I wanted to publicly Thank everyone at the Weichert LawFirm for standing up for us in our time of need, they helped our family get through one of the most stressful situations weve ever been in with our HOA. George answered my questions right away and made sure we were connected to the right people. Miranda was so helpful and kind. She went out of her way to talk me through everything and to get to the bottom of the situation, she was thorough and made sure we were treated fairly by the equity firm that took over our HOA account and unfairly charged us thousands over what we owed. Glenn Weichert did a great job on helping us close on our next home. In the market as it is today, we had to act quick and Glenn was able to review our purchase agreement in a timely fashion with very little advance notice. He made some recommendations that helped protect us and at the same time secure the home. Our realtor was impressed with Glenns insight which made us feel extra good that we had hired the Weichert Law Firm. During closing he also looked out for our interests and made some changes to the general warrantee deed to make sure it it was clear and in order. We will recommend his services to our friends in the area and will also be using his services in the near future again.

I highly recommend Glenn Weichert. He professionally and quickly brought to close a difficult ongoing dispute with a holdout heir in order to sell the family farm to a developer. A previous attorney had the case for twelve months with no resolution in sight. After hiring Glenn Weichert, it was evident our family was now represented by a well respected Real Estate Attorney with a wealth of knowledge. It was a joy working with Mr. Weichert and our family appreciates him. The farm has been partitioned, sold and closed.

Glenn helped me with proactively getting some legal ducks in a row when other attorneys wouldnt call back because it was a small workload. Out of 4 attorneys contacted, only Glenn was genuine in helping a potential client. He was very helpful, explained everything I needed, and is easy to talk to.
