Lots of parking near by, food options for before, reasonable prices for drinks not great but better than some places Ive been. Good audio, good visibility even from the top. Got tickets in advance and checked prices the same day and could have got same tickets for half the price. Now if it was some new popular music Im sure that wouldnt happen

Loved this venue! Kind of intimate for its size. Maybe a 3rd the size of the Moody Center. There s a bar on each level so if you see a line there might be a shorter one on another level. Beautiful views outside. Only con is tight seating with the row in front pretty close. The very top level can be a little distracting with the door opening and light coming in. Just FYI for serious watchers that want to zone into the performance. Very nice staff and the drinks are pretty good. They re not able to do more than some premade drinks and on the rocks. There s wine. The premade are better quality than most tho. Can tell by the menu and the bartenders description. Parking garage is across the street off of Guadalupe between 2nd and Cesar. $15 right now for the night.

Great seating, excellent stage visibility as a result of cone-shaped seating architecture. Since the venue is àlso used for recording, the acoustics are really amazing. We also like the numerous parking, shopping, and dining venues within easy walking distance.

ACL Live at Moody Theater is one of the best music venues I ve ever been to. Incredible acoustics, incredible sight lines regardless of where your seats are. I ve sat at the very top and stood on the floor all are enjoyable! Try to score tickets to an Austin City Limits taping! Amazing to see live!

My first time at ACL Live at 3TEN stage. Smaller stage with bar. We saw Skyrocket band. Band that covers 80 s music. Loved the intimate feel. Sound was great and we had so much fun! No seats though. We were standing and dancing for hours. I was in pain afterwards but would do it again in a heartbeat. So much fun to get out and dance again!

Ive been to my fair share of concerts over the years, but somehow had never been to ACL Live. We parked in a nearby paid parking garage, as parking can be difficult downtown. My last concert was at the Sphere in Las Vegas a few months ago, and the ACL Live venue was quite a change! It seemed very cozy inside, and we had a nice view from our front row balcony seats. It seems like this venue is probably one of those where theres truly not a bad seat in this house. I didnt think the sound was as good as the Sphere, but its apples versus oranges overall. Bathrooms and drinks were both conveniently located. I definitely enjoyed the evening and will not hesitate to come here again!

One problem many venues make a mistake on is selling tickets too close to the stage on the sides of the stage. The sound is never correct in these locations. Its loud but not very good quality. The show was good and the music wasnt horrible but it wasnt good either.

Went to the Forrest Frank concert on the 9th, Friday night. Drove 1.5 hours and was not disappointed! Great place, although smaller compared to Moody Center, it made up for it with the great sound and being smaller, was easier to navigate. There was a bar at the general admission level underneath the seats, and merchandise stands just outside. Overall, it was a great venue, and I would definitely recommend it.

The sound is absolutely terrible, at least from the balcony. Ive easily seen over 100 shows in my life and this was the worst sound experience Ive ever had, especially for a high end venue. @ACL Live - Im not sure what youre going for here, but stupidly loud to where the hair on my arms is moving and its nothing but kick drum, isnt going to set any standards. Concession prices are outrageous. The price of a beer here is the same NYC... Balcony seats are very narrow and each row contains about 50 seats so you have to walk past a lot of people if you need to get up in the middle of a show. I doubt Ill ever attend another show here.

Opens their ticket sales to donation members, the event sells out prior to public sales the next day, yet there are tickets listed on third party companies for double and triple the price. So they opened their ticket sales to third party companies prior to ever opening to public. Shows you the kind of management that can ruin an Austin icon.

We went to go see Kathleen Madigan (comedian). My husband and I had a great time. I thought we were going to miss the first part of the show. We purchased tickets through StubHub and had issues with getting in because you HAVE to down load the AXS app in order for them to scan code (if you do everything online) you could get physical tickets mailed. Anyway it was a long process to get my tickets pulled up on the computer, the ladies worked really hard to figure it out. We got to our seats and enjoyed the show.

This review is for ACL live 310 on 2nd Street. What is it with Austin audiences these days? Are they so callous and unentertained that they simply sit through two sets of Flamenco Guitar with incredible dancers, amazing rhythm and just wonderful choreography, without so much as a nod to the musicians or the dancers? The Benise show that I just attended was spectacular for being held in a small venue. Benise and his crew are total professionals who bring a lot of heart and spirit to their shows, but you couldn t tell if you based it on audience reaction alone. I ve never seen a stiffer frozen bunch of bananas in my entire life. Is this what Austin has become? People are just too cool to applaud and receive an artist who is literally playing his heart out for them? It s just ridiculous. Ludicrous in fact. It s a very intimate venue with the artist literally right in your face no matter where you re sitting or standing. I don t know. Maybe it was just an off night for the audience, but I ve never seen a less enthused group of people in my life. And the music was absolutely incredible. In fact, it was so good that we will definitely see Benise again. I hope he returns to Austin. At this point, I don t think he has a reason to.

Got to see Ringo Star and The All Star Band. It was a fantastic show. We were in the balcony towards the back, and I was annoyed at the people in front of us kept coming and going throughout the concert, and the lady in front of me kept filming on her phone and blocking my view. But other then that I had a great time. The venue itself is nice, clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I typically only write 5 star reviews as I hate complaining online. However, the person who just answered the box office phone (and hung up on me) was extremely rude. I have been to many shows at ACL Moody live and it is my favorite venue in Austin! So,to be treated like this was unbelievable. We are going to the Kacey Musgraves taping tonight and I was calling about venue questions what time the bars open, if we could get a wristband and go out and come back in, etc. and she kept saying KLRU handles all tapings and wouldn t listen to me. So I said Oh, so KLRU runs your bars? I didn t know that. She made an exasperated sound and hung up on me. Maybe you should get someone who is better with the public to answer phones.

My favorite Austin venue. Small enough to be intimate, big enough to easily get a ticket. I ve experienced some amazing concerts here - Cage the Elephant, Japanese Breakfast, The Shins, and most recently Rainbow Kitten Surprise, to name a few. People are friendly and professional, venue is clean and organized. Just make sure you have your AXS ticket ready and on your phone so you easily get in! I made that mistake recently and the staff was teasing me as I sweating outside in the heat, trying to login to the app (a good lesson). Additionally, there will be a huge wait time depending on who you see and when you enter. If you get there closer to the main act starting time, there s rarely a line.
