I wont retract my original assessment. It was a wonderful consultation, and it sounded very real that we had a case. In fact, we do. The irrefutable evidence has grown since. All I can comment on is the experience with the consultations for the moment. We did our homework and verified Mr. Moster flagged several points of broken civil laws that were spot-on correct. I contacted The Moster Law Firm in regards to some manufactured home issues. Mr. Moster was absolutely fantastic to talk with. I did not feel pressured into any transactions at all. He did a very thourough job of advising me on what next steps I need to take for my issue and at the end of the conversation. I felt that I knew exactly what I needed to do next. My wife and I engaged the services of The Moster Law Firm to address a dispute with our new construction home builder. Our initial consultation with the owner of the firm, Charles Moster, left us reassured, as he depicted our case as being a lawyers dream scenario. Encouraged, we paid the $2,500 initial retainer, expecting it to cover the cost up to the point of mediation or potential litigation, which is what Charles Moster had told us. However, less than a month later, we were blindsided by an unexpected bill asking for an additional $1,500. This was contrary to the assurances given by Charles Moster that our initial retainer would cover the cost up to mediation or potential litigation. Despite paying the invoice, our confidence in this law firm waned. Upon reaching out to the firm, we were promised a credit for the $1,500 that we had paid by Charles Moster himself. During the same call, Charles Moster also asked for permission to move our textbook case to mediation, an option that we promptly declined. On a subsequent call a short time later, our attorney proposed drafting a letter to the builders attorney, aiming to assert a claim against the title for breach of contract. This approach seemed sensible, and we agreed to proceed. However, after following up on the letters status a couple of weeks later, we were informed that the letter hadnt been sent and that any further action on our case would require an additional retainer in trust of $3,000 to move the case to litigation. This abrupt shift, without prior discussion of the logistical and financial implications of litigation, left us dismayed. Despite attempts to clarify this with Charles Moster, who praised our attorneys efforts, we decided to terminate our association with the Moster Law Firm. Now, Im endeavoring to recoup what is left of our $1,500 credit (which currently stands at $1,270). My hope is that sharing our experience will spare others from similar frustrations with this law firm.

I have a slam dunk solar contractor fraud case. I waited two months for a formal consultation with Mr. Moster, and he had one of his minions call me to cancel a day before our meeting. This so-called Attorney is completely unprofessional and untrustworthy,, he should be disbarred and I m sure he will someday.

We contacted this firm and supplied all the documents they asked for and a week later had a phone appointment. Two hours after our telephone consultation appointment we were informed that it would be delayed until the next day. The next day no call from Moster and after calling and waiting for the appointment we called since we did not have more time to sit and wait again. Finally someone called and we were informed HE did not want to do business with us due to us calling and needing to know IF someone would actually pay attention and respect our time after waiting by now 4 hours in total. Better to hire someone or there are MANY other legitimate attorneys out there I DO NOT Recommend. BEWARE!!!!
