Ms. Judy ia AMAZING!!!! Non like other attorneys. Ms. Judy answers phone calls, very thorough and informative with information provided. She takes her time to answer any questions you may have- not to mention very SMART and knows the in/out and strategies for her claims. Judy Kostura offered me a free consultation prior to determining whether or not we should move forward together. My situation involves a HIPAA violation in which my doctor, Porter Medical Associates, released my full name associated with my email address, alongside my medications, specific labs required for my care, specific consent forms required for my care (including not only a description, but copies of the actual forms), and specific insurance / payment details (including dollar amounts) paid, all without my consent and without relevance to the situation. During the consultation, Judy was careful and thorough in her recommendations. She was empathetic, human, and knowledgeable. I will be recommending her services to anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate situation in which these services are necessary.

After being involved in an accident with the other driver at fault, it was apparent Farmers Insurance (my insurer), was going to be difficult to deal with on my own. I retained Judy Kostura who was both communicative and patient throughout the lengthy litigation battle. Although it took 7 years for Farmers to pay the policy amount under my uninsured / underinsured coverage, Judy never gave up. Its clear my insurer never would have paid me a dime had it not been for Ms. Kostura.

I fell and broke my ankle because of a faulty staircase at an apartment complex and Judy Kostura representative me in a lawsuit. I selected her upon the recommendation of another distinguished attorney In deciding when to settle the case, I asked her how my choice of options impacted her firm financially and she refused to tell me. In other words she wanted me to consider my interests exclusively in deciding when to settle. This act provided convincing evidence that she had been looking out for my interests since she agreed to represent me. I was pleased with the way she negotiated with the insurance company and the amount of the final settlement. I recommend Ms. Kostura without qualifications or reservation.
