Three weeks after our wedding, my wife and I were in a traumatic collision, and were advised to hire an attorney. We knew things would take some time, but the patience and kindness Mike Rubin showed throughout the case really kept us on track and hopeful for the best outcome. Mike was always professional, transparent, and knowledgeable as we moved through our case. At the end when things didn t appear to look as though they would turn out the way my wife and I have hoped, Mike Rubin did his best to work with us to makes sure we were satisfied with the outcome. It was such a great relief to wrap up our case and are extremely grateful to have found Mike Rubin during a difficult time.

When looking for an immigration lawyer one of my friends recommended Eliana, from the Rubin Law firm. I have found nothing but excellent professional service. Eliana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all that was needed for my case. My application was in regards to a waiver for removal of conditions. After being in a very abusive and trauma filled marriage Elinana helped me thru getting the condition removal from my greencard without my spouse. Eliana was there to help me thru the complex area and provided explanation throughout the whole process. Without the support of Rubins Law firm I dont know if I would have been successful in this process. Im blown away by Elianas outstanding patience, knowledge & time to help me with my issues. she gave me an undivided attention on phone and in person and really helped me with all the right advise that I needed. I definitely highly recommend Eliana and Rubin Law firm for anyone who needs highly qualified , personable , concerned and supportive attorneys. Excellent professional service!!

From the first moment I met Eliana, my husband and I felt that we were in good hands, not only because of her professionalism and experience in the legal area, but because of her warmth as a human being. This, not to mention that she is organized, methodical, clear with the information she provides, punctual and speaks both English and Spanish perfectly, which was key for us. Without a doubt, we would use her in a future opportunity if necessary.

On several levels, my experience working with Ms. Maruri was first class from beginning to end: First, Competence: Starting with our very first meeting she demonstrated the highest level of knowledge that assured me that I had found what I needed for my representation. She knows her stuff! In addition to her professional networks, she engages in ongoing professional development to stay current all aspects of immigration law. She counseled me on all options available to me, allowing me to make informed decisions. She thoroughly and accurately explained every step in the process. She did an amazing job preparing me for my interview to the point where I felt and performed like I had done one of these before. Ability to listen and fully represent me based on my articulated needs: From asking any question once, she was able connect all the lengthy information that I gave her into a thoroughly written petition on my behalf. I was amazed by the amount of time that she devoted to our meetings. I never felt rushed at any time. Promptness: Without exception, she processed all the information available to her immediately. She did not put anything off till later. She always sent me an update as soon as she heard from the government. There was never a time when I sat there wondering what was going on. Accessibility: I could contact Ms. Maruri anytime between scheduled meetings and I would hear back from her right away. She was extremely personable and I always felt that she had my best interest at heart. Finally, beyond her superior technical skills, I was highly impressed by Ms. Maruris outstanding soft skills. She effortlessly made me feel comfortable from day one. She made me feel that she was completely on this journey with me to the very end, and she was! Shes simply the best!

We highly recommend the Rubin Law Firm. We have personal experience with John Rubin, Esq. who represented us following an automobile accident. He was very informative at our first meeting, talked in terms that we could understand and helped us make informed decisions. John Rubin and his firm were always kind, responsive, timely, professional, very knowledgable in their area of expertise, and overall we feel we could not have been better represented. John did an excellent job for us and we would utilize John and his firm again if the need arises.

Referred to by a close friend, Mike took time to help me understand the law and worked closely with me until my case was resolved involving a no fault auto accident in 2012. As to be expected, the process was long but I walked away satisfied. I felt Mike did everything in his power to fight for my rights.

Just a few weeks ago my husband and I were requested to provide additional evidence in regards to granting him permanent residency. I was referred to the Rubin Law Firm, PLLC by a friend and the expertise of Ms. Eliana. She discussed in detail the steps we needed to take to address this issue with USCIS successfully. Not only was she extremely helpful and professional in answering the numerous questions I had, but also provided additional advice that was reassuring and cleared up any prior confusion I had regarding the process. I was impressed to say the least and would definitely recommend the Rubin Law Firm, PLLC to anyone and especially Ms. Eliana regarding any immigration matters.

My husband was applying for his permanent residence. We had a couple issues with our application and needed help with the extreme hardship letter for the I-601. Miss. Maruri helped us resolve the issues we had and did an awesome job helping us with the letter. We are very happy with the Rubin Law firm but, most of all with Miss. Maruri. Our waiver was approved in November 2014 and he had his consulate interview in December 2014. On December 8,2014 my husband became a permanent resident.

My car was totaled in an accident that was not my fault. The person who hit me did not have a license and was driving a car that wasnt theirs. They ended up getting a DUI and I thought I was just going to be screwed and have to pay for everything myself. I ended up being referred to John Rubin, which I couldnt be more thankful for! He made me feel so at ease and not worry about a single thing. Throughout the process he explained everything very well and ended up getting me a lot more than I thought I could have. He made this bad experience a pretty decent one. I will definitely go back anytime!

On May 28th 2010, I was in a serious car accident, fracturing my spine and causing permanent limitation to my bodily functions. John Rubin took on my case, and with his help, I received the maximum amount of money from all insurance companies involved. Being a poor college student struggling for income, this truly meant alot to me. I am incredibly thankful for all his help. He is an outstanding lawyer, a cool guy, and a great dad. :)
