*New Location* the customer service was ok the wait time was ridiculously long. The food is way over priced for the amount you are served the taste was good, the freshness was not so good. dining room is smaller now and somewhat crowded. I don t plan on going back, not worth it rather spend that amount on the food trucks down the street for better quality food.

Service was the only good part of this place when I visited. The food took about 35 min for a potato with trompo, lemonade was ridiculously sweet. Place just looks old and run down, hope they have better stuff at the new location they move to. The waiter was nice though and treated us well. Not his fault the food was just meh

The fajita parrillada is horrible, and it was mostly fat. The agua de limon was way too sweet; It gave me a headache. The table and floors felt sticky, this place needs a deep cleaning. This will definitely be the last time I bring my family to eat here. Kikis... DO BETTER!

Gave my mom food poisoning from the Chorizo Queso. We also had to send it back for heating as it came to the table tough and unmelted. That should be enough to warrant the score, but for fairness, I had the Kikis nachos, which did not make me sick. The meat was tender but under seasoned, needing constant sprinkles from the salt shaker. Minimal amount of beans and, again, unmelted cheese made this a sad experience for 28 dollars for 2 people.

I heard great things about this restaurant so my family and I went to Dine in and it was not the best. Yesterday we went once more, and it was one of the worst meals I have received at a restaurant. My husband ordered Pollo asado and clearly it had an odor from being a few days old and it was re heated and served to him. My meal was the fajita plate and 70% of my fajitas were chewy and unenjoyable..we will not ever return to dine in at this restaurant again. . . I heard good things about this restaurant so my family and I went for dinner and it wasnt the best. Yesterday we went once again and it was one of the worst meals I have ever received in a restaurant. My husband ordered the Roasted Chicken and it clearly had a smell because it was a few days old and they reheated it and served it like that. My meal was the fajita plate and 70% of my fajitas were chewy and unpleasant. We will never dine at this restaurant again.

No stars if I could! Bought 2 Fajita plates. No coke nothing else & Total came out to 30 some. To expensive! Plate literally looked like they only put enough food to cover the bottom of the plate. Salsa tasted old & tortilla that came with plate was hard. Food was NOT even good honestly. Not worth wasting your money here! Just eat elsewhere.

Kikis has the best fajitas. Unlike other places their fajitas dont taste like boiled meat. Im a big fan of their bistek tacos. Meat is tender and succulent. I like that the tacos are served with queso fresco and avocado. I highly reccomend Kikis for their tasty food and reasonable prices.

Not the best Mexican restaurant I have been to. The food is tasty but when I asked for more salsa and chips, the reply is We charge a dollar extra for that. That is OK, bring me more. Then when I walked up to pay, the extra charge had been increased to three dollars. Needless to say, I did not leave a large tip. I am from up coast Texas and have been eating Mexican all my life and the only time that I have ever had to pay extra for more chips and salsa is when I arrived here in the valley.

I dont know if they changed staff but the one in Jackson (pharr/mcallen) really hasnt had one lately, I went from Weslaco on Thursday, November 18, 21 and we lifted the order when I opened my order I realized that they didnt put my tacos together They only put 2 assembled tacos and the others only put the meat and vegetables to assemble them, I ordered an order of tacos, NO!! an order of meat and vegetables, the truth is that it bothered me a lot because I was really craving tacos. Apart from that, the Salsa was pure water and didnt even taste like anything and they didnt give us napkins. The truth is, I was very disappointed. It was the only place where we ate good tacos here in the valley now we are thinking about whether to return or not

Have had better Kikis Taco. Fajita was ok, Extremely cut into small pieces. Nachos were ok, Have had better. They need takeout plates not paper plates with foil. Aguas Frescas were great. Overall I think I over paid for the minimum food cause of the plates.
