no complaints regarding space or cooperating with the facility in order to provide their services without a hiccup. Overall, it was an amazing, unique space that my wife and I are very thankful for. Tough to beat the hill country of TX!
