I have worked in this business for many years and have always liked Debbie Hartzer. Lately, it has been difficult to find available court reporters. Jim Vannoy has helped me find court reporters, when I thought it was a lost cause. Thanks for the great service, TLC! Keep up the good work.

The people were absolutely gracious and professional this was a great delivery for me and I also got to see where a super long-haired attorneys offices now if I ever need a super long hair attorney to represent a super long hair guy that probably did nothing wrong except for have super long hair be blessed.

I trust TLC with my record retrieval as well as my depositions. Debbie and her team are extremely qualified and highly professional. I work for a busy insurance defense law firm and I never need to worry about the status of my orders because I know they are on top of it. Debbie also adds a personal touch and will answer all of my questions promptly. I highly recommend TLC.

Terrible, terrible, terrible...As the other reviewer stated. My legal counsel hired them for depositions and there was zero clarity about how the billing would occur. No one has replied to me to this date regarding my questions about billing. Translators/interpreters sent their own bills after TLC sent their own bills that seemed to include the translation. No explanations were given before, during or after the use (2 days) of the location. Translations were separate..?!? Is the videographer and court reporter going to send their separate bill as well?!?!? Well, I will never know since I never got responses. My attorney did not either. More bad reviews coming your way since the rest of the people included in this legal action are definitely NOT happy either.

Even when its a rush, or Ive been unbearibly demanding, Legal Connection has stepped up to the plate and produced! Legal Connection is an incredible support and asset to a busy paralegal, and I will utilize their services again and again!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, AFTER YOU COMPLETE A JOB AS A VENDOR THE WILL REVERSE FEES ON YOU AND LEAVE YOU HANGING OUT TO DRY. THIS IS THE MOST IMPATIENT FIRM IMMAGINABLE AND THE STUPIDEST AROUND. ABSOLUTELY TEXAS PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OF LOCATING A MORON TO HELP YOU LEAGALLY THAN THESE REDICOULOUS LOOKING PEOPLE AND ACTING. BEWARE, THIS IS THE MOST LOW CLASS ATTORNEY FIRM AROUND.
