Responsive, co-operative, and friendly. I had a 30-minute consultation with Ryan and it was well worth it. His advice probably saved me a ton of hassle, time and money down the line pursuing something that most likely would not have been able to win.

(Response to reply) please get your story straight you hung up on me I applaud you trying to use big words though yes it came thereafter because you denied me any services thereafter not even giving me a chance to explain the situation.Its okay I m glad i didn t hire you.I think it s amazing you get your employees to post reviews though I m not a client because you were quick to turn me away could ve just left a nice email saying you didn t want to take my case but instead you left an obnoxious voice message saying you wanted to help and when I called you back you said you couldn t and wanted to add a 220 consultation fee which with life being as expensive as it is shows you have no mercy for people who are trying and will turn them away before even trying to help them with resources your method is charge charge charge! Because you re greedy greedy greedy!Absolutely the worst Stuck up does not care about the client wants to charge over 200 dollars for a consultation fee not in this lifetime

Hello, good morning. Im here in the building. Miss Taylor was very rude to me and my service dog upon arrival. She told me that I had to leave the building immediately, she even said YOU NEED TO TAKE YOUR DOG TO THE CAR AND LOCKE HIM??? REALLY? even though I showed her my dogs service card. She was very aggressive in her manner of speaking. I feel discriminated against because OF MY SERVICE DOG I ALSO WANT TO SAID my race and my accent when speaking in English. I think there should be a person with a little more tact and customer service skills, since her manner was so aggressive towards me and my husband. I dont know if its because WE ARE A gay COUPLE that she was bothered by us. A person from another office even said that there have already been several complaints about her being so aggressive with people who come to the offices and that this is not the first time. My husband and I are very sad and feel humiliated and discriminated against by TAYLOR AND YOUR MANAGEMENT.

Ryan advised me regarding an issue I had with my apartment complex in Far North Dallas, and helped me negotiate with them an early move-out with no penalties. He was very diligent, approachable, cordial and attentive. Im certain that without his help the apartment complex would have tried to take advantage of me and I would have ended up losing a lot of money. His representation with this issue gave me peace of mind and I thank him for it. I would definitely hire him again.

Mr. Zapalac didnt hesitate to tell me the truth: my case would not hold up in court, I didnt have enough evidence. And it cost me just $75. In our 15 minute phone call, he discouraged me from pursuing hopeless, expensive legal proceedings even though it may have profited him. He told me as well of other legal gotchas to be wary of as I navigate the next couple months. Affordable, honest, competent. What more could you ask?

Recently ran into a landlord/tenant issue where legal help was needed. Ryan at Zapalac Law Firm was our choice of representation. He let us know up front in plain English and also in legal terms (which is kinda like plain English) what we could expect and proceeded to systematically work to resolve the issue and get us back to our regularly scheduled lives :). It worked out in our favor and my family thanks him for his legal expertise and dogged approach. TOP NOTCH in my book and I have been privileged to watch a lot of good people do a lot of good work while in the Navy for 26 years. Abosolutely amazing service - I came to Ryan with a little bit of a distressed situation where rental home was not well maintained and had caused bug problems. He was able to do a consultation, demand letter and settlement letter for me very quickly. My whole issue was first raised on Monday afternoon and completely resolved on the same Friday. He responsed extremely quickly when I was engaged with my landlord and was able to provide guidance on my situation along the way in a very explict and concise manner. In a state where a lot of lawyers only take landlord cases, Ryan is definitely a hidden gem who fights for both sides and provides amazing service. I will not heistate to hire him again, and hes absolutely a 5/5 lawyer!

I would like to thank Ryan for all his efforts with my divorce case and for helping me through a very tough time. Even though civil law is not his primary area, he kindly agreed to help me with my case. When you are in financial distress and experiencing physical pain, it is difficult to think clearly and make good decisions. Had a pretty standard question regarding a landlord/tenant matter, I was surprised how quickly I was able to get through and speak with the attorney. Ryan not only answered my questions but actually took it a step further and gave me the exact statutes which directly related to the matter I was dealing with. Most attorneys would charge a fee for this. Ryan was super friendly and fortunately for me after my consult I will no longer need an attorney because I was able to get all the information I needed, however if I need an attorney in the future for any reason and Ryan can represent me I will 100% hire him. P.S. all previous attorneys I tried speaking with gave me either misleading information, wanted a fee, or I spoke with an intake/paralegal that was clueless. Ryan s the real deal!

Excellent attorney with very reasonable rates. Very response with great communication skills. I was involved in a commercial tenant-landlord dispute with a contract that was extremely landlord friendly, Attorney Zapalac helped me review my lease and guided me every step of the way in negotiating with the landlord for better terms. We ended up successfully terminate the lease and that took a huge load off of my back. Looking back could not have done it without him. Truly appreciate his help and highly recommend him..

I met Ryan under stressful and unfortunate circumstances and needed his help with estate planning and a will/power of attorney, etc... when my uncle was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer. Ryan responded to my panicked email late at night and worked through the weekend to help my family get their affairs in order.
