I am almost at a loss for words on how to begin this review, but I need to stress that I am NOT a client of Byrd Davis Alden & Henrichson, LLP. It is rare for me to recommend an organization without being a client, but today is different. Even though I am not currently a client, I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Byrd Davis Alden & Henrichson, LLP. When I spoke with Carson May about a troubling incident, I was honest about my lack of legal expertise. I sought his guidance on whether I should seek legal representation. Carson patiently and thoughtfully shared crucial legal insights with me, sticking strictly to facts that deepened my comprehension. Despite initially believing that my situation might require legal action, Carson objectively explained why litigation might not be necessary, and I trust and completely agree with his judgment. Carsons professionalism, patience, and expert knowledge was exhibited throughout our conversation. I cant tell you how highly I think about Kevin Henrichson, not only an amazing lawyer but a very kind individual. I had a structured settlement when I was young and recently found contradictive paperwork of what was supposedly the settlement. I was in a severe auto accident last July 13th 2021 to which I had 19 broken bones and 4 surgeries to repair my injuries. I felt so overwhelmed and hopeless at the time. Not sure where to turn I Googled personal injury attorneys and read up on law firms in good standing with the Texas Bar Association with a good litigation history. They popped up, and I am lucky they did! They kept fighting for me and my recovery, keeping me informed all along the way. Kevin Henrichson & Nikita were AMAZING! I was hit by another drive last June. Kevin Henrichson was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive throughout my recovery. He was able to help me get an incredible settlement from both the other driver (entire liability) and my own insurance (most of their liability for underinsured motorist coverage). He provided excellent context to every decision point and advised me on the likely consequences of each course of action and why those were the most likely. Im extremely satisfied with the outcome and would heartily recommend Kevin Henrichson at Byrd David for a personal injury issue. Call him as soon as you are injured! Dont wait! I probably would have had a much better outcome but didnt call until after Id already settled part of the claim. Robby I s the best attorney period. Tragically my 25 yr old daughter was killed in an accident near Killeen TX Feb 5 2016 I acquired Robbys services hoping to get compensation for her 4 year old daughter. (My granddaughter). I was going through a rough time after my injury as a young man many years ago. Don and Robby took my case and worked very hard for a very long time on the case. We won the suit, sure.
