I will start off by Highly Recommending Dan for all real estate and legal matters! I have been working with Dan for the past 6 years and he has been a wealth of knowledge and VERY generous with his time when answering questions and taking phone calls at all times of the day. Recently I had Dan represent me in some legal matter and he went above and beyond, first starting out with thoroughly explaining and answering all questions. The firm has still not completed a deliverable to our expectations. It was clear from our first call that he simply turned around a document from the past with little review as the terms and resolutions were not even clear to him. Additionally, the language in the agreement was not even relevant to the needs of our company. We highly recommend reviewing other attorney for your needs before committing to this law firm for your legal needs. Re 2/8 response to Castro - Indeed, taking the time to troll random law firms because of poor thought leadership is worthwhile. What is more likely, that OR your stellar reviews being fake. To all those that are exploring options on law firms, I strongly recommend you think twice before pursuing an agreement with this firm.

Ive had the pleasure of working with Dan Castro on various legal issues Ive had over the years, and Im so grateful each I time Ive had the opportunity to do so. You couldnt ask for a better business and real estate attorney than Dan Castro, and I know because Ive worked with many other attorneys since I began my career in real estate investing, and Dan has by far been the best. One of the things I love most about Dan is that hes a straight shooter. No legal-ease BS - he just just tells it like it is and helps you to understand the law from a real world point of view, with a side of tough love from time to time (which a hard headed guy like me needs from time to time). Hes incredibly personable, knows business and real estate law like the back of his hand, very responsive, and hes the kind of lawyer you definitely want in your corner when your back is up against the wall - a real bulldog when he needs to be. Hes saved my butt on a number of occasions, and I cant thank him enough for his assistance over the years. Best money Ive ever spent on legal work, hands down. Call Dan, hes your man!

Dan helped my husband and me navigate an issue with our home builder that resulted in extensive water and mold damage. Not only was he incredibly responsive, but he was very kind and honest about the time and resources it would cost to pursue legal action. In the end, we decided to take the builders offer and not go through with mediation/litigation, as it would cost us more in time and money than it was going to be worth. Not only did he take the time to consult with us - he did it free of charge! I would recommend Dan and his practice to anyone! Thank you, Dan for not pushing the hard sell and helping us assess our options from every angle; that sort of integrity is uncommon as it is, let alone in the legal field. Youre truly out there trying to help people and it shows. You rock! :)

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I was referred to Dan Castros law firm and title company way back in September of 2011, after which I started doing all my real estate closings exclusively with them. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent, ethical, caring, and hard-working at coming up with creative solutions to problems. Crazy story: He saved one closing for me where there was a miscommunication between the two sides, and it was also a closing that they were willing to make an exception to close after-hours at 6:00 p.m. on a Friday, to work around everyones schedule. We all somehow suffered there until 10:00 p.m.! This was how long it took to complete the negotiations, revise the papers, and do signatures. Dan is really knowledgeable about real estate law, but especially investor-friendly creative options like wholesales, assignments, subject-to, wraparound mortgages, and short sales. Not too many real estate attorneys understand those niches! He stays up to date on law changes and has given many lectures and presentations to huge groups. If you dislike attorneys or are intimidated by them, Dan is an exception since hes so down to earth and does fun things outside of work that prove hes a real person who embraces life. Like he even went skydiving with us for my husband s birthday surprise years ago! :-)

I have been using Dan Castro as a real estate attorney for around eight years. His attention to detail is impeccable. He returns phone calls on evenings and weekends. He is always there when I need him in a legal emergency. Several times, he has come into the office on a Saturday to prepare legal documents for me when no one else would. Dan is also an amazing problem solver. Whenever Im stuck with a real estate problem that seems to have no solution, somehow he finds a way. We have closed real estate deals we never would have closed without him. He also answers quick legal questions without charge. I highly recommend Dan Castro.

Dan and his team are a treasure trove of knowledge. Dan has helped me tremendously with my real estate concerns. Being fairly new to this arena, Im pretty green on a lot of this. Dan has been very generous with his time and talent. He reviewed a loan contract that I was concerned about (for good reason) and helped get the proper documents in place to protect both us and the buyers. Dan also created a wonderful real estate group that he hosts to help people learn and meet other like-minded people. The group has been great to share ideas and learn about good (and bad) contractors and subs, ideas for real estate, how to protect your assets and tons of other great knowledge and resources. Dan is a great guy and has always been helpful and fair. It has been a pleasure working with him and his team.

After 40 years of operating/owning a family business, I made the decision to lease out my property and building, and cross over to become a landlord. Mr Dan Castro was highly recommended to me. Hiring Mr Castro was one of the best decisions I ever made in taking on this new role.
