Sara is INCREDIBLY thoughtful and talented. We were meeting outside for our photo shoot and the weather was miserable. Even though she had already met us at the location, she volunteered to reschedule to make sure we had a good experience. She truly lives her make her clients happy mantra and we look forward to our re-do shoot. Would highly recommend.

Do you enjoy having your photograph taken? If your like most, its right up there with public speaking...it can be be excruciating if your feel unprepared and uncomfortable with your surroundings. Ive worked with several photographers over the years since my business requires routine updates. So, Ive had an opportunity to observe different approaches to getting the right shots. And I can assure you there is a big difference in skill levels among photographers. Few have that special ability to dial in to your personality and bring out the feeling or message your trying to evoke through an image. Sara is among this elite group of photographers. Ive had the privilege of working with her several times, and from the very first shoot, I felt relaxed and and confident with her behind the lens. Her sense of lighting, outfits, location, and even more, her finely honed skill at giving direction to the shot - how to pose and facial expressions - all contribute to her photo magic. She also has a fantastic studio where shes well-equipped to make you look your best. Can I give her six stars??

My husband and I used Sara last year for both our maternity photo shoot and our newborn photo shoot once our daughter arrived. Sara was professional, friendly, fun to work with, and took so much time and effort to make sure that we got shots that we were really happy with. I would definitely recommend her, especially for any outdoor photo shoots since we especially loved how those turned out. Overall shes very talented and easy to work with!

Sara was excellent! I went to a couple of different photographers before her to take business headshots and didn t like the quality of their work. Sara is a true professional and really made sure everything was perfect. I love her photos and will recommend her to all my friends/associates in the future.

I asked Sara to take headshots of a new hire for the company I work for. We had team headshots taken several years ago in a unique setting with particular lighting. She was able to recreate the lighting and match it perfectly to the companys existing headshots. She was quick, professional, and produced high quality work. Ive had to hire several photographers in the past and she is the best.

She was early and extremely professional and I m so glad I listened to her suggestions because I m really happy with the results. Sarah was professional, engaged, and simply amazing. She was in complete control when instructing friends and family into and out from different group shots. I can t count how many of our guests asked me where we found her and I m sure many of them will be reaching out to her. At no point during our weeding and reception did my wife or I worry about pictures for it was clear she was in control and capturing every moment. After receiving our downloaded pictures, we were so happily surprised, but it made sense for she wast constantly working, that she had not only captured every special moment we had together, but also many special moments of just about every guest that came. How was she capable of doing this without a second photographer? We ll, simply she s awesome at what she does, and we couldn t be more satisfied with our investment in her. Stop looking and shopping around as we tirelessly did before finding her and save your time, because I can t imagine anyone doing a better, more professional job than Sarah Jordan.

Sara took our family photos and did such an amazing job!! She made us feel so comfortable, gave great direction and really took the time to make sure we were getting the best shots. She worked so well with our 18 month old daughter, who just wanted to run around and play in the dirt! The weather also gave us some trouble with it being cloudy, a little windy and a few sprinkles here and there and our pictures still came out so good! We loved the whole experience of working with Sara and will definitely be using her again!

Sara is a product of the highly competitive LA photography scene and it shows. She was focused but not rushed, which allowed her to shoot an incredible number of photos during the 45 minute session. Her instincts for what made the best photo were spot on. I was extremely happy with the results. Finally, whereas most photographers offered 5 photos for $300, she gave me 236 photos for the same price. That s not a typo.

My husband and I hired Sara to take our day-of wedding photos and she was fantastic! Sara is personable, professional and a great photographer. We had a simple wedding at the county courthouse and Sara was able to turn a not-so-pretty backdrop into beautiful images. She also made us feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. She is a natural. I would hire Sara again and highly recommend her!

Sara is nothing short of awesome! She is extremely patient and worked through a difficult shoot with our family (including our dogs)! With a million distractions around, she remained calm and helped us enjoy the experience. She has some amazing areas to shoot at within the Austin area and really spends the time to get to know her customers! Would give her the highest recommendation and use her for future photography needs!

Sara is one of the most professional photographers weve had the pleasure to work with. Her photos are absolutely fantastic and she spends all the time you need to make sure you will get the best shots. Second, her professionalism is outstanding, Ive had some issues with my hard drives recently and Ive been trying to get backups from relatives and friends, I contacted Sara and she still had the full copy of all our wedding photos 7 YEARS! after the event, she promptly shared all of them (~100GB) via Dropbox and I had all my photos, and more since they were all RAW, two days after I contacted her. This is absolutely insane, best customer service anyone can have. I am thinking of paying for an international flight for her to come to another event we are planning to do but if that cant happen I really hope to work with her in the future. Thank you so much, I am extremely happy with her outstanding work and customer service.

Sara took head shots of my son James and did an amazing job. She was friendly and approachable while also maintaining the professionalism that her many years of experience dictate. Her well-located studio space is lovely and reflects her artistic eye. I would highly recommend Sara not only for head shots but also for any type of portraiture or event photography.

I took my two girls (ages 3 and 6) to Sara recently for a photo session. I just got the photos back and am SO happy with them! I got so many amazing choices. My girls really liked her and were very comfortable getting their photos taken and doing what she asked. The backgrounds she used are perfect and just the right amount of colorful without being too much. Her studio is really nice too! If you are thinking of booking a photographer I would recommend trying her!

Sara was able to schedule my family in on very short notice. She worked great with my big family and kept us all in line. We took about an hour to get all the photos we needed at the location of our choice. The best part? She gave us all 500 editors photos on Dropbox. We got to go through them however we wanted and have them all forever.
