You order on a screen, which would be fine if there was full functionality. There are things offered on the menu that dont appear on the screen. They didnt extend the weekend brunch menu to Monday for the holiday weekend. I ordered the club sandwich. The bread was awful - it crumbled almost immediately and the sandwich fell apart. There was the butt end of a tomato with the stem and the stem part of a romaine lettuce on my sandwich. My husbands order was wrong, but they did fix it for us. There are several different iced teas offered, but no sweet tea available. All of the high chairs were disgusting, sticky messes. A fully meh experience.

My FAVORITE salad of all time! Without being a vegetarian, I was looking for a really good salad without meat where I wouldnt miss it. I got the Raw Vegetable Chop, and it was AWESOME! The selection of vegetables was perfect, and red wine vinaigrette put it over the top! I enjoy the environment and the service as well. This has become my go to place for healthy but delicious eating.

This location Fairview/Allen is quite a gem! Each of the ladies are very engaged with any customers that come in. Due to hotels and malls being close by it does get very busy but they manage with still be efficient and communicate with everyone. My favorite dish is the tuna salad. EDIT: Management reached out to me very quickly and apologized, which goes a long way. They do use outside delivery drivers for all of their orders, which doesnt cause a missing item but it does explain the timing issues. Emilie, thank you for taking the time to reach out to me personally and resolve this issue! Added a star. Their food is great, but the delivery SUCKS. I ordered ahead using their website, which was easy to navigate, and scheduled a time for delivery. My food arrived (1) 23 minutes early, (2) without the GF cookie that I ordered specifically for my birthday, (3) cold even though I ordered a hot entrée and (4) without my drink because the driver left it in the car (not sure if they contract out or if he is a ChopShop employee). The tracking link I received via text just took me to their ordering page, so I had no idea the driver was even on the way yet. I called this location, and the woman who answered did refund the cost of the cookie. I appreciate this resolution and I really really love their Hot Honey Chicken and Hummus bowl, so this is still a 3 star review lol. Just dont order delivery!

We love this place! As new Texas residents, it s great to find a place that is vegan-friendly for me but also has meat options for my boyfriend. Additionally, the staff at this location is great! I didn t realize I had gotten a dressing with dairy in it, and when I asked to swap, they were super accommodating and didn t make me feel uncomfortable. Highly recommend. This is a hidden gem and my favorite restaurant for a quick healthy brunch or lunch with friends or drive thru dinner. As a vegan, I like the choices both for me and my non-vegan friends. Just tried Coconut Thai Chicken bowl, tastes so good and fresh for sure. The reason for three stars is, its missing all the default items that are mentioned on the menu like Mushrooms, Carrots, Onions, Cauliflower etc and just gave me the bowl with chicken and two bases that I selected. Not sure if this is how it is or their menu is wrong/misleading. Update : Looks like through kiosk if you select different base the default veggies are removed.

So I was excited to finally eat here when meeting up with an old friend last week. However, I was put off right away by the fact that they wouldnt accept cash. We decided to enjoy the sunshine on the patio because it was such a beautiful day. When our food arrived, the server was either having a bad day or just didnt enjoy her job. She wasnt very friendly and never smiled. The food was nothing remarkable and mostly a bowl of lettuce, although the dressing was tasty. My friend assured me that not all OCS locations were like this and that the service and food were better at others. I may or may not try another location.

Ordered two items from the store, consumed one, and half of the other before realizing it was moldy bread. I was told over the phone that I could come back for a refund. Drove 5-7 minutes for the refund, only to be informed it was a partial refund for the moldy item, not the entire order. Given my wifes mold allergy, a partial refund for consuming moldy bread speaks volumes about this companys customer views. DO NOT EAT AT ORIGINAL CHOPSHOP.

Our food was ready to go right on time for our mobile pickup order. The açaí bowl and coconut chia pudding are delicious and gorgeously decorated with fresh fruit, coconut, and granola. A delightful treat!

The between bread (sandwich) was really worth a picture, and it tasted real good too, fresh lettuce, tomato, ect...you can take away or add to make it your own, the pickle skin was a little hard so i eat the top ...I love pickles, cant just leave it because of the skin ...the tea is not sweet tea, and it is cold, and though you can add sugar it takes a lot to pick up the sweetness because the tea is cold to begin with The service is Great, people are real nice and place looks great, casual and clean

This place has been a good go to source since it opened. My last two visits were very sucky. They did not get the order right. Added items to the wrong dish. Left off chicken and sauce. It was horrible. When you get things to go, you should not have to check the items before you leave. Extremely poor service. They even read the order back to me and it was correct. What happened, people? Im sure Im not the only one this happens too. Most folks dont want to make waves and complain. I dont mind as it is my hard-earned money that you are wasting.
