These people only help brown people who are here illegally. I saw people with miss-match clothing not speaking English and getting case managers. White citizens told they could not help them.

I worked with them over a month, I was a homeless veteran, and I was promised help to move into an apartment in williamson cty. I saw the LOS almost everyday at the complex I was going to move in talking about other clients and saying he was trying to help them out, on my move in day the complex needed the check, find out on my move in day they (CCTX) doesnt cover Williamson county, so they pushed me to another program....my time with them was waste I hope justice prevails, these people.....smh Ill leave it at that...disgusting...

Don t even attempt calling, THEY DON T ANSWER. They charge as much as a lawyer for a DACA renewal. Spend your money elsewhere!

Its already become very bureaucratic!!! They no longer serve as before, without an appointment!!! Now you have to make an appointment electronically and who knows when they will answer you!! Ive been there for 5 days now and nothing!!!!

I have called multiple times. I left messages so did my husband. His case was transferred 3 times to different lawyers. I have been trying to talk to a manager but no luck. We paid for their service but we cant even get a copy of my husband application or paperwork.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great resource as well as jumping off point towards services i needed that are not provided by ccct themselves. Covid restrictions remain very tight, still restricting any entry to building. All classes via zoom and appointments via phone.

I contacted them over and over again. Made numerous trips here and the lady that was supposed to help me never returned my calls or responded to my email messages. Finally came up here and talked to Christine. The same ppl who didn t help me before are the same ppl she referred me to. They don t care about helping blacks and whites. But be an illegal immigrant and you can get gift cards, bus pass, the works. Help non citizens wayyyyyyy more than they help citizens. In fact that s the goal. Charities my behind. Hope Ice shuts y all down.
