I can t imagine what the process after our accident would have been like if we didn t have Kelly, Elizabeth, and FVF in our corner. From helping us navigate insurance and medical issues, to explaining the legal processes we d be going through and listening to all our questions and concerns, Kelly shepherded us well. A traumatic event followed by confusing processes was made much less traumatic and confusing by FVF. We hope we never have to employ them again. But if we, our extended family, or friends are ever in an accident like we were in again, Kelly and FVF will be the first call we make.

A typical walk with your dog down your own neighborhood street on a beautiful evening. Something you have done countless times. And then everything changes in an instant when an unknown neighbor s dog comes out of nowhere and attacks your dog and you . Neighbors hear your loud cries for help as you brawl in the middle of the street with the attacking dog trying to save your dog and yourself. You finally subdue the attacking dog, but what remains as police and ambulance are called and converge is blood, injury and shocking trauma. What lies ahead are pain, extensive medical services and psychological therapy to deal with the post trauma stress. It s at this point you need the kind of legal support that simply wants to try and help you become whole again. If that is even possible. To have the now extensive medical and therapy costs recovered. After significant research and multiple firm interviews, we found and selected FVF Law in Austin and more specifically Attorney Claire Partin and her support team. They are an incredibly professional service firm that felt uniquely different when we explained our situation. Many law firms that purport to be in the game of personal injury simply look at client volume as their meal ticket to private jets and high revenue. You see them advertising on tv every day. Addendum I am a physician and unfortunately, recently was in the need of a plaintiffs attorney. Claire Partin came into our case as extra help was required. I found her to be professional pleasant, and an expert in her field. She added incredible value to our case. Ive had the opportunity to evaluate many professionals in medicine and other fields, and I can tell you without hesitation, she is truly an expert. I would recommend her highly as a plaintiffs attorney and would use her without hesitation. She worked with Shawn Frazier and they made a great team! It is never pleasant hiring an attorney (unless you won the Powerball perhaps), but some can make the experience much less stressful. FVF law is comprised of caring capable individuals at all levels which greatly helps the process. I have always had the most respect for attorneys that were in fact counselors. They can guide you thru a complicated and often difficult process in a rational and thoughtful manner. Shawn Frazier has been our attorney and she is truly a counselor of law. My wife and two boys were in a near fatal car accident. The driver was driving a large rig and ran a red light obliterating their car. Thankfully they survived, but all 3 had injuries. My wife was in no condition to find an automobile lawyer and through my own experience where I did not get an automobile accident lawyer and ended up spending $200k+ of my own funds for multiple surgeries, I knew it was of utmost importance to find a highly qualified law firm. My family members all insisted that we find the most aggressive lawyer in Austin. All two of the recommended aggressive lawyers had good reviews on getting a settlement, how they treated the client was less than stellar. I did a lot of research before coming across FVF Law. What struck me the most is how much clients liked working with them in addition to extremely positive outcomes of their settlement. What can I say but RYAN was absolutely a BADAZZ to work with. Im a big personality and dramatic but he handled it with lots of laughter and TLC. I got hit by a car (like car to body) and once we figured out that the girl that hit me went MIA we had to find an attorney. Once we connected with Ryan the journey began. Lots of hurry to wait with the courts but every step of the way Ryan walked us thru every steps and answered all the questions and broke it down so normal folks could understand it LOL. I called FVF Law the morning after being rear-ended by an 18 wheeler due to reading a review such as this one. Im sorry that if you are reading this, something similar likely happened to you. Al Silverio took my call, and Im so glad he did. I would definitely choose him again, and Im the type of person who typically does research for days before making the tiniest of decisions. Al referred me to the best of physicians; I received expert care. Al was responsive to all questions I had along the way by phone, text, and even in person. Great personal injury firm. I tried to deal with USAA on my own for about 3 weeks and got nowhere. Within a week of calling FVF I was in a rental while my car was in the body shop. They made sure that all of my medical bills were taken care of and that I got the care that I needed from my injuries. They also got me a very fair settlement and kept me informed consistently throughout the process. I hope I never need a personal injury attorney again but if I do FVF will be my first call.

I was referred to FVF Law by a friend following a traumatic car accident. When I needed a attorney after getting hit by a car on my motorcycle, (please watch out for motorcycles!!), I called around to a few different attorney s. None of them gave me a feeling of comfort until Aaron from FVF called and talked to me for quite a while to answer every question I had. In that first call he made me feel like family and gave me the assurance that everything would be ok. He answered all my concerns and made me feel at ease. Then his team went to work. Now realize this whole process is a take care of yourself first and heal up as the insurance companies will take there time to do what they do. This is where Kelly Grey stepped in and took the process over and did a wonderful job of making sure I healed up first of all. Doing this all while dealing with my questions and concerns about this whole process and dealing with every doctor, medical bill, insurance company, more questions from me, and taking the time to make me feel not to worry about anything but getting better. She was very patient as I had a lot of pain and suffering and she always made me feel better about this whole situation. I went through the healing process for a while. FVF was amazing as everyone there treated me with respect. They took many calls from me. Took many calls from the insurance companies. Just realize too after all is said and done. The whole process does take a few months. FVF was there the whole time. The great thing about it was I just let them do there job and they did. FVF Law does an excellent job of providing a thoughtful and complete consultation before even asking for a signed contract. I had the chance to speak with an actual attorney on the team, Ryan Reyna, who was very professional and offered great advice essentially for free during this consultation without any pressure to sign up for his services. Other places I contacted were very difficult to speak to anyone specifically about the situation without signing a contract, and I was pawned off on a paralegal instead of someone who might be directly handling my case. If I ever were to need their services, I would think of FVF Law and Ryan Reyna first!

Benevolent, altruistic, compassionate, understanding, generous, kind I use these words to describe an attorney. Her name is Ms. Shawn Frazier, she specializes in personal injury and is the Managing Director at FVF Law. Her willingness to help a virtual stranger, sharing her knowledge, researching forms and information I needed and sending me the links, and her quick response time to my inquiries allowed me to go up against Geico and get reimbursement for my out of pocket expenses, over $10,000.00! I was rear-ended, and in the impact sustained 3 cracked teeth. The dental bills totaled over $10,000.00. I submitted ongoing updates and my dental statements to Geico as I was sure that I would be reimbursed asked for nothing further, no pain and suffering. I was appalled when they wouldn t budge, the deadline was approaching, and I felt defeated, and being out of pocket $10,000.00 was already hurting me financially. At the last minute I decided to submit inquiries online. The thought of having to sue was too overwhelming to think of, and I would have no clue where to start, until Ms. Shawn Frazier followed up on an inquiry I had submitted online, she called me, and offered to help! Reading my inquiry, Ms. Frazier knew I wouldn t be able to hire her law firm for it said I live in Collin County, and Ms. Frazier is in Travis County. She still called! Then Ms. Frazier explained to me that it was not practical for me to hire a law firm in this situation. What she provided me was critical. Shawn freely gave me her valuable time, energy and provided me with an overview of the small claims legal process that I could understand. Not only this, but within 30 minutes of our phone call she had emailed me links to documentation and forms and required in my jurisdiction and directions to complete these forms. If I could give FVF Law a 10 star review, I would. I contacted FVF after a car accident, in a moment of feeling financially stressed, in physical pain, and uncertain of how to proceed. I had already had consultation calls with a handful of other law firms, and after each of those calls I hung up feeling pressured, confused, and like I had been talking to pushy salesmen. The consult calls had been short (10-15 minutes) and peppered with fear-mongering ultimatums, such as if you dont agree to have me represent you in this personal injury case right now, youre surely going to lose out on the chance to get medical care and financial compensation. FVF Law was my last call, and frankly my hopes for the call feeling helpful were pretty low. Thats when Shawn Frazier entered the picture. I was involved in a car accident where a kid was texting and rear ended me. I initially didnt think I needed an attorney but the next day I knew something was wrong. My significant other and I were driving home from a family dinner when we were rear-ended by a large SUV traveling at highway speed (we were completely stopped). Through no fault of our own, a pleasant family evening changed turned into a life changing event. We were both injured and transported to the emergency room for treatment. We both sustained serious neck, back, and limb injuries consistent with a crash of this type. Our car was completely destroyed. When you finally get home, the shock wears off and the pain sets in. You realize you are in for a long haul of physical therapy and recovery. We couldn t even move, turn our heads, or sleep. The pain was that severe. Worse, my significant other was in between jobs and had no health insurance. Our combined medical bills ended up being close to $100,000. In that mental and physical space, I went through the online reviews and found that FVF Law was the top rated personal injury firm in Austin. I called them on a Sunday and by that evening, Attorney Kelly Gray, ESQ and Elizabeth Alradaideh, Case Manager, were assigned our case. Kelly is personable, responsive, empathetic, and great to work with. Years ago I was involved in another personal injury case and I only ever spoke to my attorney a handful of times. I was involved in a 5 car pile up a few yrs. Ago that left me with a totaled car, traumatized kiddos, an injured ankle (Dr. Said surgery was needed), medical bills and a bunch of anxiety. When I was severely rear-ended in February of 2016, I didnt know what to do or how to proceed with the insurance companies. The insurance companies had contacted me immediately after the accident and offered me $2,500 for damages, and then wed close the claim. This did not seem like fair compensation based on how my body was feeling, FVF Law agreed. An impressively drunk driver flew through a red light last spring and totaled my car, leaving me miraculously minimally injured (some soft tissue and knee tendon inflammation). The problem was that his insurance, being the typical no name insurance company they were, were dragging their heels in reimbursing me for my losses. There are always losses; missed work, medical appointments, etc. I finally got fed up and found out about Josh on yelp. Within two days we had met up, discussed the claim, laid out a game plan, and he was hired. It was such a relief to hand over the burden and focus on rebuilding. He was always quick with a response email or call if I had any questions, needed clarification, or simply wanted a status check. Within 6 months of hiring him (I had some physical therapy to complete first) he was calling me in to pick up my check. I hope I dont need his help again for a good long while, but if I am every in that position again Im going to be calling him before my own insurance company.

I was very impressed with the level of service I received! Matt Breeland was my attorney. I had an injury (slip & fall) caused by negligence that was caught on video. They had a phone consultation with me and then we met face to face. They were very thorough and told me the very worst scenario and the best and also a typical outcome. They were very responsive and I even corresponded by text and phone calls with Matt (e-mails as well). There were some challenges on the way due to my personal situation, but they were very accommodating.
