Not the worst - tables are decent, cues definitely need updated as many were broken. Pricey for a table and I was charged $4.75 for a club soda which is completely insane. Service was polite, but also pretty slow. Save your money and go to The Grand.

Michael/Adam Cox not sure if name is correct, but he knows who the hell he is and is a very rude unprofessional person. Talks over you wont even listen to anything and doesnt even care or acknowledge that his staff is just has rude and unprofessional as he is, so no wonder they act that way. Worse manager ever! Staff will look straight at you and then help someone else that just walked in as you are standing there already over 5 mins. Wanna act like I didnt see you and I have people that can literly back this up. I had someone say what am i wearing a invisible suite. I mean what the hell. You say something and they ask rudely what you want...really?? I have been here waiting for drinks when we shouldnt even have to go to the bar. Wait staff never checking on you just horrible service. There are a few ladies that were on it and very polite, but the others know who they are. I understand it gets busy, but being rude and treating your customer like they dont matter is jacked up. You wanna get paid tips! Why should we?? Its overpriced ran down and redo yalls bathrooms, nasty!!! I have been in some bad places, but this one has the worse customer service!

The people here are rude and always assume you are under age. Denied my clearly 30 year old friend entry only because his ID expired when they are only even 18+ so we had to leave because we couldn t just leave our friend in the car. This is the 2nd occurrence. We tried talking to them and they were talking over us and very dismissive. Won t be coming back. Lost our business, especially because they were rude about it all.

Ive lived in the ATX my whole life. Became injured and paralyzed in 2022. Id also never been to slick willies,ever. I organized a social event for my loved ones living in the area also spinal cord injury survivors. Let me tell you! , I called days in advance to check on the site accommodations for Manuel/electric chairs and parking and ramps and all the accessibility questions we all ask ourselves before going anywhere. Great customer service from start to finish, we arrived on Saturday,they knew right away who I was, welcomed us to stay in the reserved area of the pool hall and never felt left without someone there to serve us, take our drink order or whatever needed, someone was there to assist us . So for those who want to give their shot at a game of pool, bring the family and come here. Youll enjoy yourself I promise. Hope this helps those who are disabled. Oh and restrooms were clean!! Thats huge for me . If you know,you know! Lol.

Service is AWFUL. They are extremely rude there unprovoked. I was looking for a pool bar near me to make a main spot to go to but immediately when we walked in, the blonde lady with tattoos was extremely rude when I went to ask a question about the pool table. After that, our server was also rude and got us to the point we left with our drink full. There is WAYYYYY better places to play pool where they act like they actually care to have you there. I would NOT recommend going here at all.

You cannot threaten to keep an ID because someone didnt close their tab.....There is no law that we have to close our tab because the night crew is coming in! Bartenders are nonfriendly and you will probably be waiting forever for a drink! Drinks are very expensive and totally not worth it! This place sucks! No ac or heaters so beware!

Worst place ever to get service and drinks. I got 2 specialty cocktails and both tastes like well drinks! It was terrible! When we asked if they could make new ones they said NO and they wouldnt give us a refund either because it was already made! Dont ever buy their drinks they will over charge you and dont care about customer service!

This is a run down pool hall. The pool tables show clear time passing. Prices for soda were very expensive compared to other pool halls. They dont price fairly: some tables were charged by the hour, regardless of number of players, then others were charged the hourly rate per person. Is this favoritism? Was it punishment for customers they didnt like? Jukebox wasnt reliable--sign said Use at your own risk. Bathrooms were so absolutely disgusting. No toilet paper, paper towels or soap. They have holes in the walls, pipes exposed, and they reeked of urine. Too offensive to show photos. One positive thing was our waitress--she was energetic, positive, attentive, and willing to provide assistance if needed.

Im a disabled combat veteran, I go there every Wednesday to play pool. Last week, I told the waitress hello beautiful and how is the female of my dreams. Her boyfriend, was behind me and said, dont talk to her like that, that she is my girlfriend or else. That is something i tell her every week. She asked if i can come up with anything new. I think about it and try. At no time did she ever tell me to stop or she does not like it. I paid my bill and turn around to the boyfriend. I told him, I dont like threats. If he going to threatened me, we will have issues. This week, I showed up to play pool and the general manager told me, what happened last week is not acceptable. I was not allowed there anymore. I told her, the boyfriend threatened me and the waitress never said anything to me. She replied, she didnt care, that she talked to them and it was my fault. I dont know if the fact I was Spanish or all the others were white (included her) that she did what she did.
