Absolutely in love with this place! The food was delicious and smelled so good and fresh! The person who took our order was so friendly and made sure to check for all ingredients I added to our pizza! The space inside is huge and has a laid back atmosphere with great music and decor! Plus we were able to peak at the brewery in the back! Loved it and would go back a 1000 times!

We had never been to a Pinthouse. Went tonight and walked in expecting table service. We stood near the door and 3 or 4 employees just walked by. Finally I asked a male employee if we could just seat ourselves....yeah and walked away. Sat down and waited....nothing. Flagged down a female employee who brought us menus and explained the process. When I paid for my order, I was prompted to tip 20%, which I did. The server plopped the pizzas on the table without a word and never checked back. This restaurant is adjacent to a hotel. I am from NY and never heard of it. They at least need a sign telling people who are new to the restaurant what to do. Poor customer service, to say the least. Pizza was very good but would not return or recommend.

I love Pinthouse and they didnt disappoint at this location. Ordered The Armadillo but was a bit dry and the jalapeño took over all the other ingredients. Their other pies are on point though! Great beer, amazing beertenders, always a must when Im in town! Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten free friendly crust option as well as vegan cheese!

Hands down...the ABSOLUTE BEST pizza and staff. We are traveling and have had lots of pizza from a lot of different places. This is by far the best pizza we have ever had. Flavor is amazing AND they have a vegan cheese option!!!! We did pick up both times and each time the staff was friendly, genuine, and just all around good people. We will one THOUSAND percent be back and Ive told my husband we may be flying back to Round Rock for our anniversary next year JUST for this pizza lol. It was a very delicious meal!!! The price is cheap too. Half and half pizza is available. We had Ulala and Hop Down, and both were very delicious. Ulala was spicy and more delicious to my taste. The atmosphere is so nice~ And lucky! As an extra, I gave my son a free cheese pizza like Gorgonzola! lol I should come often~~!! My wife and I ordered a large Honey pear pizza and an amber to go. It was very fast service, I was in and out very quickly. This place gets busy during evening meal hours, so expect a little wait to get a table, much less a pint. The pizza was fantastic, perfect balance of sweet and dense flavors with that blue cheese addition. Their amber is probably better on draft than in a can. Cheers! Update: They got rid of some pizzas and they started under cooking the dough. Probably best that you stay home to cook considering the prices now. $20+ for a 16 is hefty, no thanks.

Pinthouse is always a good idea. We ve dined in, ordered take out, always a good experience. Officially in top 3 pizza joints in Austin for us, and more than just pizza is good. Salads, apps, and of course their beer selection is amazing. Vegetarian options: Good amount of menu is vegetarian or can be adapted to be.

I ordered a sandwich and they forgot to make it, rest of my party ate while it was apparently pretty difficult to look up my order and confirm I paid (I did pay). Required several employees asking me the same questions as opposed to just making the samdwich. I would have been able to prove it but the cashier threw away my receipt when it printed as opposed to offering it to me. They were out of CO2 so I couldn t get a soda. The table was dirty and hadn t been cleaned. Got a $10 off coupon which is nice but it doesn t matter, I ll probably keep driving next time I m hungry.

Food is great. There was no place to sit when we arrived and a lot of people standing around the outskirts of the dining area like vultures waiting to swoop in and claim the next available table. This wasnt the ideal situation with these kids, one being a baby. We finally found a table that we shared with another family, but it was a high top (no other options) and the high chair was made for a regular table height so we took turns holding the baby while others ate their food. Wasnt the most relaxing of dining experiences but still great food.

My wife and I had been here before and the pizza and service was really good... This last Friday (16th) we went and the place was very busy.... we went to order our pizza and the guy taking the order recommended extra crispy saying he had heard the crust had been doughy. We found a spot at the bar and ordered our beers we decided on. The pizza arrived and even though we asked extra crispy as recommended - the pizza dough was barely cooked on the bottom. The bartender was busy so we went ahead and started eating - he did come and ask. We told him and showed him - he went, talked to someone and gave us some wooden coins to use on a return. I would have thought they would refund the pizza - but maybe there had been so many complaints that night it would cost them. We do not eat pizza very often because we pursue low carb meals but we splurge occasionally and this was our meal splurge, so getting the token for here is not really a big benefit. Id think / hope that the kitchen would have gotten the message if the cashier even knew about the poorly cooked dough and made adjustments by the time we ordered.

Brandon is the MVP of bartender service in the greater Austin area. I always feel welcome when I come to Pinthouse and look forward to every time he s working! Sometimes it s tough to get a coveted spot at the bar, but we ve since scheduled our visits to be during off-peak hours so we can ensure we get in enough bartop time with our favorite bartender in town. Every beer he recommends is fab, and he s fully up to date on every menu item change. We are never steered wrong and always find something new to enjoy.

I moved here a couple years ago from Oregon, and honestly it s been a struggle to find brewery s in Texas that do hoppy beer well. I ve finally found one in Pinthouse. Food and service were great. Ive been going to pinthouse pizza for years and we love their pear pizza. But they removed their medium size pizza. Pizzas are now available in 10 or 16 inch options with a $10 spread. They used to offer a medium but seem to have gotten rid of that option, It was the perfect size for a few people with no leftovers. Now they have personal and party size pizzas but nothing in the middle.

We always get the BEST service at Pinthouse in Round Rock. The food is delicious, it s the best beer in the Austin area and the atmosphere is super inviting for families. Michael is our favorite bartender bc he s super easy to talk to, has extensive beer knowledge and is always accommodating to our needs. We love Brandon too! Pinthouse for the win!
